Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

A truly unforgettable stay at Siam Kempinski Bangkok! We visit the hotel every year, but this time was extra special everything has become even more wonderful! Dinner at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin was a highlight, the service, the storytelling and the kitchen showcase made it such an inspiring experience. Special thanks to Khun Worrapot and Khun Pimttatpon for making it unforgettable. The Spa and Housekeeping teams were amazing, thank you Khun Piyaporn from HK for your kindness and care. The florist team never disappoints, Thanms Khun Cake and Khun Bird. Our warmest thanks to Khun Cherry, the lovely Lady in Red, for making us feel right at home. Breakfast team was, as always, perfect! And a big thank you to Alexej, the wonderful Hotel Manager, for the warm welcome and genuine hospitality. It truly felt like coming home! We can’t wait to go back again next year!

Beautiful hotel. Excellent staff. The room attendants were exceptional. We were traveling with several other couples and everyone had the best impression of the hotel as soon as we walked in and were greeted by the check-in staff. The concierge gave us a great recommendation on where to get a suit made. And they gave us excellent directions to help guide us around the city via train, taxi, tuk-tuk, and even their own golf cart. The whole experience was phenomenal. Its next to some very luxurious shopping malls and plenty of restaurants. I had the best massage of my life in the spa. And the food was exceptional. Great experience all the way around. We would highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful and elegant hotel. The lobby is spacious and quiet, and the hospitality is excellent. The seating areas are very comfortable. The coffee and desserts are delicious, as well as the breakfast. The hotel’s location is excellent, directly connected to Siam Paragon, and close to Siam Center, Siam Square, other shopping malls, as well as restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend it

Stayed one night here and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, and I absolutely loved the shower—the water pressure made it feel like standing under a waterfall. We also enjoyed a great afternoon tea; there were so many varieties of desserts and pastries, all of them delicious. And a special shout-out to our waitress, Wewe, for her warm and attentive service.

Extremely Disappointing Stay Despite a Beautiful Hotel I really wanted to love the Kempinski. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is absolutely amazing — honestly one of the best in the area. But none of that mattered in the end because I couldn’t sleep even one full hour continuously during my stay. All night long there was a loud noise that sounded exactly like a siren going off again and again. It was impossible to relax, let alone actually sleep. I reported it to the hotel several times, but unfortunately they told me there was nothing they could do because the sound was coming from the parking lot right next to the property. For a hotel of this level, I expected some kind of solution or at least a quiet room option. Instead, I spent the night exhausted and frustrated. Beautiful hotel, great location — but completely ruined by the noise issue. I would not stay again unless this problem is fixed.

My stay at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was absolutely exceptional! This hotel truly embodies luxury and warm Thai hospitality. The location is unbeatable — directly connected to Siam Paragon Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The design is elegant and modern, surrounded by lush gardens and stunning pool views that create a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with excellent housekeeping and attention to detail. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious international and local dishes. Without a doubt, this is one of the best luxury hotels in Bangkok — perfect for relaxation and indulgence. 🌿🏨✨

I have stayed at this hotel for several years, and each visit has been truly memorable.||From the moment of check-in, the Lady in Red team welcomed me warmly with complimentary treats. The housekeeping staff understood my personal preferences and habits, making my stay comfortable and personalized. At breakfast, P. Thotsapron and P. Naddaporn kindly introduced me to authentic Thai flavors. On one occasion, when my wife accidentally left a cup in the restaurant and later returned to retrieve it, the staff had already cleaned and carefully wrapped the cup before handing it back to us — such thoughtful service truly impressed us.||Many of the front door staff recognized me and always greeted me with a smile, offering help whenever needed. Among them, Captain P. Suthat S. deserves special recognition. His professionalism and dedication went far beyond expectations: when I forgot an item in my room, he personally rushed to retrieve it, arranged transportation, and even coordinated with the hotel’s airport team so that the item could be delivered to me at the airport. His quick thinking, responsibility, and genuine care reflect the highest standards of hospitality, and he truly embodies the spirit of Siam Kempinski.||Bangkok now has many new hotels, but I will continue to stay at Siam Kempinski. Beyond being a luxurious property, it gives you a genuine feeling of being “at home.”

Great hotel and awesome rooms! The staff at bar 1987 lounge are the best I have come across. Special thanks for Janyaporn, Nichakarn,Banjang and Napalai for being so friendly and awesome! Bangkok is a beautiful and crazy busy country so coming back to your hotel and being looked after these ladies is super appreciated and needed! 5* star service, will be back
