Siam Park

We bought tickets in advance, went to the entrance 15 mins before the park starts and got the place near the wave pool. We did all the rides which are open in the morning till 12:30 or 1:30 with almost no wait. We went in November on a sunny Sunday the weather was really good but bit cold. The food is good not mediocre at all. After 1:30 the park started to fill up then we did the rides which open after 12:30 or 1:30 we had to wait for max 20-30 mins for only 3 rides. We did not bought fast pass and everything went well. It was really a great experience overall, every life gaurd is amazing and helped us a lot with directions and overall setup of the park yes they do speak English. We will visit again for sure great place to enjoy had lots of fun.

Amazing water park! We went on a Tuesday mid October and it was busier than expected. We arrived at around 9.15 am and went straight into the park, we had pre-booked VIP which was so worth it. You are handed a towel and a wristband, then we headed straight for the lockers (which was a good idea as by 10:30 there was already a queue). After leaving our things in the locker, we waited for tower of power (rides open at 10am) and were first on the slide. After the is, we spent the morning going around the park with little to no queue in the fast pass lane. During the afternoon, we had to queue 5-10 mins for rides, even with fast pass, but the normal lanes were queuing for 30 mins - 1 hour so it was really worth it. The food is pretty basic (hot dogs, fries etc.) but as it was included with VIP we stopped for lunch around 1pm. In the buffet restaurant there is more choice and you can take as much as you want with the fast pass ticket. Prices for food were fairly reasonable though and you could buy a meal with a drink for 10-15€. From 1-4 seemed to be the busiest time in the park, with queues of 10-15 minutes even with fast pass. But after 4pm all the single use fast pass tickets seemed to have finished and we basically had free rein on any slide and were able to go around multiple times with no queue. Not sure how many VIP tickets they sell per day, but if you don’t want to spend your day in a queue it’s well worth the money. You don’t necessarily need water shoes - just bring an old pair of flip flops and leave them at the bottom of rides but with water shoes you’d definitely be more comfortable. The free park bus was completely full, but it’s just a 5 minute walk to the public bus which will take you back to los cristianos or las americas for less than €2.

Best in the word. I do recomand buying a VIP pass. A bit expensive but if you are a fan of parks like that is really worthy. The queues for each ride were infernal. We end up going 4 or 5 times on one slide while other people were advancing only 5 steps. The same for all of them except for one water slide which doesn’t have a fast pass but is still worth it at least once. Definitely you will need some water shoes but they do sell it there at around 11 euros. You can take a locker aswell for your belongings. Be there before they open, make sure you don’t miss anything.

Nice and well kept park. Some of the slides are pretty extreme but still manageable. We also had a burger that tasted decent. Great beach with the artificial waves and the best part was seeing the seals because I love them. Great place overall.

Brilliant! You must go. Best waterpark I've ever visited. The park and its water were so clean and well maintained. The design of it all is beautiful. It's tranquil and shaded but also plenty of spots to appreciate the sun. The flooring is designed perfectly for wandering around barefoot. The food isn't a rip off as I expected - very reasonably priced and actually very good. The music is great. The staff all looked so smart and there are plenty of lifeguards. It feels safe. The rides themselves are really incredible. Creative, fun, a range of thrill levels, and each had their own uniqueness so yous don't just feel like you've gone on 10 big slides. We went on a Tuesday in September and pretty much didn't queue for anything all day, bar 3 of the biggest rides. The most we queued for was 20 mins. We hired a locker for the day for €7 and you can come back to it as often as you like. (It's so nice to be without your phone for a day.) We went to the taxi rank outside to get back to our villa and even though there was a huge queue it didn't take long at all to go down. Loads of taxis coming through. Can't recommend it enough. I'll definitely be going back.

This is by far the best waterpark I have ever visited. The variety of slides is outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed spending time in the wave pool, which was both exciting and relaxing. A useful tip for future visitors: although the official opening time listed on Google is 10:00, I highly recommend arriving around 8:30–9:00 a.m. This allows you to secure the best sunbeds, especially those located in front of the wave pool, which offer the most convenient and enjoyable spot for the day. Another recommendation is to purchase the Fast Pass (€38 at the time of my visit). It proved to be absolutely worth it, as regular queues for many of the popular slides were between 40–60 minutes. Thanks to the pass, I was able to enjoy all the attractions without long waiting times. Overall, this park exceeded my expectations and provided an experience that was both thrilling and memorable. I will certainly return on my next visit, it truly offers a perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and excitement.

