Overall, I had a very good experience. The hostesses and my server, Julie were friendly and attentive. A gentleman, I assume a manager, checked on me once my entree was served. The bread, lobster bisque and grouper were outstanding. The only miss was the bone marrow. It was oily and lacked flavor. I would highly recommend SH to anyone looking for a higher end dining experience in Siesta Key. Cheers!.

To start with, Derek was our server who delivered with flair and the utmost professionalism I haven’t witnessed in a long time. Derek asked for our names and engaged in conversation that was pleasant and legitimate. A thorough explanation of menu items and the background to the Chefs vision. We started with colossal shrimp and crab cake as appetizers to which both were fantastic. We then entered into our main course of wet aged NY strip steaks that were both tender and delicious. A complimentary dessert was provided as Derek admitted me dropped a small, bite size morsel of steak. The ambience, food and service was IMHO, stellar. The manager, Thai, even came by our table and engaged with us which sealed the deal. We will definitely by coming back for more food adventures.

My husband and I were staying in Siesta Key for the week and everyone kept raving about the SH. So we decided to give it a try on our last full night there and we are SO glad that we saved the BEST for last!! We were celebrating our 20 years together this month and my husband beating Stage 4 cancer!! Everyone and everything was so amazing!! From our server - to the owner who we saw visiting each table. He came to our table - was extremely personable - which we loved and so much more! Our food was by far the best! My husband had steak and scallops while I had lobster!! SO FRESH - much food - we couldn't finish it all so we boxed it up and decided to give it to a homeless man we had saw on the sidewalk in The Village that evening since we were flying out the next morning anyway... We can't wait to go back!! Be ready to spend a little (( a lot )) but - money will come and go - take the trip - buy the lobster - make the memories!!

Terri was our server and she was very friendly and a true professional! I had the surf&turf special and it was brilliant! The 6oz filet was spot on and the seafood was fresh and went perfectly with the rest of the dish! The mash potatoes are to die for! It’s the fresh green onions and I believe blue cheese crumbles added that makes them so delicious! My son enjoyed his chicken fingers also! They offer valet parking till 9 and it will allow you to explore the shops after dining without worrying about a place to park!! I highly recommend this wonderfully appointed restaurant when visiting Siesta Key! make reservations to avoid waiting!!! It just adds to the charm of Siesta Beach… 🏖️❤️

Top notch service every time my husband and I come here. The bleu cheese crust is unlike any other, and the cocktails are delicious! We make sure to reserve a table weeks in advance before our annual trip and it’s always worth it.

Google
Wow. Top notch place in SK. High quality food, ingredients, service and cocktails. Be ready to break out the platinum card here as you pay for what you get. Great meal with friends. Steak was cooked to perfection, same goes for the scallops. The wedge salad was delicious. Yummy little birthday dessert too. Unfortunately we had to leave early and couldn't get a desert cocktail. Had to go home and have a Busch Light.

Google
Above and beyond experience. Reviews do not explain the restaurants exquisite ambiance and upscale level. From the moment we sat down we enjoyed every moment. It truly was an experience. Owner was walking around nonstop, interacting with customers and serving food as well as top shelf shots. Amy was our server. She made it obvious to us that she was happy to be there and explained everything us. Lychee martini was the most delicious drink I’ve had, alcoholic or not. Steaks are unbelievable, and so was the Pino Noir Braised Short Rib. They even gave us a complimentary dessert! Everything was on a different level, even the lighting, decor, overall atmosphere. Highly recommend this fine dining restaurant.

Yelp
Wow, this has to be one of my new favourite restaurants. It's beautiful, service was spectacular and the food was beyond amazing. 10 of us went for a surprise birthday dinner. My husband and I split a bottle of wine to start. Then half the table ordered French onion soup and the other half ordered the lobster bisque. French onion was perfect. Even came with a little arancini ball on top. The waiter was telling us later that his favorite is the lobster bisque. Brought us a small cup with 2 spoons to try it. He wasn't kidding. I Omg it was good. Then we split the goat cheese and beet salad. And ordered a couple of sides of the lobster risotto which is 80 % lobster. So much lobster. I was busting by this time. Others at the table raved about their steaks. The mashed potatoes were mashed with Boursin. That was genius. I can go on and on about this fantastic restaurant. My only complaint were some of the prices. 75.00 for the halibut special just seemed like a lot to me. But if you're looking for a place to go for a special occasion then this is it.

