We stayed two nights from Jan 1 to 3, and chose this hotel as it offers early park admission by 30 Minutes before other non Disney resort guests. This was peak time for the parks, so that extra hour was inportant to us. They also provide free shuttle to the Disney transportation center and this service is outsourced to Meer. On Jan 2, Park was opening at 8 am and early entry started at 7:30 am. 1. Very disappointment with this morning bus servixe (we should have just driven and paid for the parking at the Disney). Two large buses arrive at 7 am and left around 7:19 am after filling up guests. We arrived at the Disney transportation center at 7:30 am. Then we had to take another Disney bus or monorail to reach the park and then walk through the park. We reached the early entry area of the park around 8 am, thereby costing us extra two hours of wait time in the lines. These buses need to arrive at the hotel atleast 60 minutes before early entry time (not 30 Minutes). 2. Self parking is $42 per day at this hotel, and your room key is activated to get in and out of their garage and amount is added to your folio. On Jan 3, we were in hurry to drive to Tampa airport and key did not work to let us out. I pressed the “call button” on the key pad and it rings at the front desk. There was a staff member at the front desk. It he did not bother to answer that call to open the garage. I had to ask other cars behind me to back up, so I that did not block their progress. I parked the car, walked to the front desk and explained. He told me that key sometimes does not work (well, answer the call button promptly if this is the case). He asked to go back and exit and press the “call” button and he will open the garage for me since I had already paid for two nights parking. Basically, front desk hardly picks up the phone, they want you to interact with them via text. 3. As Hilton Diamond very cheap $15 pp credit towards breakfast. In Europe and Asia, similar hotels graciously provide full breakfast Buffett to diamond members. Everything else is fine, pools, lazy river, rooms etc.

To avoid tarnishing your Disney Resort memories by staying at such a terrible hotel, I strongly recommend choosing a different property. The restaurant is excellent, but the accommodation is not worth the stay. Both the staff's hospitality and the standard operations fall well below even the level of casual hotels such as Signia or Hilton. It might be rare for rooms to be ready by 4:00 PM. In my case, I was unable to access my room even before 6PM, and not a single staff member said sorry for this situation, every guests were responded coldly. So I realized it happens all the time. Due to the severely insufficient number of front desk staff, waiting in line for more than 30 minutes appears to be the norm. I personally had to stand in line four separate times just to get my room key—about as long as waiting for an attraction at Magic Kingdom. A few members of the front desk staff behave in a very rude and offensive manner. That said, there are also some genuinely kind and helpful staff members, and I am grateful to them. The front desk staff member named SHAY was particularly rude and condescending in her behavior toward us. I will refrain from providing details however, her words and attitude toward my family were completely unacceptable. As a result, what should have been a family holiday became a deeply unpleasant memory. I have maintained Hilton Diamond status for many years and have been a loyal supporter of the Hilton Group. I sincerely hope that these issues will be addressed and that this hotel will improve to become a respectable property.

This was our second time staying at this hotel as a family. It was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river. There is a great selection of restaurants to choose from. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant. They offer transportation to Disney which is nice. Our room was spacious and clean. You can also access the Waldorf restaurants and pool which is nice. We will definitely go back next time we are in Orlando!

This was our first time staying off property for a Disney trip. It was very close to all the Disney attractions, had a shuttle, and a great pool! The rooms were a nice size, clean. Hotel seemed to be well managed. Good restaurants on site. We’d stay again for very short Disney trips using the AMEX credits.

I have stayed here twice in the last couple months and my husband and I absolutely love this place! Super nice and great staff all over the place. My ONLY problem is that the lazy river has these water fountain things that are pressurized WAY too hard. I couldn’t enjoy my trip down the lazy river when I was being pelted in the face with water every minute, really killed the lazy vibe. I would suggest they make it softer and less aggressive so it doesn’t feel like you're being water boarded! First world problems right?? 🤣🤣 it just bothered me enough to leave a review so here we are! But amazing hotel, love the Waldorf side too!

Google
What a great hotel! Great reception by Sebastian when I arrived getting me to a room quickly and earlier than anticipated. Claudia and other members of the wait staff were extremely friendly, and provided great service. Room was comfy, (TV was meh with some channels being off-air disappointing when trying to watch SNF & MNF) bathroom was spacious, plenty of counter space, amazing shower, water pressure. Gym was very good met all my gym needs.

