With bargain prices comes bargain customer service. Tragic that you can’t return, exchange or even get a credit for an item when you lose your receipt. What a terrible company policy. Was so excited to have this store come to Johnson city tn until the manager there with long hair and glasses that turned her name tag around so I couldn’t see it said they can’t even give a merchandise credit for an item I bought last week and lost the receipt to. Guess I’ll be shopping at target or Amazon from now on since their customer service is far superior and great with returns.

I have visited this location many times. I don't know if it's my luck but I always find great deals. I find the staff very accommodating and helpful.

We’d heard you could get snowshoes and ski equipment here, but there was nothing. I guess the timing was off? Lots of clothes available. There was one sweet but incredibly slow cashier. Once we saw the guy ahead of us had a million little items, we bailed. They did have good tough dog toys really cheap-$5 each and I would have bought a few.

I loooveee this store. It’s like if Bass Pro, REI, and TJ Maxx had a baby. Everything you need for camping, hiking, boating, whatever, (maybe not everything you need for fishing) you can find here. It’s a wonderful store for people who love outdoor activities and recreation but are on a budget.

Well I placed an order on1/4, estimate time of arrival is 1/10. Ok no problem. In anticipation of my order I went to the website and noticed that one of the items were $10.00 cheaper. I reached out with my issue and was told that I can return and then repurchase. 😳 i still haven't received it yet. Awesome customer service!!! It is more cost effective and customer service appropriate to simply utilize the price adjustment tool. Totally ridiculous. I am sure this company will be receiving a Fobes Award.

I love this store. But it's also hit or miss. You can find amazing things at amazing deals or you can go home empty handed. But always worth looking

Great bargains, but long slow lines

When you see something you want, buy it. Their inventory turns quick and they have a lot of name branded items from fire pits, clothing, luggage, camping gear etc. They always have a selection of items for your 4-legged friend. Staff is friendly and they have a veteran's discount.

Yelp
I wandered in here yesterday omw to Michaels next door, and I'm so glad I did! This is an off price retailer that feels a bit higher scale in ambiance & selection, but price wise? It's the same as something like TJMAXX. Its focus is more outdoors wear, but they have a little bit of everything. I can't believe I've never seen one of these or been in one before. Will DEFINITELY be going back. I got a pair of Nike pants that usually go for $105, for $24. I wanted to get like 100 more things too.

Yelp
First time ever being in one of these. Really cool! Super cheap! I got a knife for $8 and a bathing suit for $15. Looking through the store there was a ton of great quality outdoor stuff for really cheap. Kayaks for $149.99. This type of outdoor clothing and accessories is normally pretty expensive. I suppose because it's not an everyday need. This place really brings it down to an affordable level. It's part of the marshalls, home goods family so it makes sense. I just never expected them to do it for outdoor supplies.

Yelp
if I could give zero stars I would. 7 days ago I purchased a pair over shoe Ice cleats during the recent snow/ice storm here in S. jersey. Yesterday the cleats started to loose the metal spikes that [are necessary] grab the ice and prevent falling. I returned to the store w receip and asked to exchange these in hope it was just a defective set? No returns, refunds or exchanges because (get this) "we are an off-price store" They said maybe I should try reaching out to the manufacturer?!? What!?! There are no ALL SALES ARE FINAL, if you buy it and it falls apart in a week, you're on your own? what kind of policy is this for an Outdoor Gear provider! Buy a kayak and if it leaks in the lake that weekend you're outta luck ? And to think of the busiiness I've given this company. I will now spread the word to every other outdoor enthusiast I know and every forum I frequent. Just another loser company out for themselves. Get what ya pay for huh? Not any more w Sierra.

Yelp
Absolutely love the variety found in this store. You can find things from clothing, shoes, snacks, travel accessories, and even pet care accessories. The store offers so much and I get completely lost when shopping inside. Everything is sold at a reasonable price, it's not too expensive and the quality of the clothing is great. The associates around the store were very friendly and more than happy to help. It's great coming into a store with workers who are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Yelp
Muuuuuch better than the West Chester store! They took all the good stuff and put it in this one, and all the junk that won't sell anywhere else gets dumped in West Chester. Honestly, the names on the gear offered were all the top outdoor outfitters, and the prices were very good. I saw none of this at the WC store. Also, this place is twice the size, and they have tons of hiking/camping/paddling/etc. activity gear all over too, not just a novelty canoe up on the wall like WC. Visited twice. First time I had a return. Cashier was new and got tripped up on the online order. Acted like customer service comments in the computer meant I couldn't return it? Manager was like, "those are just notes on her call about the order." Duh! It was annoying because I had 15 minutes to shop before close and she wasted 10 of them. Unnecessary, and could be prevented if they trained her better. That said, I did get a Kelty outdoor folding chair in kid size for $10, which was a steal! Second visit, I found some good clearance deals on kid shorts for next summer, and a pair of mommy Montrail running shoes for $30!!!! Another steal of a deal. I love Montrail! I will be back. Wish they were closer, but worth the drive compared to West Chester's nightmare store!

Yelp
TJMaxx for outdoor stuff - literally. It's part of the TJMaxx group. I got a bunch of great stuff at very reasonable prices. It's no REI but I found some of what I needed and went to REI for the rest.

Yelp
New favorite store! Sierra is like if REI and Ross or Marshall's had a very cute and outdoorsy baby. Great brands such as Clark's, The North Face, and Ruffwear but at wonderfully discounted prices. The employees are friendly and they provide hand sanitizer and clean carts/baskets as soon as you enter. You will find anything from memory foam dog beds to camping equipment.

Yelp
I've been to the Reno, NV location a few times so my family was excited to hear it was open here. It's compact with lots of different departments ranging from camping to home goods and clothing. I got a folding canvas bench for a gift and my daughter found some clothes. Great prices for outdoor stuff and higher end clothing brands like Marmot.

Yelp
Is a cool store, but they dont tell you that yellow tag items are not returnable when u make the purchase.

Yelp
VERY DISAPPOINTING! Dropped in there last week, signs everywhere saying CLEARANCE! Went to a rack which had a clearance sign on top, clearance signs on either end of the racks. Picked out a couple of items. Went to register and "bothered" some guy named Ethan because I wanted prices on both items which were not marked. Another guy behind the register mumbled "this again???" They proceeded to completely ignore me for about 5 minutes, whispering to each other, fumbling around with some machine, Ethan SAT on the counter with his back to me. Some young woman walked by and said "I shoulda bought it before, SHYT!" Finally Ethan turned and put the items I'd chosen down and just said "they're not on clearance." When I said that there were MULTIPLES of the same items on the clearance racks (not just one that a customer may have put there by mistake) he said something about getting merchandise from many sources and they tell them what price to charge. They are clearly engaging in bait and switch, bad sales practices and terrible customer service. I have it all on video, they didn't care. STAY AWAY

Yelp
Collecting personal information, registers crashes all the time, suspicious charges on my credit card by using Apple Pay, pressure to sign up for a credit card.