Yelp
I wanted to have a nice dinner and this place was about half a block from where I was staying. I made reservations and went at 6pm. They quickly seated me at a roomy table even though I was dining alone, which was really nice. It had a comfortable vibe, not overly fancy but nice. You wouldn't want to really come here with flip flops on. I had a glass of cabernet and started with a beet salad. It came with baby arugula, goat cheese, and candied pistachio. The menu stated that the dressing was blueberry vinegarette but I couldn't tell. The salad was dry with only a subtle hint of dressing in the middle. I ate the beets and the goat cheese and called it quits. For my entrée, I had the 12 oz Prime Angus ribeye. I asked for medium rare. I don't like overcooked steak. I also ordered some creamed spinach. The creamed spinach was great and the portion was quite large. I would say, 2 people can easily share this side and be food. My steak was overcooked, sadly. It came out more like a medium well rather than a medium rare. The taste was good but on the dry side from over cooking. I ordered dessert as well. I had the flourless chocolate tort but it was swimming in raspberry sauce. It was good but I couldn't finish so I took my leftovers back to the condo I was staying at. Service was excellent. I was impressed with how quickly things came to my table and how attentive the staff were. The food could have been better.

Yelp
4 of us had an anniversary dinner last night at Summer House. It started with Thai (Manager) greeting us and ensuring we were happy with our table choice and telling us about the restaurant. Our server Sherri K went over the menu and specials (which she knew well) and made some great recommendations. 2 of us had the Halibut special, 2 had the prime rib. They were outstanding, prepared perfectly. She also made some great wine pairing selections. The ambiance was relaxed, not rushed, and very inviting. We've been to Summer House several times and will definitely be back. It's great to see them fully recovered from the hurricanes last year. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Summer House delivers an experience as impressive as its name suggests. With its warm, boathouse-inspired vibes and lively energy, this spot nails the perfect balance between upscale dining and a welcoming atmosphere. We started with the Lobscargot, a playful twist on classic escargot, substituting lobster for snails. It was buttery, indulgent, and an absolute treat for seafood lovers. The Prime Meatballs Pomodoro followed, with rich, tender meatballs bathing in a robust tomato sauce that could easily stand on its own. For mains, the seafood platter was a knockout. The lobster tail and scallops were flawlessly cooked--juicy and tender--paired beautifully with warm butter and delicate king crab. The lobster sauce, reminiscent of a luxurious bisque, tied it all together. The filet mignon, cooked to perfection, was so flavorful it didn't need a drop of sauce--a testament to its quality. The sides deserve their own standing ovation. Wagyu fries were crispy perfection, while the potatoes au gratin had a perfect harmony of creaminess and cheese. The creamed spinach, though simpler, was comforting and solid. Dessert, though, was the crowning glory--a towering slice of carrot cake. Moist, spiced just right, and paired with a luscious frosting, it left us raving. My wife even declared it the best dessert of the trip--a rare honor. With attentive, friendly service and a menu full of hits, Summer House is a dining experience I'd return to in a heartbeat. Don't sleep on this one--it's worth every bite.

Yelp
I was the guy who was paying for the dinner for four. For the price I expected more. I got the 10 oz. Kobe strip steak. It came blackened which I wasn't expecting. Although it was done medium as I had requested it looked like a 5oz. steak on the huge plate it came on. It looked ridiculous. The steak did not have much taste. I've had better steaks at Longhorns. As a side I got a very generous portion of the mushrooms and onions. It was enough to share. My wife got the short ribs. Although they came with a sauce they were a little dry but very rich. The people in my party appeared to be very satisfied with their lobster and fillet.