I travel all over the world and am privileged to experience amazing restaurants. The dinner we had at La Luce was delicious fresh and everything was devine. The waitress, Karima was beyond impressive. She seriously made my birthday eve so special and perfect. Memorable. I couldn’t be happier. |Her service was impeccable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Signia. The hotel is very nice. The entrance and lobby was modern, open and inviting. We used the lazy river, pool, and hot tub several times during our stay. The pool is not too deep and there is a kiddie pool that is even more shallow for younger kids. The gym has many pieces of equipment for a full workout. It had everything I needed. There were plenty of treadmills and other cardio equipment. There were free weights, kettlebell, squat rack, and a few circuit training machines. The hotel room was great. The blue/silver color palette is very relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with functional and compact pieces of furniture. There is plenty of table surface area in both the room and bathroom. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of lighting options. We stayed at the hotel with plans to visit the Disney Parks. The shuttle stop is a very short walk from the hotel, before the parking garage. Although there are a few signs near the shuttle stop, some visible damage in the lobby or entrance would've been helpful. The shuttle bus was very convenient and punctual. Overall, our stay was excellent and we will definitely consider staying again for future trips to Orlando.

Yelp
Great daycation by the pool at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. I wanted to spend a day by the pool so purchased a resort pass for Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. The resort is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel. The resort is in a great location just minutes away from Disney Springs. It's located in the Bonnet Creek area next to the Wardolf Astoria. When we arrived at the resort we were directed to the garage for self parking. The resort pass included self parking for $25. Although for some reason our price was $28 dollars. The entry to the hotel is located on the second level of the parking garage. The resort has been recently renovated and is beautiful! It's modern and sleek. We checked in at front desk. We received our wrist band, parking voucher, and a map of the resort. Then headed straight for the pool. On the way to the pool we grabbed complimentary freshly made popcorn. The pool area is beautiful. Right from the beginning, you notice ample seating. I really appreciate the fact that there was so much seating available, both in the shade and in the sun. I loved the aesthetics of the pool area, very modern. There were several arch step areas that connect the different sections of the pool area. Although the steps give a great aesthetic feel to the pool area, the steps may be a challenge for little ones, those with mobility issues, or those who have had a few too many drinks. I did eventually find the winding path area the pool area without steps. We easily found seats in the shade. We saw pool attendants and asked for towels. They quickly brought over towels. Since we had an afternoon day pass we were informed that if we wanted food or anything from the bar, then would would have to go to the bar and place our order because pool side service had already ended. We ordered burgers, fries, chicken wings, and a quesadilla. The food was delicious. The burgers were really good especially coming from a pool bar. So tasty and delicious. We enjoyed our day in the shade listening to music playing at the pool. We sat right by the lazy river. Although we didn't get in the pool, I throughly enjoyed watching people float by on inter tubes. Later in the evening, a pool side movie was set up, so we moved closer to the screen to enjoy the movie. Pool attendant came around with complimentary popcorn to enjoy while watching the movie. I really enjoyed my daycation by the pool at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and will definitely be back!

Yelp
We both hated this hotel. The rooms were very uncomfortable, the beds were very uncomfortable the pillows were very uncomfortable & it was constantly noisy. We spent most of our time next door at the Waldorf as it's much nicer. Next time we are staying next door at the Waldorf. The best thing about this "hotel" is it's next door to a Greater Hotel. The only thing we enjoyed about this "hotel" was leaving. Will never return.

Yelp
We stayed at the property next to Signia by Hilton and were allowed access to use their lazy river and pool. For that alone, I reward Signia 5 stars! The pool is heated and very well kept. 5 stars and thank you!

Yelp
Great hotel with amenities. The restaurants are also top notch. They have multiple bars and open spots to sit and rest with firepits all around.

Yelp
The people who work here made this business trip extra special. Everyone who worked there made it a point to greet you, and tried to make your stay as best as it could be. My extra special callout/person is let's call her Ms. K. She saw me carrying a heavy box and asked if I needed help. I said I was fine, but she insisted. She carried the box all the way down to the hall for me (it was a long way). She let me take a picture with us to memorialize this moment in time. There was another lady I noticed, Ms. R that was cleaning the lobby of the hotel. She was everywhere everyday. I also noticed a younger person listening to his music, while he mopped the floors. They were all happy. The rooms were roomy and extra clean. The TV greeted you with your name on the screen. It was wonderful not having to check in nor check out, all with keyless entry. The food was fantastic as well.

