This was a truly exceptional stay where everything was designed with the client in mind. The hotel is the definition of luxury, with brand-new rooms and a service team that is both professional and attentive. Every meal we had was perfect, and the overall "hardware" of the hotel is top-notch. ​The location is unbeatable; being surrounded by multiple malls means you have hundreds of dining and shopping options right at your doorstep. While the gym is a bit on the smaller side, it is well-equipped and perfectly functional. If you are looking for a seamless, high-end experience where the staff anticipates your needs, this is it.

The service was exceptional — prompt, polite, impeccably clean, and genuinely warm. The staff are extremely well trained, approachable, and wonderfully kid-friendly, making travel with young children completely stress-free. What truly stood out was how thoughtfully the hotel caters to families. They provided bottle sanitizers, a baby crib, baby bathtubs, and several other child-friendly amenities, which allowed us to pack light and feel fully supported throughout our stay. The kids’ play area was another highlight — fun, well organized, and filled with engaging activities. Supervision was provided free of cost for children aged 3 and above, which was a huge plus. The ball pit was clean and well maintained, and the staff were warm, caring, and genuinely engaging with the kids. The complimentary breakfast was among the best we’ve experienced — diverse, healthy, beautifully curated, and prepared with great care and attention to detail. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with easy access to major malls, shopping districts, and key attractions. The only small thing we wished for was the availability of a bottle milk warmer, which would have made an already exceptional family stay even more perfect. Overall, Siam Kempinski sets a gold standard for luxury hospitality. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it, especially for families visiting Bangkok.

We stayed at Siam Kempinski and everything was truly outstanding. From the moment we walked in, the service was immaculate and the staff were incredibly polite, kind and welcoming. We celebrated a birthday here and were take aback by the incredible display that greeted us in our room. I also came here a few months ago to celebrate my daughter’s graduation and across both stays the service has been extremely consistent, setting a high bar for hotel hospitality in Bangkok as well as across the globe. I would like to specially thank Jenny (Lady in Red) who I had the pleasure of meeting during both stays and who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Our recent stay at the Siam Kempinski was exceptional from start to finish and set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality. The Executive Lounge was a standout—elegant, calm, and impeccably run. The food and beverage offerings were consistently excellent, and the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between refined and welcoming. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. Attentive without being intrusive, genuinely warm, and highly professional, they made every visit to the lounge feel effortless and special. A special mention must go to Katherina at reception. She is an absolute asset to the hotel. From the moment we arrived, she was gracious, efficient, and genuinely caring, ensuring every detail of our stay was handled flawlessly. Her professionalism, combined with a personal touch, made us feel truly valued as guests. The Siam Kempinski delivers not just luxury, but thoughtful, world-class service at every level. We left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already looking forward to our return. Highly recommended.

We came to enjoy a meal at Sra Bua Restaurant, and it was our first time visiting the hotel. Unfortunately, we got a little lost, but we were very lucky to meet Khun Karn, Duty Manager. She was incredibly kind and friendly, personally guiding us to the restaurant and taking the time to introduce the hotel facilities along the way. Her warm and attentive service made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Even though this was only our first visit and we did not stay at the hotel, Khun Karn’s genuine care and hospitality truly left a great impression on us and made us want to return and stay at the hotel in the future.

We liked the hotel. Staff was friendly and good for any questions or service requests. The room was very nice but the airco makes to much noise! The swimming pool was very nice! And also the restaurant were very good to go to. We also did some nice snacks and cocktails that were impressive. All was very good and I would go back to this hotel !

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we genuinely felt like royalty. The service was exceptional, thoughtful, warm, and personal in every detail. A special shout-out to Somyos by the pool, who went above and beyond taking care of our kid with fresh fruits, little delights, and endless kindness. Every single person we met was gracious, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Siam Kempinski sets a new bar for hospitality. Highly recommended.

We’re coming from Dubai, where service standards are already extremely high, yet the service here exceeded our expectations. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel completely at home.