Yelp
Great experience! We had a birthday party with 13 people. We were promptly sat and greeted with waters. The waitress explained the specialty cocktails and gave a run down of the menu. Once we ordered drinks, they were all brought together along with a few plates of bread for our table. We ordered appetizers, salads, soups and entrees. The apps and soups/ salads were brought out together. Filet mignon was delicious and so was the Brussels sprouts and French fries They brought out a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl and we sang happy birthday cake The carrot cake was to DIE for! We ended up splitting it between everyone because it was so big!

Yelp
Very modern and chic restaurant. Reservations a must here. Great food but comes at a higher cost than other restaurants in area. Food was great as was the service. Great spot, but be ready to spend a bit more on your dishes.

Yelp
For our 15th wedding anniversary, we returned to the Summer House. Reservation, reminders, and communication were on point. They asked for info to make our time special. We enjoyed our first meal, so we ordered our favorites again. French Onion soup boast flavor with sweet onions and was not strong or salty, just perfect. We got a single crab cake with big chucks of crab. The beet salad had amazing texture with goat cheese, pistachios, blueberries, and arugula. We shared the ribeye, which was seared with a crisp edge but with med-rare inside. The lobster risotto was really rich with strong lobster flavor, which was cooked well but very rich, so a little goes a long way. We were treated with a light creamy custard dessert with biscotti. Joseph was an excellent server and made our dinner pleasant. We shared our meal, and he had the kitchen split it for us. We don't drink alcohol but had refreshing mocktails. The blueberry lemonade had fresh blueberries and hit the spot. We enjoyed our special anniversary meal and will keep the sweet anniversary card they gave us. Perfect touch!

Yelp
Had to try it a few times to make sure it wasn't fiction. Personal service - Ginger the hostess texted me from her phone to confirm; and when we walked in was so pleasant. Amanda our server- and the previous two gentlemen were over the top friendly & attentive. Food? Perfectly cooked & served. Would come back here every night. (Be patient, some of the staff have lost everything from the hurricane but yet show up with smiles & so courteous).

Yelp
Went there with my family on a Friday night. Valet parking for $5 is worth the money on a busy Friday night. as far availability, we Lucked out as we did not have a reservation. We liked the decor and atmosphere. We were not prepared for the upscale compared to surrounding restaurants but it was nice. We enjoyed it. Price range is keeping up with upscale premium steak houses. Food quality is adequate for the price. The lobster bisque silky and had light chunks of lobster. The French onion soup not too heavy. Had a generous layer of cheese. The BA Salad light and full of flavors. We got steaks and loved them. All flavorful and juicy. Daughter got the salmon and loved it. For sides we gift recommend the potato au grutin and Boursin mash potatoes. Sides portions enough for at least 2 people Service excellent and waitress informative and pleasant.

Yelp
This was my first time here. I absolutely loved it. The food was fantastic! The service was amazing. Our waitress was very informative about the menu and answered all questions. The inside was dim lighting and very nicely decorated. We had a very cozy little table in the corner; felt very private. One of the best meals ever and I loved that it is not a chain restaurant. I will definitely visit again in the future.

Marren K.

Yelp
Service, food, ambience is great. The lobster bisque soup is by far the best I've ever had! The martini's are muah! Love love love it here.

Yelp
I'd say it's the best in Siesta Key - beautiful atmosphere, great service and excellent food (fresh oysters from the east coast and well-seasoned steaks). It's one of the few places in town that doesn't only serve fried foods and loud music. Go here for a nice evening. Plus they accept reservations.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is lost. It's has food for a high end steakhouse, but it's setting is in a beach hut,?-'d it's service is hit/miss. Is this fine dining or a beach bar? They don't know. It's bizarre eating here. Wish they'd go the steakhouse route with decor and service inside - but guessing that'll never happen. Good food, really high prices, beach vibe.