Yelp
I came here last week for a work conference and the hotel was spacious enough to handle everything needed. The food was solid, as the pizza I got at the lunch cafe near the lobby hit the spot even if it did take awhile. The best part was the large spacious lazy river pool that was open late. There were plenty of tubes to float around a few times through the river which was my favorite part of the trip. They also had a jacuzzi which was very refreshing even if turning on the bubbles was broken. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would return for sure next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
I had an amazing stay here! The robes are ultra soft, the hotel was very accommodating with a late check out, champagne glasses. The lazy river pool is amazing, so spacious, floaters for use, hot tubs about the property too. Got a drink at the lobby bar. The espresso martini was good. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and that was good too! Had lunch at the pool restaurant - flat bread and burger. Both good!! I like that it's connected to the Waldorf Astoria and you can use their pools too. Love that it has a Disney shuttle to and from Definitely would stay again!

Yelp
We were here for a conference my wife attended, and I was tagging along and working remotely. Between the two of us, I had the opportunity to enjoy most of the amenities available. Overall, staying at the Signia is a solid experience if you're going to be in the World of Disney, but it is pricey for parking, drinks, snacks, and food. All the staff were friendly and hospitable from the moment we arrived at the front entrance. We had a luggage staff bring all of our stuff to our room. The bartenders were all nice, even when they were trying to serve scores of other people from the conference at the main bar. They all knew how to manage and made sure everyone was accommodated. Housekeeping was spot on and was always there in the morning to change linens and towels. They made sure we had the shampoo and body soap containers replaced since those were out when we arrived -- probably should have been checked beforehand, but they were quick to refill. Whether you use valet parking or self-park, it's expensive. I think it was $65 a night for valet parking and $54 a night for garage parking. Overall, the snack retail items and the food overall at the hotel is expensive. I found it more so than what you usually expect from hotels. One could argue that it's certainly the Disney effect, as it is located within the World of Disney, within a short driving distance of the theme parks. But I found myself spending a bit while staying there. The pool area with the lazy river is nice, but the temperatures were cooler than I was used to in South Florida, so I didn't enjoy the full experience like I thought I was. One of the hot tubs was working and was quite shallow, although that was probably to ensure no small children inexplicably fall in and drown (although, they do have signage stating no children under the age of 12, I think, can get in). I did like the bridges that went over the lazy river, as there were three of them at various locations in the pool area. The workout room was nice and had ample equipment, including treadmills, rowing machines, and elliptical machines. There were plenty of towels available and a hole to discard them once you were done washing. A bathroom was very accessible, and there was a water machine for filling up your water bottle or drinking from the bubbler. The elevators were well designed, with one set going to the first half of the floors and the other set going to the top half to ensure constant access and as minimal delay as possible. What was also kind of a pain was the vast layout of the lobby floor. If you were accessing the convention center part of the hotel, it was a good five-minute walk from the lobby. The gift shop was also at the far end of the hallway towards the convention center, away from the lobby area, so if you're walking impaired, that could be a challenge. Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. It can hold a lot of people both inside and outside for events such as the conference my wife was attending. It's also adequate for a trip to Disney, as they have shuttles to Disney Springs and the theme parks.

Yelp
We came here for an event last night - TASTE We got here at 5:15 and all the parking was almost taken in the garage but we found a spot. Very popular place lots of guest on vacation. This was the first time I had been to this hotel and it is very beautiful. I took a break from the event and walked around the pool area lots of neat little spots to go swimming. Staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was leaving the hotel. We were parked in the self parking and it took over 30 minutes to get out of the garage as they we're checking each ticket. But for the most part the hotel was beautiful and I would stay here next year.

Yelp
The rooms are updated and relatively modern. The meeting space is very good (we were visiting for a conference) and the staff was very helpful and helpful. I also liked you could check in via the app and avoid waiting in line at the front desk - that was a huge plus. My one-star deduction is for the parking. $40 per day for self parking in Orlando is ridiculous.

Yelp
Beautiful Stay with a Bit of a Hike This resort delivers when it comes to comfort and service. The rooms are spacious with super comfy bedding, and the open-concept lobby and shared spaces are inviting and well-designed for relaxing or mingling. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to accommodate. That said--pack your walking shoes. Unless your room is near the elevator, getting anywhere (lobby, parking garage, pool, restaurants) can feel like a mini-marathon. You'll definitely get your steps in before hitting the parks. Transportation to Disney Springs and the parks is reliable and convenient, and there are several great restaurants onsite--just be ready to splurge, because this place isn't budget-friendly. The in-room mini fridge is helpful, but unless you've brought your own snacks, options for quick or basic bites outside the parks are limited. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable stay with thoughtful amenities, but plan ahead for the walking... and the wallet.

