Siem Reap River Side

Management is VERY accommodating. Charming staff are at your beck and call and can be quite entertaining. The place is clean , maid service on request , in house next day laundry service ($1/kilo). Nice pool area too. Hotel is approximately a ten minute walk along the river from Pub Street and the Old Market. Food choices everywhere. Close enough to be handy and still far enough from the downtown traffic to be quiet. The rooftop plaza has nice ambience and the children of the staff have the run of that area. They are quiet and like all Kampuchean kids , very polite. There is a nice mix of family feel and boutique hotel. Breakfast delivered to your room is included too. Happily recommend.

Room was ok, clean with ac, TV wasn't connected, even asked about it but told not connected. Why advertise it? This room is on the side of the swimming pool so it's loud non stop, also you can hear chairs moving,doors closing from every room, didn't have a comfortable time because of this.

Ordered a tour from an agency to Cambodia and stayed at this . First time in my life and a lot of travel worldwide been ATTACKED by an owner with a metal pipe.||We had chosen not really honest travel agency, who should have paid for two nights, but instead they did pay only for one. Clueless us, had a night bus to Bkk, sitting waiting for it at the reception.||Here it starts to get bad. The owner ran out and started yelling we should pay. Well, we shouldn’t, it’s agency responsibility. Probably he didn’t get it, or was not smart enough to talk to GUESTS, instead he threatened us with a metal pipe. Maybe it’s popular in he’s surroundings, maybe he had an offensive father, i dunno.||Long story short, I would rather stay away from this hole. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Friendly stuff, a bit noisy in the mornings. The rooms are very basic and the hotel is not in perfect form. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the center..But overall it's a good value for Money

If you’re travelling on a budget and are not fussed about he quality of your stay then you might be happy with this hotel. But the truth is it is not the three star hotel it is advertised as and the pictures on the internet do not resemble the hotel at all. One or two star hotel would be more accurate. |We were sent there on the recommendation of a shonky travel operator in Phnom Penh who overcharged us and made us pay up front. We checked out after two nights, losing our third night.|However, it was generally clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. |No way would I go back.

We spent 3 nights in Siam Reap. So friendly place and helpfull staff. Next to Old Market.Clean,laundry only 1$ kg. Highly recommended.

The location is easy to find. The owner is so friendly as well as the staff. The only concern is the cleanliness.