Yelp
One of our absolute favourite in the Sarasota area. Gorgeous atmosphere, great cocktails and just an incredible menu. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is wonderful. We had gone twice last year while visiting...returned this summer and were happy to be equally impressed by everything. This is fine dining, so a higher price point...that will not disappoint.

Ashley B.

Yelp
Amazing service, even more amazing food. I was so happy to see beef tallow fries and natural ingredients. The meat was cooked perfectly in the prime rib. The NY strips were a little fatty, but the flavor was wonderful. Everything we tried was a 10/10. I would recommend this place! :)

Yelp
Amazing experience. Food service and ambiance. Would highly recommend to anyone for any occasion.

Yelp
This was by far one of the most delicious dining experiences I've had in a while! I went with my daughter, her husband and grandson (10 months old) and service was great too! We had the lobster escargot which was Ahhhmazing, the onion soup (delectable soup with Lots of cheese and yummy bread). The roasted chicken was cooked to perfection and the martinis were the best I've had recently. The best part of the evening was meeting Daniel (the manager). He couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming; he humbly admitted that he was drawn to our table by my gorgeous grandson, who sat on his high chair devouring the soft bread and examining his surroundings between morsels of bread and milk. Daniel brought fresh fruit for my grandson, and we were grateful that his dining experience was made so special at Summer House! Thanks to Daniel, his great staff and chefs!! We hope to return soon! Don't miss it if you're in Siesta Key!

Yelp
Solid drink, decent food, friendly staff, cool interior (for those who prefer modern and "fancy")

Yelp
Tasty cocktails. Delicious wedge salad. Generous pour of good wine. We both enjoyed our steaks cooked as ordered. Excellent waitress was upbeat and attentive.

Yelp
Tonight we celebrated our 5 year anniversary at Summer House. We have only been one other time for our 1 year anniversary and had high expectations as our first visit was remarkable. Noah, our server was adorable and really went the extra mile to make sure we had a memorable experience. He was thorough without being overbearing and really delivered excellent service. The food was spectacular. We were disappointed that the Wagyu tomahawk wasn't a special tonight (booo) but the steaks we got were excellent. As well as the sides, sauces, salad, drinks, dessert etc. Thank you Summer House for an amazing dinner on our special occasion. We will absolutely be back.

Yelp
Summer House Steak is exactly what I thought it was going to be: overhyped, overpriced, and average restaurant. Quick summary : Food is average, service is average and ambiance is okay but loud. Let's start with the drink which is a signature cocktail and it is made with buffalo trace bourbon which is good but I can make a better drink at home and for the price of $21 it is definitely overpriced. The chicken tasted good but the veggies had zero flavor and the mushroom bread pudding was an atrocity to flavor. It was dry and completely unnecessary addition to the dish. I appreciate the creativity in wanting to make something but the bread was not it. The dry aged steak was also good but nothing to brag about and again for the price of $100 you can grill a better one at home. I get that you are in the heart of Siesta Key but you don't have to price gouge for average food and drinks. You can probably have a better meal somewhere else for less money. Do not recommend.

Yelp
This has got to be one of the prettiest restaurants in the area. I went here with my daughter a few weeks ago. We went around noon on a Saturday. We sat inside but outside looked beautiful as well. Ordered the truffle fries. We loved them! They are hand cut thin and the truffle oil smell and taste is very evident. Then we ordered a salad and a kale pizza. Let me tell you these salads are huge and if you were ordering something else the salad could be chaired. The Rose wine was excellent but the regular drinks are the ones i fell for. I loved the time we spent dining but we ordered dessert and let me express that I think I died and went to heaven with their lemon bar dessert. You can also go next to the hostess at the entrance and to their right side there is a bakery part if the restaurant where you can get desserts and lattes. Also the sale mugs and T-shirts with their logo. They are all so beautiful

Yelp
It was a lovely evening with champagne, tomahawk, and twin lobster tails. Sherrie took the wheel when she recommended some specials, thanks Sherrie! Enjoyed shrimp cocktail starter along with meatballs Ordered the tomahawk steak special for two along with mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and twin tails stuffed with crab meat!