Yelp
Was here for a business trip with a large group. Every meal left me guessing about what I could eat. GF signed were missing, mixed up, or just changed at every possibility (switching from saying GF to contains gluten to both) so I nearly glutened myself if it hadn't been for my coworker who was paying attention. DO BETTER.
google avatar

Lisa K.

Yelp
We have stayed at this property many times in the last fifteen years and it has always been amazing. The rooms are updated but the a/c seemed to have a hard time keeping the room cool. The hallway a/c also didn't seem to be working, it was very warm. While the hotel itself is great, the pool area has really gone downhill. Most of the chairs look like it has been years since they've been cleaned, many of them are broken. The pool deck is very dirty and the areas under the bridges are rusting and moldy. I'm assuming since they started selling "Resort Passes" they can't keep up with this area any longer. This is probably the reason some reviews say they had a hard time getting towels. This resort pass program is so disappointing. The lazy river is jammed wall to wall with people now. This use to be our summer go-to, but I think we've been here for the last time. Nothing lasts forever!

Yelp
Great location between WDW and Disney Springs. The hotel has a very large reception area that is comfortable to meet up with family before hopping on their complimentary (and very comfortable) shuttle to Disney springs. The cafe has an excellent variety of snacks and some really good sandwiches and other food items. The best part of this hotel is the lazy River, pool, and slide. We enjoyed the water features each day. I particularly appreciated the hotel workers who went around and kept the inner tubes in the water instead of being hoarded by people. Amazingly there was always an inner tube if you needed one. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Yelp
The pool was great!! The hotel was comfortable and nice, had a nice chat with recreational attendant Jaida about the area and she was very helpful, 5 stars, would come again, thanks Signia Hotel!!

Yelp
What a perfect venue for your corporate event or family vacation. I was dreaming of the lazy river every day as I walked by on the way to the conference. I was part of the planning process of the event and the hotel went above and beyond in every single way. The guest service is impeccable and this hotel sets the bar high. We have already signed for next year. Now the only downside is the venue is the size of a Disney park so put your walking shoes on!

Yelp
Came for a work conference and left pretty impressed! Breakfast and lunch food was pretty good, but the real stars were the mac & cheese and cornbread at our outdoor company event--delicious! Shoutout to the events team for nailing it. Bonus points: the lobby stores stocked diet soda and had an ice cream cone section. Oh, and the rooms? Spacious enough to cartwheel in (not that I tried... or did I?).
google avatar

Jennifer D.

Yelp
For the price we found on priceline we were satisfied. It was a pretty hotel with a great pool. Nothing over the top fancy, but we loved that we were inside of WDW resort. It was a bit far from some Disney destinations, so we ubered a lot because of the available times for the shuttle service. It was a clean and comfortable stay

Yelp
I've only written one review about a hotel, and that was because it was unbearably terrible. I've been a Hilton diamond member for years, and I know that our stays will always be great. However, the service my wife and I received during our stay at the Signia was beyond amazing. We initially had a mild issue regarding valet. When I say mild, it could possibly be considered trivial. After our first night's stay, I received an automated text asking me to rate my experience so far from 1 to 10. My rating was an 8. It could have been a 10, but because my wife and I were celebrating our 36th anniversary, I was more critical than I would normally be. This score prompted a person to reply asking if I would provide more details. I said I would explain to someone when I returned to the hotel later that evening. Upon arrival back at the hotel, I went to the front desk and requested to speak to a manager. Josh and Julia came out, and we sat in the lobby and I explained why I was speaking to them and then proceeded to tell them of my experience with valet. While I wouldn't have even mentioned anything had it not been for the text, I expected a "we're sorry thank you for being a Diamond member blah blah blah," and that would be it. I would have even been fine with that. However, that is far from what happened. I would rather not go into details, but let me say that Julia, Josh, Rick (another manager), and JP (valet manager) went so far out of their way in the kindness and generosity they showed my wife and I, it was spectacular. We have never been treated so well in our lives. They didn't provide lip service. They showed us true gratitude and appreciation for being valued guests. I can not express enough how more loyal we are now to Hilton after this stay. And without a doubt, having stayed in some very fine hotels around the world, Signia in Orlando has, by far, the best people you will ever find in the hospitality industry. Thank you, Julia, Josh, Rick, and JP. Your kindness is greatly appreciated and deserves recognition. Now, about the hotel... the lobby is large and open with a bar at the back and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The lazy river is enjoyable and warm. My wife and I enjoyed floating around it a few times as though we were kids again . You can walk between Signia and the Waldorf next door without needing to go outside, which is nice. We enjoyed a nightcap or three in the Waldorf bar area/lounge as well as the Signia bar. The Zeta Asia restaurant has the BEST buns, offering pork belly and Korean BBQ pork ribs. We got an order of both (two buns per order) and shared them. We also had salmon sashimi with some sushi rice on the side, and it was great. Why not Nigiri? Well, we wanted sashimi, and Rick added some rice on the side for us to try. I'm glad he did!! You can check out their menu here: https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/orlhhsa-signia-by-hilton-orlando-bonnet-creek/dining/zeta-asia/ To summarize this review - Go to Signia. It's WONDERFUL!!!

