I was disappointed with my experience overall. The level of cleanliness did not meet basic expectations for a place that focuses on wellness and relaxation. In addition, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable at times, and it seemed like staff were under a lot of pressure rather than being supported properly. A spa should be a calm, hygienic environment for both clients and employees, and unfortunately this was not the case during my visit. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving standards.

This is my 3rd time coming here and the experience has always been very professional and lovely! I especially liked the lounge on the 7th floor that gave me breakfast and lunch. Baraa was a kind host and her service was amazing and she made me feel welcome here. Would def recommend coming back!

I had a wonderful stay at the Signia by Hilton. The hotel impresses in every aspect – especially the staff, who stand out with their friendliness and professionalism. You immediately notice how dedicated the team is to fulfilling every wish and providing guests with the highest level of comfort. The rooms are beautifully furnished, modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The small but very nice pool area also invites you to relax and perfectly completes the overall experience. All in all, a top hotel that I would happily recommend anytime!

The service staff were always quick to assist with anything I needed and consistently went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of especially Qusai abu saif and ahmad dandes Their positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to help created a wonderful atmosphere throughout my stay. I am truly impressed by the level of care and attention offered by the entire team. They are a huge asset to the hotel, and I would absolutely return again because of the exceptional service they provide. Highly recommended!

My review is very specific to a restaurant within the hotel. First of all the hotel is fantastic, clean beautifully decorated and good service. But more specifically at the 962 Café we were served by a young man named Sam. He served a large group of around 20 people. He was very cordial communicative and did a fantastic job of getting the meals to the participants. He should be committed for his fine work thank you Sam and compadres

It was a good overall experience. ✨A special thanks to the amazing Yazeed and the wonderful Bayan for their warm hospitality — they welcomed us with flowers on International Men’s Day, which made our visit even more memorable. 🥩🍕🥂However, the Food & Beverage department still needs considerable development to reach a standard that matches the beauty and excellence of the property. 🌟And finally, thank you to the GM, Luca, for his exquisite Italian touches that we felt from the moment we set foot in the place.
