The staff really made the hotel experience wonderful. Everyone was very welcoming, and it was my niece's birthday and we were both treated like Queens. The rooms are very clean, the food is wonderful, and we enjoyed the location. Bowling, shopping, and everything you need is within walking distance. It was also a center location, so very easy to get a taxi.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. It was even more luxurious than I imagined. Everything, from the beautiful rooms to the service was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and super comfortable, and the atmosphere was just so welcoming. shoutout to Oulaia at the reception—she was so sweet and helpful throughout my stay! Amazing hotel in general, very beautiful rooms, equipped with everything you need, modern interior and service is great. You can access to Spa - jacuzzi and sauna. Very tasty breakfast and lunch. Staff is very kind and polite, especially the receptionist Oulaia

Fantastic new hotel with great potential. If you are a Hilton Honors member with executive lounge access or you purchase a room with executive lounge access you will never go hungry here the lounge offers breakfast lunch and dinner. I recently stayed for a few days and I was able to see transformation, taking place within a few days, the staff were very friendly and attentive. In particular. I enjoy the services of Qusai during breakfast, Omar at the valet, and Ahmad and Salem in the lounge. Some floors and certain part of the hotel are still getting their final finishing touches. For example, the gym is open and certainly adequate but another part of the gym is being finished up. All in all, I had a pleasant day at the hotel and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This hotel is amazing! Service here is outstanding Food is great and prices are very affordable! 10/10 recommend! They have a bowling alley attached to hotel named Striker which is an awesome time for friends and family to have fun

We had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights on a recent trip to Amman. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming every time. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and even the coffee barista, Razan took the time to welcome me and engage in conversation. She recommend the mango pastry and it was amazing. The breakfast here is absolutely incredible, the best I’ve ever seen and we were waited on like we were VIP’s. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Amman!
