Every time I've been, she adds things on and spends extra time with me—it's never just the 90 minutes I pay for. She's taught me so much about my skin and helped me feel comfortable and empowered to overcome the imperfections in my skin. I now am starting a $195/month "Karen" budget for the 90-minute deep cleaning facial—and I know many of my friends have too.

The best place to come for hydra facials and all of your skincare needs! If you have sensitive skin, they are the best. I'm always so impressed by their services and results. I came to Yu for 2 facials before my wedding and highly recommend!! Karen and her team really know what she's doing.

I started going to Karen for facials a few months back and I am HOOKED! She is so knowledgeable and good at what she does. I have gotten 2 hydra facials which are so amazing - my skin was glowing for weeks! I had the best facial of my life with Elsa! She is absolutely amazing and my skin was glowing for days. She performed a hydrafacial with extractions and I had NO redness from the extractions. My skin is very sensitive and I’m always red after facials and experience breakouts, but not after Elsa worked her magic! She is amazing!! I will be back and will recommend Sia’s to all my friends in NYC!

This place is an absolute gem. I have been going here for over four years and have had nothing short of an amazing experience! Karen is so kind, sweet and knowledgeable. I never had skin issues until the last two years with wearing the masks, and a hydra facial is the ONLY thing that works with keeping my skin clear. Not only is she the sweetest woman ever, but she actually takes the time to look at your skin, identify the problem and treat it accordingly. From the first seconds you are entering the spa, this ladies make you feel so comfortable and relaxed,so you can leave all the stress from your long day behind. Karen always knows exactly what your skin needs to look fresh and beautiful. I highly recommend to try hydrafacial .You won't recognize your skin after this magical procedure,I promise. Besides that, they use really good high end products. I'm in love with Biologique Recherche, have been using this brand for the last 5 years.Sia's Beauty is one of the few places in NYC which is carrying this line.I buy my products from Sia's as well,they have a great variety and Karen always helps you to choose the right ones.Plus the prices is even cheaper than online. Karen is an excellent esthetician,very talented with gold hand for face,neck and shoulder massage! I got one of my favorite facial treatments ever:HydraFacial MD follow by collagen mask from Valmont.Her spa is beautiful,classy and super clean. My skin was super smooth,glowing for days and very hydrated.Everything I needed for my skin was delivered trough the facial. She's using top notch cosmetic products such as Valmont and Cellcosmet from Swiss and Biologique Recharge from France. Definitely recommend her services! Thank you!

I've only been once but had a great experience - their voicemail noted that I could text their number to make an appointment - I did so, which was super quick & brief, and got myself a gel manicure appt. One note is that they don't seem to have manicurists in house - she arrives at specific times and brings her own kit, so you can't really walk in and get your nails done. They have tons of gel colors and a few different brands, including the notable ones (OPI, Essie) as well as one brand that was organic or something (I appreciated that the manicurist let me know those types tend to last half the time!). Manicurist was super nice and patient as i took forevvverrr to pick a color :-) She let me just look at the book of options while she worked on my cuticles. She didn't talk much which is fine with me, it made sense as its a very quiet and serene environment. My gel lasted over 2 weeks, and through a trip to Mexico where i basically lived in the water for 5 days straight, so i'd say i got my moneys' worth. Timing wise i was there about 45 min Cost I think was almost $60 (including tip)

"Listen to your mom!" This statement applied to me so well. My mom found this place, and recommended to me. I wouldn't go for over a year, and now I asked myself why! I finally found the perfect facial place! Over 2 years, I've been to so many facial places (I've visited to the super high end facial places), and this place is the only one I approved. Seriously, I can't say enough how good this place is! Ah!!! I finally found my dream facial place!!! Thanks mom!!!! I should've listened to you since day one!

Excellent service, beautiful and clean studio, wonderful staff. I had the Hydrafacial which was incredible. The care and skill involved was very impressive, my skin feels more refreshed than after any other facial I've ever had. Hours later, I feel so relaxed. I can't wait to return for another facial treatment. They provide such quality service, I highly recommend you become a client at Sia's.

While I've always been religious about taking care of my skin, I never made it a regular habit to get facials. That was until I met Karen - her work is so incredible that my skin has actually changed over the last few months. The hydra facial is a must for anyone new but I also recommend committing to 3 sessions of micro-needling...it turned my forehead into glass!

Run, do not walk, to Sia's Beauty. Karen is an amazing esthetician and honestly, gave me the best facial of my life. The salon itself is so chic and relaxing. You can feel your stress melt away as soon as you step in. They have a great selection of polishes for manicures and pedicures, not just your regular OPIs and Essies. They stock vegan brands like Dr Remedy (LOVE) and sundays and have a wide variety of colors. The facial though... Karen gets out every bit of gunk, gently working every inch of your face. My skin never looks better than after a visit. She talks you through each step and her voice is so soothing. I've definitely accidentally dozed off for a few seconds.

