Shunli Hotel

I booked several hotels during my one month trip in thailand and this one was the best depiste not being a 4 or 5 stars! Incredible kindness from the owner, breakfast is free for all guests and dishes are changing daily. The room has everything you need and the room is well designed, you got spaces where you need if that makes sense. The location is perfect! And among all it was one of my cheapest hotel during my trip. The bed is very comfortable too! I highly recommend it !!!

I was initially skeptical when I saw how this property had five-star ratings with no complaints, but I still decided to book it — and after spending three days here, I completely understand why. Apart from the property itself, which is beautiful, perfectly located, and very well maintained, the real highlight is the owners. They are truly wonderful people who take care of you as if you are family. You will genuinely feel like you are living at home, not in a hostel. What impressed me the most is how responsive they are across every channel — booking websites, WhatsApp, email — everywhere. Even during my recent trip, bigger hotels gave delayed responses, but despite running the property themselves, the owners were always available. They helped us book cabs and activities without even asking for advance payment. The rooms have a charming old-town style but come with all modern amenities. The location is perfect — peaceful, yet just the right distance from all the action. The food is delicious, and the mango sticky rice became my absolute favourite. If you're visiting Old Town, don’t think twice — choose this property, and be prepared to be treated with genuine love and care. I wish the wonderful owners all the success and happiness in the world. I absolutely loved my stay at Shuli Hotel. The rooms are exceptionally clean — probably some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen in any hotel! Everything felt fresh and perfectly maintained. But what really made the difference was the staff — they are honestly some of the best I’ve ever met. Always smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful in every way. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with some great local options. The location is perfect — close to many attractions and easy to get around on foot. I stayed here with my daughter whilst we were visiting my son and family.|What a find! We will most certainly stay here again. The hotel is located in the centre of bustling Old Town but is very quiet. It is spotless, comfortable and we felt very secure and well looked after by our host who works tirelessly day and night to ensure guests have the best possible stay. Our transfer from and to the airport was booked through the hotel and was quick and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, the shower worked well, bed linen and towels were crisp and clean, I appreciated having a kettle in the room for my cup of tea on waking. Breakfast was good and there are lots of coffee shops close by if you prefer to breakfast later than 9am. All in all the stay was as comfortable as many of the 5 star hotels I have stayed in. We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it. The hotel and our room were very spacious, bright, and perfectly clean. The lovely lady at the reception was so warm, friendly, and always ready to help. There’s no elevator, but our room was just one floor up and they kindly helped us with our luggage, so it wasn’t a problem at all. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Old Town, with everything just steps away. We were very happy with our stay

Very good hotel in Phuket old town, just a few minutes walk to all good restaurants and bars. Rooms were really tidy, amazing and huge bed, service very good and friendly, tasty breakfast. Can fully recommend!
