I would've given them zero stars if I could. I placed an order on April 10th and the website says they ship orders within 2 business days and it will be delivered within 5-7 days. On April 15 I got an email with a USPS tracking number saying that my order has shipped but when I try to track my package it says the pre-shipment info is sent to USPS but the package is not received yet. Today is the 24th and the status has not changed yet. I tried calling them and after trying a couple of disconnected numbers one eventually worked and the lady said USPS probably forgot to scan my package but it should be there by Friday (April 21st). Well today is Monday and I still haven't received my package. Tried calling them again today, no one is answering and their mailbox is not set up. Should've listened to the other review that say they never received their order. I will be filing a dispute today. Go shop at Forever21 instead, at least you know it's not a scam and you'll receive your order.