Yelp
We had an amazing stay at this Hilton. The room is a little dated, but it was clean. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The pool/lazy river was fun and the service by the pool was top notch. They could work on the food selection, but the drinks were good. The dining options at the hotel restaurants were nice and easy to walk into.

Yelp
Unsafe and Dangerous - Still Waiting for a Response After Over a Year! I had booked the Signia By Hilton at Bonnet creek Orlando, for a one night stay with my wife and 1 year old child for a disney weekend stay. When I arrived at the hotel I had decided to leave my vehicle with a valet for peace of mind and security. On the night of September 23rd, while my vehicle was under the care of the valet overnight parking at your Hilton location, it was broken into. This led to considerable damages. Naturally, I was shocked and expected the hotel to handle the situation promptly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I immediately reached out via email and phone, providing all necessary details, and have been patiently waiting for over a year for a resolution. No one has responded to my calls or emails, and my situation has been completely ignored. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand as large as Hilton. Guests trust their properties for safety and security, but it appears they do not take responsibility when things go wrong. I am still waiting for any acknowledgment or assistance from them. This level of customer service is appalling. If you care about your safety and want a hotel that actually addresses issues, I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Yelp
Lovely hotel with a nice parking garage. The rooms can be a little warm, though - why is this such a problem with hotels? All I'm asking for is a little moving air. Anyway, this is an excellent hotel choice close to Disney without actually staying on a Disney property. If you are a runner, they have wonderful marathon weekend package that rivals the convenience of the on-property hotels. We had trouble at times with the parking garage auto gate reading our hotel key card. That was an annoyance, but staff were always quick to help us out.

Yelp
On our way to our month in Florida, we met our daughter's family in Orlando to visit Disney World. They were staying at one of the Disney properties. We did not want to stay on property so we looked for "suitable" hotels that were reasonably close and nice. Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek met these requirements. We commented that our hotel was the "oasis in the desert" after each long day at the parks. First, location was fantastic-five minutes from our daughter's hotel. Signia offered free scheduled transportation to and from all Disney attractions. Nice not to have to deal with driving and high parking fees. Next, this Hilton property was closer in quality and amenities to their Waldorf Astoria brand than a basic Hilton. In fact, the Waldorf was the next property and Signia guests could use the Waldorf amenities as well. Our room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Room was clean as could be and remained that way during our stay, Since COVID, many brands (Hilton included) have cut way back on housekeeping to the point of not offering it at all for one or two night stays. Not here-complete housekeeping was performed here daily with a great job each time. After each hectic day, we really enjoyed the lobby bar. The rear section overlooked the pool and was screened so you didn't have to deal with bugs. There was a nice fire pit at each end which we were lucky enough to get to each night. Service in the bar was exceptional. Pool area featured a lazy river, two hot tubs with plenty of chairs to relax. Pool bar/restaurant was outstanding as well. Hotel had several restaurants on property but did not use except for the pool bar. We totally enjoyed our stay here often commenting on the excellent staff at all levels. Usually one can find a thing or two to nitpick about. I'm a pretty good nitpicker and couldn't come up with a thing. I really hope Hilton expands the Signia brand. Will definitely stay here again when back in Orlando.

Yelp
Rude front desk personnel. Rooms are very outdated, especially the bathrooms. This hotel felt like staying at a 3 star hotel. I wouldn't stay here again!!

