To whom it may concern.
I write this letter of complain because on the night of July the10th,2019 my customers checked in at Sibsan Luxury Hotel,a five-star hotel in Chiangmai at night time approximately 23.00p.m.Right after checking in,one of the room,especially the bed cover sheet is very dirty my customers needed to have it changed.I immediately informed the receptionist,working at night shift to change the bed cover sheet but the answer I got from him saying that at night time they do not have the room maid to work ; his mean that there is no one to help my guests to change the bed cover sheet.This is the answer he replied.How could a -five -star hotel system so bad service,there is only a receptionist and a security at night.Worst than that he said if there is any issue,the company should contact the hotel directly.How would you feel if you were in that situation? Would you think he,a night receptionist should keep working or considering himself of what he was tackling with his job?10/07/2019.แขกเช็คอินเข้าพักตอน23.00น.มีปัญหาผ้าปูเตียงไม่สะอาด.แจ้งทางรีเซฟชั่นทางรีเซฟชั่นแจ้งว่าแผยกแม่บ้านของโรงแรมได้เลิกงานไปแล้ว.ทั้งโรงแรมมีพนักงานเหลืออยู่2คนคือรีเซฟชั่นกับรปภ.ถ้ามีเหตุการณ์ที่สุดวิสัยร้ายแรงมากกว่านี้พนักงานทั้ง2คนจะแก้ไขได้ไหม.ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะเกิดกับโรงแรมที่บอกว่าเป็น5ดาวแบบนี้