Amazing experience at Siam Park that is well worth a visit if you are in Tenerife. We went on a Thursday as a family of 4 ( I would avoid much of weekend unless you have to ). We booked tickets online (we booked twin ticket with Loro Parque ) but also there was no queue if you booked online.( queue were big for people buying tickets at entrance ). I suggest you get there at opening to catch a place to set "base" , as they fill up very quick. There are loads of buses and taxis that can get you to and from Siam Park. Food inside is well priced and good. Went on many rides but everywhere there was a fair bit of a queue min 15-30 min wait for each, so highly recommend the Fast Track pass ( you get fast track once for all rides ) but well worth €38. Towards the end of the day the ride queues are not that big so use the pass early and then less queues in afternoon. Facilities inside the park are great, clean and staff are very friendly. The Wave area is amazing.

The attractions themselves are great and you can have a lot of fun. However, considering the park’s popularity, I’m shocked by the lack of organization—there’s chaos around the lockers, the attraction map is poorly marked, and it’s not clear which way to go. The slides themselves are poorly signposted, and it’s not clearly indicated which attraction you’re waiting for. The food isn’t expensive, but there could be more healthy options. I would come back, but only with a Fast Pass or VIP option. Waiting for one slide takes about an hour.

This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best Water and Amusement Park I've ever been to. They have an artificial beach, a jungle river that flows through the entire park that you can ride and so much more! They even have a night experience in the Summer (highly recommend trying that out). So if you are visiting Tenerife, you absolutely HAVE to go there!

We arrived by taxi at around 9:40 a.m. and we waited about 5 minutes to buy tickets. Get there definitely around this time to get in and get seats with umbrella or shade and lockers. We went straight to the Lost City to get seats and umbrella. Many were open when we got there but very quickly filled up in 15 minutes. There is lots of shade walking around the park and lots of chairs in the shade are around the Mai Thai River in secluded pockets for moms with tiny babies. There are changing tables available. My 3 year old stayed at the baby pool all day. There are two small slides. One she could do by herself. One I had to catch her at the end or she would go under. Parents can slide with babies on one slide I know. In Lost City for older kids, you cannot. Lost City was really cool even my 11 yr old wanted to play some. They have many slides, obstacle course type playground with lots of water everywhere splashing and shooting over the head. If you get a fast pass, do not use it until you need to unless you have unlimited. I feel it is a waste if the line is only 15 minutes as you only get to use the pass once per attraction. Early in the park, the lines didn't get to an hour until maybe 11 or 12. Go straight to the back. Then go forward and you should be able to go through lines quickly at first. We rode 4 attractions. The Dragon, the Volcano, the Mai Thai River slide that goes into the aquarium, and I forgot the name but some type of racer that you lay down on a mat and go down face first with 5 other people in separated lanes. This with having rests in between. It took us from 10:30 a.m. till 3:30 p.m. to ride that many rides. If you do not like crowds, this place is not for you. You need patience here with so many people. Eating was kinda expensive, expensive but not too bad. The spring rolls are great especially with the red sauce. They are vegetable only. I don't know if they are vegetarian or vegan friendly though. Lots of drink options. At the front there is a crepes place that also serves tea and coffee oh and fresh juice. There is also a snack shop with Popsicles, ice cream bars, drink, chips, and candy right across from the crepe place.

This is a great water park to visit with a family of any age or for groups of adults. There are plenty of attractions for all ages. From a beach with setting with a wave machine, to a huge almost vertical slide to challenge anyones fear of heights! Lots of seating areas and lockers to store personal belongings that cant be rented for the day. Free buses to the park run from Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. The beach club offers a self service restaurant with all types of cuisine, it is really good food though so dont be put off by thier prices. Probably a good idea to take some bottled water with you though as the drinks are quite pricey. Its a rush for the sunbeds on the beach when the park first opens so for anyone not so keen on pushing their limits with the slides i would recommend getting there early. The only downside is with the quese for the rides there is no shade, so make sure you are protected from the sun!

hmm ... I'd like to give this place 3,5 stars, but i can't ... but i rather give three to bring down the average. The rides are great, and the place is impeccably clean and well staffed; but don't believe the hype. You will need a fastpass to enjoy the place. It costs 15€ BUT ... it is only valid for half of the day AND you can only do each of the rides ONCE with the fastpass. And that just sucks. Highway robbery. We visited aqualand two days prior; it is cheaper, the fastpass costs 10€ (unlimited) and the rides are almost as good. Value for money is much better.

Siam Park is located close to Playa de las Americas and La Caldera within Santa Cruz. It's one of the best water parks in the country and has some really interesting and unique structures such as dragons greeting you when come out of a slide! The ticket price seems a little expensive at 33 Euro a person but you can spend all day in here so I guess it's worth it! A great fun-filled day for everyone in the family and definitely somewhere you should visit when in Santa Cruz.