Yelp
Visited recently for a work conference and was super impressed with the stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating especially during the work conference. The rooms, though a bit dated, were comfortable but the AC was not running properly causing the room to be hot. One highlight was the abundance of chairs by the pool, which made relaxing easy. There are several on-site restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, although they are on the pricier side they are convenient.

Yelp
We went here for our anniversary! Had a fabulous time! Heather was awesome bartender at la Luce. The butterscotch pudding was the best dessert we had all vacay! Didn't really care for Spencer at pool bar not telling us he was adding on service charge when he left for shift split thou.... I'm happy to tip you but felt bit sneaky not being told. And then tipping out other bartender and him also adding gratuity to himself.. but his drinks were great.

Yelp
Very nice hotel, rooms have Nespresso machines, they have a very nice convenience store on premises which has beverages, alcoholic too, snacks galore, full coffee service and grab and go meals (very fresh). Very nice pool area with a lazy river and water slide. Nice bar area with fire pits.

Yelp
Our room was great, food was excellent at Harvest and Beech but we were very disappointed by the condition of the pool. There were so many leaves in the pool. The whole time when in the water you had to scoot leaves away. The little skimmers on the edges of the pool were blocked with so by leaves. Finally at about 10:30 am, an employee started skimming them off the edge of the pool by the bridge. There should have been a couple of employees in the pool skimming them out.

Yelp
Great service and food at the Beech restaurant! We et clean and meets my high standards.

Yelp
Great location, beautiful rooms and conference area. 3 restaurants onsite plus a grab and go with fresh made breakfast and lunches. The pool is amazing with a lazy river included. Minutes from downtown Disney and Epcot.

Yelp
This place is awesome!! We have been coming here for years and love it! They have a lazy river, several restaurants to choose from, and are very close to Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the food is delicious and the rooms are comfortable and very clean!! This is my go to hotel when visiting Disney. There's also a convenience store downstairs that has a little bit of everything-- shout out to the girls that work there, they are amazing!! They are open till 2 AM. Please show them some love, they work hard!! Another shout out to the valet crew. You guys are wonderful. Appreciate you taking such good care of us and my car lol... The sushi place on property is delicious and the pool food is probably some of the best pool food I have had, kudos to the chef!! Thanks for another great stay!!

Yelp
Worst hotel experience ever! Came in on Friday where I was told a bell hop would deliver my bags to me by two individuals the valet and front desk. I waited over an hour in my room. Calling and texting Hilton to no response from either line. I was very frustrated I took it upon myself to go downstairs to the concierge stand and request my belongings that I took upstairs myself! I was told front desk I could be placed on the daily room cleaning list. It's Sunday and no one has come to clean my hotel room on Saturday or Sunday. Found out via text message that housekeeping ends at 5pm whether you are on a list or not! I was hoping someone would put some fresh linens and give me more towels. Also, attempted to call around 4pm the concierge/front desk line where no one answers the phone and just rings continuously. Some of the outlets in the room don't work for usb. Beware! If you eat at the buffet it's a rip off. Go to Zeta for in and out experience. It's well worth the coffee and pastries. Today while at the pool another server was trying to find our section server. He was no where to be found. After an hour he randomly returns and has an attitude with us. Like bro, you didn't even acknowledge us until wayyy after we ordered with someone else. How is that our fault?! I also came here for one of those timeshare perks... definitely won't be back here nor will I be getting a timeshare thanks to this experience with Hilton.

Yelp
Presidential Suite Nightmare at Signia Orlando Bonnet Creek. Room 1745. I guess that it is now a vacation rental that you have to clean yourself. We arrived back from the theme park on Saturday night to discover two cleaning towels in the room. One on the wet bar. The other on the floor in the master bathroom.I will attach pictures of the towels. Plus, there were two unwashed dishes in the kitchen sink. My wife sent a message about this via the hotel messaging system. The next morning two different housekeepers attempted to give us extra glasses and towels. That is the way that the messaging system must have conveyed this as a request to the housekeeping staff. Maybe it is an AI system. The bathtub did not look very clean on Sunday when we returned from the theme park. I cleaned it myself before I bathed my kids. We returned from the theme park on Monday night to find the bathtub filled with the dirty and soiled towels from the night before. (Picture included). The housekeepers did not clean the bathtub or take out the towels that were clearly used. We had to call down to get the bathroom cleaned. I still ended up having to clean the bathtub after the cleaning guy left. I took a picture of the ring that was in the bathtub after it was allegedly cleaned. (Picture included) Meanwhile, the bag of towels and the bag of glasses stayed near the front door. We ate room service Monday night and Tuesday morning. The table was obviously not cleaned when we came back to the room on Tuesday night. We can see the crumbs and the syrup from the breakfast. (Pictures included) I cleaned the bathtub again. There was hair in the bathtub that was not our texture. There was a towel that had visible stains on it that was with the clean towels. (Picture included) We almost ran out of toilet paper before we left. They did not put an extra rolls in any bathroom. We have stayed at the Waldorf in Bonnet Creek in the past without any issues. Those rooms are immaculate and smell great. We were very surprised by this Hilton which is in the same complex. I would have not expected the presidential suite at a Hilton to be on the level of a motel. The staff was non responsive. I think that the whole system runs on AI. I encourage everyone else to avoid this hotel.

