Rooms decent. Clean sheets and towels. Basic amenities provided, though hot water for drinks is through a dispenser at each floor. Staff were nice, friendly and understanding. Elevator provided and quite fast. Cons parking under local council, so need to pay mon to sat, 8 to 6. Plus have 7-11 store and nasi ulam ikan bakar store within same block.

Booked a family room for a very good price. Comes with a queen bed and two single beds, perfect for our family of 4 with two young kids. RM1xx great deal. Parking : since it is a shophouse, parking is council parking, payment needed until 6pm. We were still lucky manage to get a parking at the far end at night Check in : Easy, friendly staff. Our room wasnt ready by 2pm, but they were quick to clean Room : Condition has deteriorated, i reckon it was nice when first open. The vinyl floors are already damaged, toilet floor similar, doors are dirty with uncleaned water stains. Bed wasnt the most comfortable. One of the leg of the single bed even came off. Signs of paint peeling around. Aircond was new, cold and good. Worse thing : the sound insulation is soooooo bad. The hotel is facing a main road and very busy intersection. Car/motor sounds throughout the night, especially those modified ones. If you're a light sleeper, dont stay here. All in all, can sleep lah for one night for cheap. 7eleven and some restaurants at the same row, burger king nearby, Berjaya megamall nearby too

Nice room and spaces. Have both functional elevator and stairs. Water dispenser near reception area. Quick check in and check out. Deposit RM50 needed. Parking quite limited. Parking spaces is under Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan and can pay using Setel or Touch n Go app or nearby parking machine. Quite busy and jammed area but still manageable. Have restaurants and convenience store (7 Eleven) at same blocks/buildings. Also got shopping mall nearby. TV got no channel working at that moment but luckily we brought our own TV Stick. Will surely repeat again. #1101 #1102

Do not stay here! They pay zero attention to basic needs and the family owners are known to be abusive and fraudulent, even stealing from their own family to fund businesses like this, and their hardware business in Kuantan and Malaysia. Update: the owner has yet to return an outstanding loan of SGD$40000 to me for this and his other businesses.

The place looks like it was built with a lot of love. But it lacks maintenance (and probably even cleaning) and looks tired as a result. It had all the basic amenities; soap & shampoo, cable tv, working air conditioning, comfy bed. But sheets were old looking and bathroom could be cleaned better. Staff were ok, not rude but not exactly super friendly. Overall, It's suitable for a one night stay, or two nights max.

This hotel is near to town and other attraction places. Staff are friendly. Room is a bit small and a few basic facilities provided. Aircond is old and not that cold. Water leaking from the ceiling in my room. There is one lift in the premise. Parking lots are plenty but usually left few lots to park if you're lucky. Over all it is recommended to stay here.
