Our stay at Siargao Bleu Resort and Spa was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The entire property radiates luxury, relaxation, and true island charm perfectly blending comfort with the beauty of Siargao. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere with a view that instantly melts away stress. The pool area and the beachfront are both picture-perfect, ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone greeted us with warm smiles and genuine care always ready to help and make sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to the Richard, Resort Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. From personalized assistance to thoughtful gestures, the management’s dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. You can truly feel that they value every guest like family. This rating is for the type of service that we’ve gotten from Bleu Spa We were lounging and decided to book a massage ahead of time. So we made a phone call and ask hotel concierge for help. She did her best, connecting us with the massage supervisor (Cai) after multiple calls and exchange of messages. We waited for them to confirm the available time slots. We booked 2 massage appointments based on their availability. However, when we arrived, they had given our slots to foreign guests instead and simply turned us away. What made it worse was their complete lack of apology, the 2 therapists on duty just claimed our booking "wasn't endorsed to them" and made no effort to coordinate with their supervisor. (WTH) The front desk staff even knew we were coming (She even called me by name). She’s aware of our appointment and was also surprised of what happened to our reservation. We really appreciate that she made an effort to reach out for the massage supervisor. But, after waiting 30 minutes for a resolution, we just left and transferred to a different massage place. They later contacted us offering a complimentary 30-minute massage + our original booking for the next day but we had already flown back to Manila.

Smiles, small touches, prompt responses: it all added up to a feeling of genuine hospitality. One of the resort’s strongest assets is its location. With easy access to Cloud 9, beautiful surf spots, sunsets, and the surrounding island beauty, you’re right where you want to be if you want both adventure and relaxation. The grounds are lush, the architecture stylish yet not overbearing, and the overall vibe is peaceful and rejuvenating.

I didn’t get to stay here pero I got to taste some of the foods. Their Lobster Pasta is literal chef’s kiss. Their chicken inasal is also a must try. Special shoutout to their General Manager Richard!

Went from great to bad. In 2023, I got a massage there and it was wonderful! I just went again tonight for a massage, and it was near stressful. The masseuse’s belly kept on weighing on my head, and was looking at her digital watch. She kept yawning, too, and burping. Not the best sounds to listen to when trying to relax. Last time they had a nice shower, this time they said only cold showers. This is acceptable for standard services, but they charge double what other services charge, and price themselves at 4-star hotel level. I would avoid. Better options available.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff absolutely superb! They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Hands down, the best service I’ve experienced during my stay in the Philippines. I truly hope the resort owner values and treasures this amazing team. The resort itself is stunning and has a luxurious, Maldives-inspired aesthetic that’s very Instagram-worthy. My only concerns were the hot water in the shower and the Wi-Fi sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. But aside from that, I have no complaints. I’d still love to come back here if I ever return to Siargao.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 days for a business trip with my colleagues. We were well taken cared of by the staff, who were attentive to our needs. The Breakfast buffet was good as well, and the Bar had a lot of cocktail options. The property has its own small private beach. Location is close to Cloud 9 and restaurants/bars. It is also a 45 minute drive from the airport. Overall excellent stay.

Terrible booking experience. 9 days have passed and I am still waiting for my payment receipt. 1. I think it's irresponsible for a business owner to go on a vacation with limited WIFI connection and take the bank book that they knowingly would cripple the operations of the accounting department- one of the most important part of the operations. 2. I would assume paying Siargao Bleu the Php35,136.00 for a one night stay- they would at least have the technology and/or manpower to check if the payment their customers have sent has gone through and issue a receipt. Moreover, if the business owner is the only one who has access to this- nobody has literally "called" them? If not via the internet, via long distance calls to confirm payments for their guests. This is ridiculous.

Resort is closed but they are still accepting bookings. Bad business practice. Their phone doesn't answer, neither does email. Travel sites still allow bookings in 2022.

Definitely staying here next time I'm back in Siargao. We were welcomed with super friendly staff and coconuts to drink out of. Really refreshing after a long trip! The resort itself is amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed in a floating villa. The room was incredible - nice beds, big shower, beautiful bathtub. Plus, being able to walk out onto our deck and hop right into the pool was awesome. The resort is also right on the beach. Through the resort you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and scooters and the staff will help you schedule other things you may want to do on the island, like island hopping or going through mangroves. Food was great. We had the breakfast buffet and dinner one night. Everything was delicious and dining in such a gorgeous space only added to the experience. The bar makes tasty drinks as well that you can enjoy poolside. Some other things to note are the spa and gym and the nearby restaurants.
