Sierra Subs & Salad was a great place to eat after a busy holiday weekend. The food was fresh and tasty. There is plenty of options. Yummy Gluten Free bread/buns are available for an extra $1.50. The fresh strawberry lemonade was very refreshing. There is outside seating overlooking the River.

This is a gem restaurant! It's hidden but offers lots of subs & salad. Friendly 6 and clean restrooms. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas. We decided to sit outside the backdoor patios and walk down the stairs where we could see and river floating soothing sounds while enjoying our food. A must try restaurant.

Don’t blink & miss this quant and delicious sandwich shop. Their indoor & outdoor seating is perfect for a quick break before or after hiking. We had the tuna melt, muffuletta, & manwhich. All were above our expectations & packed with ingredients.

I was really excited to try this place after a long hike in Sequoia NP because of the reviews I saw online. I did enjoy the food. The sandwich could have used another slice of meat, as it felt a bit skimpy. However, the sandwich was still good. I was a bit disappointed in the service of the man working the register. He seemed annoyed and offered mediocre service. Something to note is that this place can become very busy and add additional time you didn't anticipate. I was in and out within about 10 minutes, but the line became very long after I ordered.

One of the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever had! Staff is friendly and the location simple but cozy with tables overlooking the river. Me and my wife favorite place to eat near Sequoia National Park.

We absolutely loved our sandwiches, soup, lemonade and ambience by the river! We heard a lot of great things, and they were all true! We also bought their sourdough rolls and croissants to go. We highly recommend Sierra Subs!

Every time I'm in Three Rivers, I always need to stop here for a sandwich or salad! It's one of my favorite lunch places -- everything is always extremely fresh and delicious. Recently, I had their Greek salad with chicken and it did not disappoint. Also, the portion sizes are huge. The employees are always friendly and there's a beautiful patio over looking the river. Love this place!

Their food is SO GOOD! I'm so glad they're on the Top 100 because they're there for a reason! So yummy , friendly service, good for them!

One of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. Unfortunately, do not have any photos of it because they looked super tempting and were delicious. The sandwiches were very well made, properly toasted bread, fresh ingredients, flavorful sauces and an amazing view to look at while enjoying them. Definitely try them if you are in the area!

Affordable, wide range sandwiches & salads menu, good quality food items, outdoor seating next to River & indoor seating also available. Food usually takes about 5-10 minutes after ordering. It's a good pit stop place to grab food & go for anyone who visits sequoia National park. Best spot in "Three Rivers" area!!! Decent ambiance... Very less parking spots available on the front entrance area.

Came in today for lunch with two toddlers right before a huge rush came in. Ample seating, clean restaurant, and the menu was fantastic. The parking is right in front right off the road and attached to to their stores. I got the Green goodness sandwich which was very fresh and light. Loved the toasted bread. Husband and friends got the caprese salad which comes with pesto dressing and the cheese and everything in there was really fresh and crisp. Friend got the manwich which was packed. He said he felt manlier as he ate it lol. We also got a vegetarian quesadilla with no olives which can come with spinach tortilla which was a hit with the babes! They loved it (as did I) and love that their cheese is the kind that oozes. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a yummy and healthy sandwich option in Three Rivers!

Very neat and friendly sandwich shop. Highly recommend stopping in for a sandwich before heading into the nearby national parks. We took our subs to go but didn't take pictures although both were loaded and flavorful. Definitely stop in for something quick. Check out the local art while you're here too!

Okay, I have heard a lot about this place and had the opportunity to visit this past weekend. The food, was absolutely phenomenal. Sandwiches had the right amount of meat and other toppings, the chipotle cream cheese was amazing, and the tomato bisque was out of this world. The employees were so kind and our sandwiches were out in a timely manner. We also got to sit right by the river which was just the perfect scenery while enjoying this food! Will most definitely be coming back!

Have been to this place many times and it never fails! Consistently good. I do think the service is hit or miss but overall will always be back cause the food hits.

Oh my goodness what a treat! Stopped in on the recommendation of Mr. Paul from the Totem Market and gift store down the street and so glad we did! Sandwiches are fresh and tasty with a unique flavor. I went with the Wasbi Stinger and it was bursting with flavor! My friend got the vegetarian version and was impressed. Another friend had the curry lentil soup and enjoyed it a great deal. Please go get cha some!

Broad array of food selections. Food is spot on and made exactly to order. Service is super friendly, helpful, quick and efficient, and seeks feedback on your food and level of service received. Casual atmosphere with a great view and convenient to access. Love this place.