Yelp
We reserved a table for 3 for our family Thanksgiving. We arrived at 2:00 pm. We were greeted right away by Derick and offered the wine and drink menu. Derick was not our server, as James was attending the other tables, how nice was it that they ensure that their guests ate greeted right away. James was our AMAZING, SPECTACULAR, FUNNY, KNOWLEDGEABLE server. My husband ordered a bourbon that they had run out but James brought over two exceptional bourbons for him to try before ordering. We started off with a shared wedge salad and the lobster bisque which was delicious. The restaurant ambiance is stylish, modern and elegant. The chairs were very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. For entrees we ordered the Wagu Tomahawk and the suvi half chicken. For sides we chose, borsan mash potatoes, Brussel sprouts and wagu beef fat French fries . Everything was beyond delicious. Dessert was the chef bread pudding which tonight was blueberries and chocolate. Summer House was beyond a 5 Star rating. The manager Daniel was a gem. We even met Chef Bruno which was a special treat.

Yelp
ordered the surf n turf. instead of filet swapped it for ribeye. out of the main course, lobster bisque, and the chop wedge salad. the ribeye was 8.5/10 on flavor. and the cut was just soso. the overall experience id say good. 3 ppl no drinks $480.00 plus $120 tip. the service 10/10... we split wedge each order same main and each a soup. i would have also left the sauce off the lump crab. on the steak.

Yelp
We visited Sarasota and were recommended a few places, Summer House being one of them. We got there earlier than our reservation hoping to have a drink at the bar, but it was already full, but they were able to seat us about 25 minutes early which was awesome, very accommodating. The waiter was awesome, he had a lot of great suggestions and even had my fiancé interested in one of the special cocktails, which was some sort of watermelon drink. The bread they start you off with was really good & we started with their Prime Meatball Pomodoro app. I would say it was 3/5 and wouldn't suggest ordering that if you go. For dinner, we both ordered the Surf & Turf Special. This was 6oz Filet mignon that had 3 blackened shrimp and crab meat. The steak and the shrimp were delicious, the crab meat was ok, I could have done without that. Once we got the bill, we realized this special was $90 each, looking back we would have just ordered the regular filet which was about $30 cheaper. It wasn't worth adding the seafood to the steak. The whole vibe of the restaurant is really nice, there's a large fish tank that spans most of the place. It's well decorated and has high ceilings which makes it feel spacious.

Yelp
Where to start. The service was fantastic! Our server was so attentive and thorough. He took great care to make thoughtful recommendations based on our likes and dislikes. He showed genuine interest in ensuring our dining experience was top notch and did it all with a smile. The food was just as good as it looked! We had such a hard time choosing with huge lobster tails and tomahawk steaks swirling at neighboring tables, but ultimately landed on soup and salad to start (Caesar and French onion) followed by their surf and turf special. The special was just that! Melt in your mouth filet topped with lump crab, shrimp, scallops cooked to perfection, and asparagus with a little bite just like I like it. Every morsel was mouth watering.

Brett T.

Yelp
Perfect, came in for a nice Chardonnay and apps. WOW, terrific wine list had the lobster whatever, amazing. Grace at the bar was a gracious server, very helpful actually really knew the wine list. Ended with an expression chocolate something, delicious. Don't miss this place.

Yelp
Now this is a huge recommendation for me. Easily the best meal on our trip. The lobster bisque is easily the best I've ever had. We shared a tomahawk steak which was served with three different sauces, all incredible. We did asparagus as a side and it was great too. Our server was VERY nice and we overall had an amazing experience.

Yelp
Wow, this establishment was beyond my expectations. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a lovely hostess and sat promptly. Our waiter Rico made the whole dinner experience, he took his time explaining everything, asking us our names and telling us happy anniversary, not to mention his recommendations were spot on! We loved this restaurant and everyone we came in contact with we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Amazing food, staff and atmosphere! Huber's Family Christmas tradition, dinner at Summer House 2023! Thank you for the wonderful service, Amy!

