I would strongly advise against bringing your vintage items to this store for resale. Prior to my visit, I sent detailed images of my pieces and received quoted prices, followed by an invitation to bring them in for inspection, with the understanding that I would receive final confirmation within 5–10 working days.
However, upon arrival, the experience was disappointing. Despite having an appointment, the staff acted as though they could not locate my booking in their system and asked me to provide proof of my account. When inspecting my items, they dismissed them almost immediately, referring to them as “not what they were looking for” and “dirty,” without giving them a proper evaluation. The items in question were in fact quality pieces, yet they were handled with little care or consideration, quickly folded and set aside.
The staff member conducting the inspection was cold, unprofessional, and dismissive throughout the process. Given the time and effort it took to travel from the countryside to their store, I expected a much more respectful and professional experience.
In summary, I cannot recommend this store as a place to sell your vintage items. The lack of courtesy, professionalism, and respect for sellers makes it undeserving of trade.
