The resort is amazing but the booking experience is the most horrendous thing I have done is a while, this are the problems I experienced when trying to buy 4 tickets for me and my family:
- You have to choose between phone ticket or card, card costs 10 euros so I try phone.
- My phone is not supported (1plus)
- I cannot buy tickets to my family without having them download the app, creating 2 separate accounts, one for the app and one for the shop, setting up their phones to work with the app, enabling Bluetooth, disabling battery optimization, etc. And even then the option to buy on the phone might not show up. Additionally to this we need to link the accounts to each other.
- When I bought the tickets it was not allowed to buy the parking, showing an X instead WITHOUT any explanation of why; I called and I was told to buy it on the spot but to be early (9 at max because they might run out)
- Today my mom called me and it turns out you can buy tickets for the parking (thanks Sierra Nevada...). When I try to buy it tells me that I have to buy a forfait... but I already have one. I called support and they asked me to refund and buy another forfait with the parking.
- Now, I go to buy the ticket and it asks me to put a picture on my profile, for whatever reason. I'm tired of this and, to my surprise there is no way to add the photo on the profile, it turns out that there is an transparent button if there is no image where you have to click (see attached image).
Now, I work as a software engineer and I'm good with this and I have spent hours trying to get tickets to ski, I absolutely have no idea how a regular person will do it. The system is badly design, please send this feedback to your development team and ask them to design a better experience.
