Shushabandi

We had an amazing time at Shushabandi Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. Every dish felt fresh and carefully prepared, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was warm, cozy, and very welcoming. What truly made our evening unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service—especially from Maria. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we arrived. Her friendly attitude, genuine smile, and attention to every detail made us feel truly valued as guests. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her hospitality added so much to the overall experience. Thanks to Maria and the entire team, our visit was nothing short of excellent. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

The service was excellent, and booking a table was easy both by phone and online. The velvet tablecloth was a surprising and elegant touch. Finding the restaurant, however, was a bit tricky as there were no signs or clear directions. The bread was tough, but the chicken, mushroom khinkali in sauce, and eggplant caviar were absolutely delicious. The bill came to around 175 GEL, which felt fair for the quality of service and food.

Nice environment and tasty food made for a pleasant dining experience. However, it took about 35 minutes to receive my main course - mushrooms with bacon and blue cheese sauce. Despite the wait, the dish was delicious, and the pistachio soufflé was a lovely way to end the meal.

We stopped by for our last dinner in Tbilisi, and I'm so glad we did. First of all, we'd like to thank them for their warm welcome and helpfulness. The food was delicious, and everything arrived on time. They also have outdoor seating, so we chose to sit outside. The live jazz performance during our meal was also very enjoyable. Overall, the atmosphere, ambiance, and food were all very enjoyable. This is one of the few restaurants I'll definitely visit on my next visit to Tbilisi. Thank you so much for everything.

The ambience was excellent, and the service overall was friendly. However, we felt a bit uncomfortable with how our request was handled. I asked to move our reservation to the veranda, but the waiter responded with an extremely sharp "no." Strangely, when we left, there were still free tables outside. We were a group of eight, seated near a large party of 35 guests. While I was aware of their reservation when I booked, the noise level from that group was overwhelming and made it difficult to enjoy the meal. As a result, we left the restaurant immediately after finishing dinner.

One of the best interiors of a restaurant you will find. Also the food is outstanding! I’m a meat eater and we had 3 vegetarian starters which were incredible plus a veal kebab which was one of the best in the city. Really friendly and attentive staff and very instagramable place

Must-visit restaurant, one of the best in Tbilisi! When we entered, we were impressed by the beautiful interior, filled with light and elegance. We ordered mini khinkali with blue cheese and draniki with salmon. It was incredibly delicious! Actually, these are the best draniki in my life. Even better than I ate in Minsk. The cocktails were also at a very high level. The service was very friendly, professional and fast - thanks to waitress Natia. So, we are grateful to this place for such a wonderful experience and will definitely come again.

Everything was just great! The wine was fantastic. I enjoyed all meal. I highly recomment to try a beet carpaccio. Mind-blowing.
