Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok

We had an amazing stay here for my fiancée's birthday. The service was truly exceptional — the staff were incredibly friendly, personable, and so well trained and intuitive. Housekeeping in particular went above and beyond, always ensuring our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, even leaving a personal note and neatly putting things back in a way most hotels don’t. A highlight of our trip was the beautiful birthday surprise they prepared for my fiancée — balloons, a cake, and fresh fruit, which made the stay feel extra special. The room was immaculate, we loved having a balcony, and the pool was absolutely amazing. Food at Alati was delicious, and we really appreciated the extra in-room amenities like the room spray and complimentary minibar. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, with great variety and freshness every morning. Our only small critiques were that the TV felt quite outdated for a five-star hotel, and the small disposable shampoo/conditioner packaging seemed a bit wasteful. Otherwise, everything truly felt six-star — incredible value for money, with a perfect location close to everything essential. Highly recommend and will be returning for sure.

I stayed at Siam Kempinski for two nights, and it was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was flawless, the amenities were generously restocked, and housekeeping even came twice a day — perfection in every detail. What truly impressed me was being able to use the pool and sauna even after check-out. Showering before heading to the airport felt like a luxury I didn’t know I needed. A special thanks to Manal, who even studied Korean on her own and kindly supported us throughout our stay — including when we accidentally left our stroller behind. Thanks to her help, it was safely delivered to the airport. I truly wish her a life filled with happiness and wonderful things ahead. Kempinski is no longer just a hotel brand to me — it’s a guarantee. And yes, I’ll be studying English harder before my next visit. 😄

This is definitely the best hotel I have ever visited. We always come back when visiting Thailand. Super great and warm service from the staff, the pool area is nice and peaceful. The breakfast is the best of the best! No crowded buffes, you can order the most delicious meals to the table and enjoy the buffet in addition. Rooms are high quality. I have to say that this place is like an oasis in the heart of bangkok! ❤️

A Resort-Style Escape in the Heart of Bangkok Staying at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok truly felt like finding a calm, green oasis right in the middle of the city. Despite being steps away from Siam’s energy and shopping scene, the hotel delivers a serene, resort-like atmosphere that instantly slows everything down. I stayed in the Duplex Cabana, the city’s only pool-access accommodation, and it completely redefined what an urban stay can feel like. Waking up to lush gardens, palm trees, and direct pool access made it easy to forget I was in central Bangkok. Mornings started beautifully with Kempinski Signature Breakfast, offering a soulful spread of Western, Arabic, and Asian selections, paired with free-flow sparkling wine. Whether enjoyed at The Addition, Niche, or the Executive Lounge, breakfast here felt relaxed and indulgent. The experience was elevated further with dinner at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, where Thai flavors meet innovation in a refined and immersive way. Every element of the stay felt thoughtful, polished, and quietly luxurious. This is the kind of hotel that offers true balance, vibrant city access paired with genuine tranquility.

Pretty much a perfect stay, particularly for the service. Large, comfortable room, with a balcony overlooking the pool and complimentary anniversary amenities. Biggest bath tub in any hotel I've been to, and we loved being surprised by the rose petals in the bath (which matched the ones on the bed). Most other hotels provided a cake and/or card, but only this hotel actually created the anniversary feeling with their roses etc. Breakfast by the pool, accompanied by the chirping of birds, was a delight. Ala carte menu breakfast was interesting, although no food item in the buffet particularly stood out (except perhaps the fresh mangoes that were served one day). Appreciate the portion size of the ala carte orders, which allowed taste without waste. Having Santa come to say good morning each day was also exciting, as well as the harp player and dancers over Christmas. Ideally located for all our excursions (connected to a mall with a BTS, and there is a complimentary golf cart with a few dropoff sites), and the proactiveness of the concierge, who approach you immediately to help with bags or to check where you want to get a buggy to, made the service memorable. Likewise, having lots of staff ready to help you (eg at reception) so that you never have to wait around also made this hotel compare favourably to the others we stayed in. Last but not least, the warmth of the pool boy's welcome (and his enthusiasm at ensuring our complimentary drinks were replenished) made us linger by the pool, where we enjoyed the churros and cod from the pool bar. Another noteworthy service was being able to WhatsApp the hotel with your requests any time of the day, and having them respond. Highly recommended if you want to celebrate your anniversary with a relaxing stay, great service and an ideal location.

The service was truly outstanding. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Peeranan, Phreawaree, and Nichakarn for taking such great care of us. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and thoughtful throughout the evening. Everything from the atmosphere to the service was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and classy night out in Bangkok. I will definitely come back again!

I would like to give a special shoutout to one of the hotel’s interns, Pin. She has been incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference to my experience. It is rare to come across someone so genuine and service-oriented at such an early stage in their career. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok with my elderly parents, and I must say, the staff went above and beyond to ensure they had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We requested an accessible room, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was also a big plus, being close to Paragon and easily accessible without having to cross the street. Special shoutout to TAKKY who was incredibly friendly and attentive to my parents' needs. Her warmth and hospitality made our stay even more special. If you're planning to stay here, I'd recommend booking directly with the hotel for special requests, as we had a bit of a mixed experience with email communications. A local friend had to call in to guarantee a wheelchair for our stay, which was arranged promptly. Overall, we'd love to come back and experience the hotel's hospitality again! 🙏"