Yelp
The prices on the specials were 100-200$. Have never seen their specials so high- pretty ridiculous. Food and service were excellent as always.

Yelp
Great dinner here! Terry was our host made the evening so special. The cheese donut hole is my new favorite food...YUM. It was wonderful service from start (rose petals) to finish (champagne!!) Check this place out if you are wanting to have a fabulous evening!!! Right down the street is the best sunset watching spot as well

Yelp
Can I give this 10 stars? I took my G/F here for our final night in Siesta Key but to celebrate her birthday. We were seated right away and our waiter was FANTASTIC. Super friendly and made several recommendations. We both settled on the filet and split the potatoes augratin. By far the best steak I have had hands down. And the potatoes!!! Incredibly good. Very sleek and classy atmosphere. At the end of the meal the waiter was super accommodating taking numerous pictures of our night out. If you are in the Sarasota Siesta Key area this is a must!!!
google avatar

Annie A.

Yelp
Summer house is an upscale restaurant downtown siesta key. We made reservations for a Saturday night, it was very busy so you might end up waiting a while if you don't make a reservation. The waitress was very knowledgeable and they had several interesting things on the menu. I was between the salmon with risotto or the short rib with mashed potatoes. If I had to choose again, I would go with the short rib because it was more savory & hearty. I ordered the salmon well done and it was cooked to my liking and had a tasty sweet glaze on the outside but the risotto could have used a little more flavor, although it was on the sweeter side. I really liked the carrots, they were cooked to perfection and the sweet potato purée was a nice touch too.
google avatar

Kaitlyn N.

Yelp
The Filet Mignon was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Hands down one of the best steaks I've ever had. Paired perfectly with the rich, creamy five cheese macaroni. Such a classy atmosphere with wonderful service, cannot recommend this place enough!
google avatar

Antonio P.

Yelp
10/10 experience here. These steaks were probably some of the best I have had. While not a seafood fan the group shared they loved the oysters Rockefeller. The hostess was amazing and gave us a wine tasting before choosing a wine.

Yelp
Spectacular find with lovely intimate outdoor seating and a beautiful interior. Definitely an upscale feel and a good excuse to get dressed up a little. I don't comment too frequently on drinks but with a recent change in my diet that no longer allows me to consume alcohol I figure maybe someone else could benefit from knowing that their raspberry mojito mocktail is stellar!! Just look at its pure beauty in the pic, full of super fresh raspberries and mint. The food was equally amazing. I had salmon that featured a sweet potato hollandaise sauce. And it was cooked perfectly! Right off the bat I loved how unique it was. My husband enjoyed the Waggu Top Sirloin which we've actually never seen on any other menu and the prime meatballs were so good! So why the 4 stars? It pains me to say but it's because of the price. The salmon was $43 which is significantly higher than any other nice salmon dish I've had elsewhere. Don't get me wrong - it was AMAZING but like the gentlemen said at the table next to us, everything on the menu seemed to be about $10 overpriced. I would agree.

Yelp
Okay now, I'm almost speechless this meal was so good. The hostess could not have been nicer and so gracious. It's Easter Sunday and our daughter flew in from NYC. That girl is a crazy food person and is often a judge in many events throughout the USA. I knew a mediocre place was not in the cards even though a taco in the back of a gas station gives her as much delight as this experience. She's definitely not a food snob and the price tag has nothing to do with her feelings. Our server Jo ( brightest blue eyes ever!) answered all our questions with lots of patience. My husband and I had been there before and I did not care for the grouper preparation and saw that now it had a completely new revamp. I won best dish hands down. That's just my take on it, they all thought they had equal dishes but let me tell you I licked that plate clean. There was only one thing that trumped it and I wasn't going to order it because I don't think anyone can make a crab cake appetizer better than I can. I was dead wrong. That arancini on top and the sauce is all I need as a last meal but I need ten of them! My daughter's filet was cooked perfectly, my husband's ribeye was a touch over but he loves everything and of course who doesn't like the wagu fried fries and Boursin mashed potatoes. We never got our vegetable side and they didn't charge us for it so it was all good. Drinks were great although my daughter said the margarita with egg white foam was nowhere near a margarita, but more of a tequila martini. She conked out completely for the ride back to Punta Gorda. It was a great day for eating and even the young man whose picture I will post was a sheer delight! Five stars are not enough!

