Wow! On arrival we were blown away by the views over the jungle and down to the sea. Very distracting on check-in! The staff are simply amazing, so friendly and can't do enough for you. The grounds are beautiful and full of wildlife. The pool area is gorgeous and Marco runs an excellent poolside bar with delicious cocktails. Our balcony was a slice of heaven and a great place to watch the monkeys and birds. We spent four nights here and could have stayed forever. Well placed for lots of bars and restaurants and a quick drive to a stunning beach. Would come back again and again.

We had the best time at Si Como No! It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. The photos I shared are of a couple of animals because that’s exactly why we came! 😂 And we lucked out immediately. Shortly after checking in, capuchin monkeys were running around near the lobby, and a gorgeous toucan spent time in the tree right outside the back door of our room. Waking up to the sound of howler monkeys at sunrise was incredible! Between that and the views, we were so immersed in nature. The resort is simple but amazing, super comfortable, and perfectly located close to Manuel Antonio. We also really enjoyed the happy hour out there restaurant! I loved that there was no TV in the room because it encouraged us to truly unplug and enjoy the wildlife around us. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the whole stay felt relaxed and special. Highly recommend if you love nature, animals, and a one-of-a-kind Costa Rica experience. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Firstly, the views are absolutely incredible — everywhere you look. One of the highlights was the amount of wildlife you can see directly from the hotel, from lizards to macaws and toucans. It really was an amazing experience.||The staff were wonderful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Dylan, who gave us loads of helpful tips for our trip. A nice touch was being able to refill water bottles at reception.||When we arrived, we had a complimentary bottle of red wine waiting in our room. The staff kindly swapped the red for white without any issue, which we really appreciated.||Breakfast offered plenty of variety and was tasty, with lots of fresh fruit available each morning.||We did pay quite a lot to stay here, and I think part of that is due to the beautiful location. That said, there were a few small things worth mentioning. The “adult pool” wasn’t adults-only during our stay, as there were children using it throughout. Rico Tico restaurant was closed for renovation, which we weren’t informed of prior to arrival. This didn’t affect our stay too much as we ate at the other restaurant a few times instead — the food there was fine.||The room itself was slightly dated, but not in a way that impacted our stay, especially as we didn’t spend much time in it. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well — waking up to the sound of howler monkeys in the morning was a unique experience. There’s no TV in the rooms, which we actually loved, as it encourages you to fully immerse yourself in nature. WiFi from our room was a bit intermittent.||Happy hour runs from 2–4pm with a good variety of drinks available!||I’d highly recommend the zip-lining across the road — we had such a fun afternoon. There are also some lovely walks nearby, but I’d suggest doing them early in the morning as it gets very hot by around 11am.||We stayed for six nights and had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay overall. The location is great, and there’s a free shuttle to the beach (I believe the last return is around 4pm), though it’s easy and inexpensive to get an Uber back if you miss it.

Si Como No resort was beautifully located on the Pacific Ocean. We were fortunate to have a view of the rainforest and the ocean from our superior room. The resort offers two pools which had stunning views of the ocean. The family pool has a water slide that is very, very fast and the water is a bit colder than the adult pool. Renovations were underway during our stay to renovate the restaurant and swim up bar in the family pool. The adult pool was fantastic with a swim up bar and small hot tub. Everything at the resort was clean and the staff was fabulous. Shout out to Sheyla at the front desk for being super friendly! The continental breakfast was delicious and always included fresh fruit, eggs, waffles and other items. We ate dinner one night at the resort and the food was good, but not outstanding. Resort is located near several restaurants but walking along the road is a bit treacherous (stick to the sidewalks). The resort is built into a hillside so there are many stairs/steep walkways to get around the property. The walkway surfaces are non slip concrete which is great for the amount of rain/humidity that is prevalent in this area. All in all, we would definitely stay at Si Como No again.

My husband and I spent the first part of our honey moon here and it was lovely! The views are great, a nice patio off the room too! Beds are comfy, pillows are ok. The staff are very nice and the location is walking distance from many restaurants. If you’re looking to save money then you can buy drinks at the market down the street and go eat at restaurants not on property. We would absolutely come back

Just wow. The service, the view, the sounds... It was just like being in the rainforest but with all the comforts of a hotel. We awoke every morning to the sounds of the forest all around us which was just magical. On our first day we had toucans on the tree outside our room and maccaws flying over head. The staff were so attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the trips they organised too. Special shout out to Heiner on the front desk and Marco at the pool bar for really going above and beyond at every opportunity and really making our trip special. Pura Vida!

We went to Si Como for our honeymoon. It was the most beautiful hotel, with stunning views from the whole of the hotel. Our bedroom had a wonderful balcony, where in the morning we sat out with a coffee and watch the wildlife. We saw as much wildlife in the hotel as we did in the national park!! The staff are super friendly, and the restaurant is great also. Would highly recommend. Wish we stayed longer!

We had a wonderful time at Si Como No Resort. By far the friendliness of the staff far exceeded our expectations. Everyone we encountered was helpful. When we arrived, four macaws soared over us and we had a sloth in the tree next to our room. The food was delicious. The welcome drink and fresh juice was tasty too. The room was clean and daily serviced. The view was spectacular.