Order anything you're craving & you're guaranteed a happy belly! If you're touring through the parks you must stop here! If you're local, I hope you already know how amazing this place is If you haven't had it, it's a must stop! Eat on glorious people!

The food was pretty good and they had many vegetarian options which was nice because multiple people in our group were. They made the sandwiches and salad to order, and most of them didnt take too long to make. However they kept messing up my sandwich. They had to remake it twice after they themselves realized they made it wrong. Ok it happens. But many people came and left after me and they didnt even apologize for the longer wait. Not a lot of food options in Three Rivers, but this place has a decent sized menu with a variety of vegetarian options.

I love the ambiance, outside seating area, and overall subs and food itself. However, going a total of 3 times the service left much to be desired. Everytime I place an order with a gentleman, he isn't friendly, or helps to make suggestions. It is very off putting and neither as a customer do I feel welcomed. If I am spending $30 some amount for sandwiches, I would hope that things like placing an order to selecting topcis wold be a more pleasurable experience. I have sent friends over to try the shop, because the food is good but the experience turns out negative. My advice to management/ owner, is to please consider making the experience more pleasurable to customers who truly want to enjoy your food, ambiance and overall experience. It's a beautiful location just negative customer to employee interaction.

Excellent food! Read some great reviews so decided to get a sandwich here. The place was packed the whole time I was there. Service was super friendly. Great views on the outside patio. I got the Buffalo Bill (chicken pesto) and it tasted excellent. You can tell everything is fresh.

Sierra Subs was our first food stop after arriving in the area. I ordered the Hollywood Tremor. It was so good! Great combo of flavors and every ingredient was high quality and tasted fresh. They also have freshly squeezed lemonade, which was a perfect choice for a hot, sunny day. The outdoor seating by the river is amazing! We grabbed a spot outside and watched groups rafting down the river. Sierra Subs is a top tier sandwich spot and a must for visiting the area.

Everything was GREAT! The menu choices are varied, but not overwhelming. The manager recommended the Muffuletta and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. My family tried the B.L.A.T, the Gourmet Green, and the Sierra Burger. Everything was very good. We ate outside and enjoyed the view and listening to the river.

Delicious sandwiches that were perfect to have for our hike in Sequoia National Park. I loved the buffalo bill sandwich that had chicken and pesto. I recommend coming here if you're looking for some good sandwiches to enjoy. They also have soups here!

One word. Muffuletta. Wait, one more word. Service. Today our car club drove up to Sierra Subs for lunch. We were expected around 130pm, and they were ready for us. The lunch crowd had just died down a bit when the 39 of us walked in. They handled our lunch requests like the pros they are. Nice, clean place. Awesome seating areas. Indoor, top deck or lower deck facing the river or front patio. You can also get your food to-go. So back to that Muffuletta sandwich. I have never tried one, ever. I had already decided on a roast beef sandwich on grilled sourdough. But as I stood in line and watched a few Muffuletta sandwiches being prepared, I was mesmerized. I love ham and I love green olives, so I decided to try one. It was so good. The kaiser roll was amazing. The meats and cheese were fresh and flavorful. But that olive salad/mixture was the star of the show. So what if I was full after eating half the sandwich, I ate that whole thing. The customer service was impeccable, the 39 of us were helped in a very timely manner, as were the other customers who arrived for lunch while our club was there.

This vegan muffuletta actually cured all my aches and pains after a long hike in Sequoia NP. I got this sandwich on sourdough and hubs got it on ciabatta - you can't go wrong with either! We also appreciated the friendly staff working behind the counter! Come here for some sandwich healing!

Was 104F temp outside when we stopped by this place. Inside was cool, comfortable, modern and clean. Menu is on the wall, you order like in any deli, pay and they call out when your food is ready. Given what other places are charging, their prices were much better for the quality of the food. We ordered the panini and a salad. The sandwich was good, but the turkey cranberry SALad was great. Generous size and they put the dressing on the side as default, allowing us to taste how good the ingredients were.

SO SO good! I had the gluten free version, I can only imagine how it tastes on actual bread Service was amazing! The owner, I think, was kind enough to tell me I had something on my skirt...thank you for that! As a fellow local restaurant GM, thank you for your kindness, and I cant wait to come back and try more! I brought one of my servers on our break from Tulare to get to go, service was quick and kind! You'd be missing out if you don't stop in for a delicious sandwich...and the potato salad too! So flavorful! I can't wait to find a reason to be in Three Rivers again just to try more! Also, thank you for asking if I was celiac, I'm just intolerant, but it's so nice to know that you take care in that aspect!