This review is well deserved & feels good to write. I booked a hydra facial here & had to wait about 2 weeks but decided to stick out the wait due to her reviews. When I arrived she was running about 30 minutes late which because I'm a hairdresser I completely understood & was a little antsy but not mad. When she brought me to the treatment room she told me that she was offering me a 30 min foot & leg massage for the wait. That type of customer service is not always thought of so it won me over immediately. The space itself is very clean & pretty & the treatment room is very comfortable & the table was heated which I always love ... The assessment was that I needed a basic facial w added masks. Sia is a master at this. Extractions were done & she was very thorough & also used the zapper when she was done so I didn't leave w makeup & I wasn't red. The foot reflexology was outstanding while enjoying a thorough cleansing. She told me every step & what she was using but didn't try to upsell everythjng only what I really needed. Super enjoyable If your on a budget make sure u ask the cost of each mask added onto service. I will be coming back !

I had a purifying facial done by Karen and not only was Karen great, my skin looks amazing. There was a perfect amount of explaining what was being done, and relaxation. Would totally recommend their facials. I left the salon feeling awesome and am looking forward to going again!

I haven't left a Yelp review in a while but I had to because just had the best facial of my life with Karen! Her spa was sparkling clean and very beautiful. It was my first time having a hydrafacial and she was very good at explaining the process. She was also very thorough with extractions, taking the time to work on every inch of my face. The hot stone shoulder massage and foot massage were an added treat! I've been looking for an esthetician who can help me on my skin journey and I think I e finally found her! I will definitely be back. Thank you Karen!

Lovely little spot. Got both a manicure and pedicure done and I was very happy with the process and end result. Disposable tools used and technician was very understanding with my troubled skin (psoriasis). Would definitely return when next I'm in the city!

I just had my first experience here and there was a bit of a mess up with the scheduling which I was initially upset about considering the snow and slippery walk over but it ended up working out. Karen is such a sweetheart. She made up for the inconvenience then some. Regarding her service, I've done the hydrafacial with two other people before and even though It was okay, and my skin looked good, Karen was the best in comparison. She takes her time and there were some added bonuses here that I did not receive at the other place. Definitely getting your moneys worth! To top It off, the weather turned from snow to rain and Karen gave me an umbrella which helped a lot. Those are the little things that make me want to come back. Not all companies treat their clients well so i really appreciate those that do! Bonus: got my nails done during the extra wait and the manicurist did a great job as well. Overall, I ended up loving It to the point I booked my next appointment.

Great facial and spa services. I was really happy to meet Karen. She gave me an honest consultation about my skin condition. Then she gave me a great deep cleaning with a lot of extractions. the massages at the same time were fantastic as well. I plan on returning to see what other kinds of magic she can work on my face.

I am new to this salon. A friend told me about a killer deal and so I jumped on it. I just left my second Hydrafacial with the professional Karen, who I can't recommend highly enough. I am booked again for December. I am so happy. Karen is thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely seems to care. She has an excellent demeanor and I appreciate her humor. The space is crisp white and the background music is soothing. So long as you go in with the understanding that extractions can be a bit painful, then you're golden. Put your face in Karen's hands. You'll be happy you did.

I came in to have my eyebrows threaded, I specifically requested for them to simply be tidied, maintaining the shape and thickness. I left with thin, shapeless eyebrows far apart from each other. I will never recommend or visit any of these filthy sia branches.

Came here for a gel manicure. Not great. She didn't fully remove my previous gel. Edges were ragged. Didn't last long. Also, the pedicure seats are straight back benches. Not relaxing at all.

I have been going to Karen since she opened Sia's Beauty. Her spa / facial services are excellent. She has the most updated machines in the industry. even if you are looking for a simple facial, Karen is the best in the business. I recently got a pedicure at Sia's and it was excellent also. There is are a nice variety of Chanel and Essie colors to choose from. Sia's beauty also sells the best skin products. I suggest you make an appointment because they do get booked up!

Loved this place!! Very relaxing. I got a mani-pedi today. The staff was so sweet and nice, the salon was very clean and the tools used for my mani pedi were clearly sanitized and not used directly from client to client. The location is great (near the subway stations and shops). Overall I would recommend this salon and will be coming back for future appointments the next time I'm in NYC!

Very through and careful waxing and the staff is extremely polite to their costumers. It's always nice to find a good place to get waxing done in NYC.

Went to Sia beauty in Basingstoke today to get my eyebrows threaded. And a lady who served me was very aggressive on the skin which left soreness even after 5hrs! She did not do the job properly and each time I told her to do a certain section again she'd give me attitude and look at her colleague in a certain way. In the end my eyebrows went equal.. I really do not appreciate a service like this!! Never going back there again will for sure go get my eyebrows done at a better place. Spend your money else where girls, it's totally not worth it!
