This is truly a beautiful property that leaves a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every moment of it. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — not only was the quality excellent, but the variety was impressive, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from each morning. The leisure facilities were also outstanding. The gym was well-equipped, the sauna was relaxing, and the jacuzzi was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Overall, this property combines comfort, hospitality, and great amenities in a way that makes you want to return. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!”

A Wonderful Experience at Strikers Bowling! I visited Strikers Bowling and had a great time. The place is clean, well-organized, and offers a variety of games suitable for everyone. But what stood out the most was the excellent service from the staff member, Yazid. He was professional, extremely kind, and helped us with a smile and a great attitude. He truly deserves all the appreciation. I highly recommend anyone to visit this place!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was more than helpful the concierge, the coffee bar, the bistro named KYRA every single attendant, every single housekeeper, every single bartender every single server and chef were out of this world amazing helpful to absolutely unbelievable extent. I would come back again and again and again to visit this place. The pool was beautiful and clean. They were helpful with taxis with locations even organized tours just an amazing overall place with a wonderful wonderful staff. I cannot praise it enough.. the young ladies in the spa, where gentle and appreciate of any kind of ailment. The massages were wonderful. This hotel was the best place I think we have ever been in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Hilton property, and I must say the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As a Diamond member, I’ve come to expect a high standard of service, but this particular stay went far beyond my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were treated with such warmth and hospitality—it truly felt like we were being welcomed as royalty. Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and highly professional. One moment that particularly stood out was when I realized I had misplaced a bracelet after checking out. I called the hotel, and not only did they locate it promptly, but they also took great care to confirm it was indeed mine before arranging for its return. This level of integrity and attention to detail speaks volumes about the team and their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel itself was immaculate—from the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas to the beautifully maintained facilities. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that exceeded expectations. Overall, everything was perfect. This experience reaffirmed why I continue to choose Hilton, and I look forward to many more exceptional stays in the future.

Negative sides first: 1. House keeping staff: Please inform them that when the DND sign is ON not to knock on doors, even though I specifically told him that my wife is breastfeeding in the room! He still knocked on the door, and asked her "if she's finished!". Please check your security cameras on 8/8 between 10:30-11:00 A.M. (room 132)! I'm sorry Mr. Hussien, but I think you might have skipped most of your training. Furthermore, stopping my wife at the corridor and asking her to post a positive review is absolutely rude and unacceptable! 2. Upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that the rule is to leave a deposit of 100JOD per room, but since we reserved 3 rooms he said 150 would be enough and I happily paid it. Next day at the pool both me and my wife tried billing the room to be approached moments later with a claim that we don't have a deposit and we must pay the bill, all in front of other people staring! Later, it turned out that the deposit was registered under only one of our 3 rooms. I don't blame the employees, as they only do their job, but to the management I say: "Your guests spent a lot of money to enjoy their stay at your hotel, but treating them as felons who might cheat you for 5 JOD certainly ruines the experience". 3. Breakfast: Repetative! Same food at the very same spots. In other hotels, when breakfast is till 10:30, it means you can enter till that time, and buffet is always opened for at least 20-30 extra minutes for late arrivals. Here, 10:20 you're informed that the buffet is closing in 10 minutes, and at 10:30 trays are already being picked up. 4. Positive side: The staff! The wonderful people who make this place joyable and welcoming. Vallet, Security, Waiters (specially Mr. Mustafa at Kyra by the pool), Lifeguard/towel guy (sorry i didn't get your name). All in all, a good experience, but would consider other possibilities for our next visit.

THE CLEANEST AND BEST SERVICE, AND FOOD EVER IN 50 YEARS OF TRAVELING THE WORLD! ALL the staff treated us like Royalty. The food was excellent and if you didn’t see something you needed they were happy to help. Ali the head chefs of Insignia and the restaurant staff were the best. The restaurant Kyra served the best steak ever our group of 8 loved ALL the food and the atmosphere by the pool was so calming and extraordinarily beautiful the Head chef came to our table to check if we were satisfied and personally served us a fantastic dessert. All the servers at Kyra were amazing. The SPA was a life saver! During the travel to Amman I hurt my knee, neck and shoulders. The massages and sauna was just what I needed. The manager Rakan was such a help making sure we received the exact massages we needed. The masseuses were excellent and took such good care of my wife’s special needs.

The hotel Exceeded my Expectation! The amenities are top-notch,and the breakfast,lunch and dinner buffets are awesome. The Rooms are clean and well maintained which makes the night and day stay comfortable. The staffs are very friendly,accommodating and helpful on our requests. Especially Miss Reham was very helpful, understanding,attentive, has good communication skills and very knowledgeable,which made us very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Try it you wont regret.