One of the best club sandwiches I've ever had, this one on sourdough with turkey (extra turkey added), avocado, and crispy bacon. Super Yummy! Plenty of seating inside and outside next to the river. Friendly counter service. If you're just visiting Three Rivers for their once/month Arts Fest or on your way to Sequoia to see the General Sherman tree, this should be your lunch stop for a remarkable sandwich.

I'm lucky enough to get to try many of the creations of the Sierra Subs crew. They are all absolutely delicious. A previously picky (plain cheese quesadilla, hold the salsa) pre-teen has recently discovered The Tom. This is absolutely, positively their favorite sandwich. Stop in for a lovely lunch on the deck overlooking the river. You won't be sorry!

A tasty sub that can be on a gluten free bread?? I fully support All their sub options look amazing and the fact that any can be on gluten free bread is so nice. I would love to try all of their options because they all look so good. You order at the window outside and there's seating inside which is really nice so you can eat your sub with AC. Recommend for lunch to dine in or grab and go to the park!

This place has amazing subs! My husband and I got the vegetarian stinger, which has portabella mushrooms and Wasabi sesame mayo, and it was delicious! We also got another vegetarian special sub which had a vegetarian burger and watermelon pico de gallo. You can pick black bean or rice and cheese for the vegetarian burger patty (we picked black bean). This was yummy too and very fresh tasting! We also got the blackberry lemonade, which was very nice and refreshing! The place seems very popular and there were many people there for a Thursday lunch! The service was really quick, though, and they have a lot of seating both indoors and outdoors. This place is right next to the Kaweah River, so the outdoor tables have a great view of the river! We would love to go there again and try other subs the next time we visit the area!

The workers are nice and friendly, I did a build your own sub and that was really good, it made me so full and they also have freshly squeezed lemonade and it is the best lemonade I've had, outdoor scenery is really nice as well.

I've eaten a lot of sandwiches in my days, and the Muffuletta I enjoyed here was by far one of the best! I'm usually a turkey and mustard type of gal, but something about this ham, salami, olive tapenade, and balsamic drizzled veggie sandwich was speaking to me. I was a bit nervous to try something so different, but it was amazing! The rest of my family had the club, Wasabi Stinger, and kid's turkey and cheese sandwiches. Everyone was very happy with their lunch. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of indoor seating. There is also some outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the river. The staff was super friendly and worked quickly to get through the super long line of customers waiting to order. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the Three Rivers area!

This was such a great spot for food and views! I got the red white and blue burger. The burger had plenty of toppings and I loved the blue cheese and Buffalo sauce mix. The burger tasted fresh and I would order it again. I would recommend the freshly squeezed lemonade to drink as well. Service was quick and there was a short wait to get our food. There is seating indoors and two levels of seating outside. We chose to sit outside where you have views of the river (and can watch some rafting groups go by!) I would highly recommend that you stop by for a burger or sandwich if you are in the area!

All week I was seeing people in the park eating these huge, amazing looking sandwiches. When we realized we were staying right next to this place, I decided we had to stop in on our way out of town. My husband and I split two different sandwiches - his was the special of the day and it was very spicy and good, and I had the Gourmet Green. The Gourmet Green was very fresh and light tasting. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly, the location was clean, and it was the perfect spot to grab necessities for a long roadtrip. I'm so jealous that we don't have a spot like this nearby! One word of warning is that it seemed to get busy very quickly. Like as soon as it opened, so just be prepared.

The reviews don't lie. This place is hardcore legitimate. The broad menu offers food that is fresh, unique, tons of veggie/vegan options, responsibly sourced---and delicious!! Two mostly shaded decks to eat by the river out back but plenty of room inside. I can't believe this place can be this good, but it really is. Don't even hesitate to try it out!

This may be the best sandwich I have ever eaten. We are visiting three rivers and our Airbnb hosts recommended this place and I am so grateful that they did!! Everything about this is perfect from the bread to the meat. You can tell they value freshness because every ingredient was unbelievable!!

Hands down the BEST sandwiches on earth! The service is consistently prompt and friendly. Used to be a window and now its a sit down restaurant. No trip is complete to the Sequoias without a stop at this spot. My go to is a muffuletta with the potato salad but really everything is divine!

An absolute favorite Their specials never disappoint fresh salads in the summer. Warm soups in the winter. The best and freshest Ingredients, including seasonal local fare from their own personal garden.

Great sandwiches and staff. Just like Dale recommended. Even though we arrived near closing they let us stay and eat in their air conditioning.

Y'all ain't ever taste heaven until you've tasted a Buffalo Bill here. When the trail beats you out and your lips are chapped from the elevation, the sandwiches here will pull you out from the rubble of hopelessness.