Yelp
We had a group of eight for a birthday dinner last night and everything about our experience was excellent. Our server , Terri, was so attentive. All of our needs were meet. The place was busy, but you would not have known that by the level of service that was provided. Several of the management staff came by to check on us several times. The drinks came out promptly and were amazing and all of the food was prepared and brought out perfectly. I would highly recommend.

Yelp
We had a positively wonderful time at Summer House in Siesta Key. Our beach house was in walking distance so we didn't need to park, but they do conveniently offer valet parking. While most of Siesta Key is relaxed, this is a place I would go for a special occasion and get a little more dressed up. We were greeted by the incredibly kind staff and promptly seated at a table for the five of us. The service was spectacular all evening, including the birthday card they wrote for my mother in law! Everything that we ate was impeccable - some of the highlights were the Lobscargot, shrimp cocktail, lump crab cake, Boursin mashed potatoes, angus ribeye, diver scallops, and the Scottish salmon. All plates were empty by the end of the meal and we had no complaints whatsoever. I also got a drink - a speciality cocktail with butterfly in the name. I wish I could remember but I do know it was bright purple and refreshing! We really finished the meal off right with multiple desserts, all that tasted like heaven during our heavenly vacation. I can't wait to go back to Siesta Key and go to Summer House again!

Yelp
The food. The service. The ambiance. All absolutely stellar! We did the Oysters Rockefeller and GF charcuterie as apps between 4 people. The scallops were truly the best scallops I've had in my life and that's a bold statement! Of the dishes at the table, the Grouper was probably the least favorite by consensus. Our server Jo was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The place was upscale but beachy casual in the way only the Keys can be. I really have nothing negative to say about the experience other than the drinks being overpriced. We will definitely be going back if we get the opportunity! Our family in the area already made reservations to go back.

Yelp
We really enjoyed having dinner here. Julie was our server and she was super attentive. Her recommendations were on point. The place was decorated very tastefully and we loved the vibe of the place. We had the meatballs appetizer, lobster bisque, and filet mignon and everything was great. I wish we had more space for dessert but we'll definitely return for more.

Yelp
We have heard so many positive things about the food at Summer House and finally made it in there. The place is beautiful and the service is great. We sat at the bar and enjoyed our meals. The reason for the four stars is the noise level. As the night went on and the restaurant filled up, we were barely able to hear each other or the bartender. If we go back we will request a table in the back corner where the restrooms are. You could almost hear yourself think back there. Hopefully they will be able to solve the noise issue in an otherwise lovely dining experience.

Yelp
Quite expensive - $95 18oz Ribeye, but easily the best steak I've had in years. Sides were all wonderful - fries, Boursin mashed, lobster Mac, and Brussels. Very affordable kids menu @ $15. Will definitely be back next year.

Yelp
We have been coming here for years and the quality, consistency, and experience has not changed. This is the best restaurant around. Make a reservation or sit at the bar, it is quite busy here. This is the best steak I have ever had. We spoke with the chef about the high quality meats, extremely high temperature cooking surface and he even told us the special salt that they use. The servers are all so very professional, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu. We actually came here twice during our recent visit to Siesta Key. When I told the manager that I was celebrating my birthday, he sent me a complimentary dessert. How delightful!! We sat inside by the fish tank on the first night and I just loved how eloquent it was. I have sat at the bar before, too and loved that as well. The vibe in here is classy. We sat outside on our most recent visit and that was fun, too. It was great people watching from the deck.