Yelp
Great property, meeting space, pool including lazy river, situated on Disney property with shuttles to the parks and Disney Springs. Many excellent restaurants on site. While you can get a fairly priced room accommodation, the hospitality options are pricey (but so are most other choices off site in Orlando). The Signia shares conference spaces and is connected to the Waldorf Astoria. You can walk through the interior corridors to access that property with full reciprocal rights to their amenities including a world class golf course. I would highly recommend the Signia if you are planning a business or casual trip to Orlando, especially if you want a location that offers convenience to the theme parks but also has other options for a day away. The room was nice with luxury amenities and plush bedding. Everything appeared to be recently updated and well kept. One of my favorite options any resort can offer is complimentary Nespresso machines in the room like they have. I only deduct one star because the self-parking lot and some of the rooms require very long walks to get to. All of the amenities of a big resort, but this is one of the most sprawling I have been on. I might not have noticed but my room was exactly 59 rooms down the hall from the elevator. Phew.

Yelp
This a great place to stay when in Orlando. Good place to relax and sleep. There is a pool and restaurant at the hotel. My room was spacious. Great amenities.

Yelp
With hotels in this area being so expensive due to proximity to disneyworld and universal this Hilton was a awesome bang for your buck experience! It is co located with the Hilton Waldorf Astoria in the area and shares a lot of the same amenities without the sticker shock. Good restaurant selection, gym, and only a 5 minute drive from Disney Springs as well.

Yelp
I recently stayed at this location for a conference that my employer had. The experience was top notch all the way. The room was really nice with all the comforts that I would need - including really outstanding views from the upper floors. I'm addition to this, the amenities at this hotel will definitely go a long way in exceeding your expectations. There are multiple pools, along with a lazy river, a really nice fitness center, several quality restaurants on site, and a really expansive market where you can get snacks or meals. Think of the market like a Starbucks meets a high end convenience store. Some things are a little pricey in there - for example the bottle of water I got for $6.50, but overall I think the prices are fair considering you're so close to Disney. I can't wait to come back again! This hotel delivered an outstanding experience for me!

Yelp
this hotel was the most beautiful one ever. the price is reasonable and the rooms are amazin. I was here with my parents and my sisters and all the kids. My husband and our there kids, my son and twin daughters for a 3 week trip to Disney and universal studios, my husband loved that the hotel was so open and welcoming, the pool was a huge hit and the area is really good too.

Yelp
Went here for a business meeting. This is a massive facility at the entrance to Disney World. The rooms are a great size. They promised a view, but I did not get it! The beds are great and the TV, internet, and facilities are good. The bathrooms are of a good size and have great showers. Overall nothing to complain about the rooms. There is a nice shop in the lobby where you can bay sandwiches, coffee, .... a great to to buy things to consume in the lobby or the rooms. The restaurant on the ground floor is good for breakfast. The staff is not the most attentive I have encountered. Overall the food served for functions is what you expect for convention food, what can you get when you serve 500+ people. Not fantastic, but you will survive.

Yelp
We stayed here for our baby's first birthday trip to Disney World. It is such a lovely property and we dedicated one day to just hang out at the resort to enjoy the amenities. The hotel was decorated for Christmas with beautiful Christmas trees and a red sleigh. I really enjoyed the festive atmosphere! The lazy river is so fun and relaxing! We also enjoyed the kiddie pool with the little fountains. The property is shared with the Waldorf Astoria so we wandered over one afternoon. They had various lawn games next to the pool and we played some mini golf. The bar and restaurants looked very good but we didn't get a chance to enjoy them. We will have to plan to include them for our next trip! All the staff members we interacted with at both the Waldorf and Signia were friendly and helpful. A major bonus is the shuttle to all the Disney parks! It leaves almost every half hour or hour and you don't need to make reservations. The drivers are all friendly and clear communicators. I believe there is also the added benefit of early park entry but we didn't wake up early enough for that. This is my top choice hotel for visiting Disney World!

Yelp
We desperately needed a room since the hotel across the street couldn't accommodate our reservation and the staff at this hotel made it work. Shay & Dream were kind and so helpful. Thank you for both! The room itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely return for another visit.

Yelp
Negatives: Front desk staff was rude and not very helpful. Constant glitches with key cards and having to wait forever to get it dealt with. Room smelled a little musty. Room service was canceled, which we looked so forward to. Buffet would not do take-out at all and the bar would only do it sometimes. Overpriced. Positives: The room was nice, a decent size, and the bed was comfy. The room was soundproof, and I loved how the doors were set up so that they couldn't be slammed. Housekeeper and buffet staff were friendly. The view from our room was nice, even though it would have been nicer on the pool side. Loved the Crabtree & Evelyn amenities. The food was fantastic.

Yelp
Wanted to do a staycation so decided to do a quick weekend getaway at this hotel near Disney! Checking in was easy and I liked how you didn't have to go to front desk to check in you do it from the app and the key is on there too to open the door, parking and everything else! My room had a pool view and the room was nice and clean and I like how there was plenty of outlets everywhere! They have free wifi which is nice to get some work done on my laptop. I loved the lazy river to relax! I tried La Luce for dinner and I got the veal meatballs with pasta it was so good and I got the mocktail which was sweet the way I like it and my server Joseph was awesome! For breakfast ate at the buffet fresh harvest and it was good and I love the fresh juice bar that you can pick what fruits you wanted to make a smoothies and JP my server provided excellent service! They do charge $45 per night for resort fee just a heads up. Checking out was easy too everything is done on the app!

Yelp
My stay was okay. It would've been nice to get a heads up about all of the construction being done in the lobby area. I didn't spend a bunch of time here as I was in town for a conference, but I did book a wellness room and enjoyed being able to use the peloton although one of the days there was a major glitch in the software. Heads up: I requested a late check out and was told that it would be honored until 1pm since I'm a Gold member, but they charge $25/hr past that. I'd never heard of this, but sure. The last thing that was off putting was having a big flying around my room and not knowing where it came from since i didn't have a balcony or window that opened.

Yelp
Great place to stay for the vacations. The kids love it and we had so much fun here. Friendly staff, fast room service and good food.

Yelp
We utilized the ResortPass program and spent the day at the lazy river facilities. The program advertised pool service began at 9am, when in reality it didn't start until 11am. One hot tub spa for the handicapped did not work (timer knob broken ) and the green mold along the lazy river walls and water spouts was disappointing . One of the white vinyl fences protecting the pool pumps was broken and could fall into the lazy river. These things indicate a lack of maintenance and overall care for the facility. I hope they start to take notice of what the public can clearly see and get these things fixed.

Yelp
Where to start. There is 50/50 chance that an employee at the hotel will not talk down to you. The shuttles are never on time if they show up at all! Nothing like being stranded in 90degrees. The restaurants are over priced and painfully slow. I could look the other way if it was crowded or the food was made fresh but to wait forever in a less than half filled restaurant just to get your food COLD! Ive stayed in a lot of Hiltons and the only thing special about this place is the pool. No free breakfast, no friendly service, no service at all at the pool restaurant, you have to repeatedly ask for the water that's included in your room. Just disappointed on many levels.

Yelp
Terrible staff. Refused to assist with bags and charged $15 per dolly. Told them to charge but still refused to help. Called the manager and she said they would help. Waited 30 minutes with boxes and luggage and no one came. The only nice person was the manager Ricky. Everyone else seems to hate their job (especially the bellmen). In addition, JP (valet guy) refused to drive the car to us and handed us to key to move it ourselves. It wasn't until the managers came and told him to move it that he did. 0 help & rude. Never had a valet guy curse at me before. I will say that Leon (valet) and Luis (bellman) were actually helpful. Other than that, will not be returning ever again. Horrible experience with the staff.

Yelp
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I'm here for a short conference and this place has everything you need. You don't have to leave property if you don't want to. You are in Orlando so there's lots to do but if you're here to work, you can get everything you need pretty quick and focus on work. The restaurants have great food, there is an adequate gym and the pool is great. I didn't get to in it because it was too cold but it's gorgeous and looks fun.
