Review of Signiel Busan ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Our stay at Signiel Busan was truly extraordinary. From the breathtaking ocean views to the luxurious facilities and beautifully maintained rooms, everything exceeded expectations. The attention to detail throughout the property reflected a genuine commitment to excellence. However, there were some disappointing aspects that impacted our overall experience. My partner and I (a male-male couple) often felt uncomfortable due to staff members staring at us throughout our stay. Additionally, my tattoos appeared to draw negative attention and even restricted access to certain hotel areas, which felt unnecessarily discriminatory for a property of this calibre. The most disappointing moment was at the hotel loungon Wednesday the 29th at around 9:30pm. The server on duty was dismissive, ignored us, and would not engage unless we approached. Comparatively, she engaged continuously and warmly with her colleagues and Korean guests, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite these issues, check in was a pleasure, and Eric took his time to show us to our rooms, settle us in, and ensure all of our needs were met. With this in mind the overall experience was remarkable in many ways, and the hotel itself is stunning. With improved cultural awareness and staff inclusivity, Signiel Busan could easily offer a flawless luxury experience for all guests.

Perfect Timing for Weary Travelers: After an exhausting overnight flight from Vietnam and hours in passport control, we arrived at 7 AM completely drained. The hotel staff immediately understood our situation and offered an early check-in upgrade to an oceanfront suite for a minimal fee—transforming what could have been a difficult day into an extraordinary experience. Exceptional Accommodations: The oceanfront suite was genuinely breathtaking—the kind of room that compels you to capture it on video. The ocean views, space, and amenities delivered luxury that felt remarkable for under $1,000, representing outstanding value in today's market. Thoughtful Service Details: The staff's attentiveness extended beyond the upgrade. They brought tea service while we settled in to enjoy the panoramic ocean views, demonstrating the kind of anticipatory hospitality that distinguishes truly exceptional properties from merely expensive ones. Staff Excellence: Every team member we encountered maintained the same high standard of professionalism and genuine care. This consistency across departments indicates strong management and a culture that prioritizes guest experience. Overall Assessment: This hotel excels particularly at reading guest needs and responding appropriately. For travelers arriving after long international journeys, their flexibility with check-in times and upgrade options can transform an exhausting travel day into the perfect start to a Korean adventure. The combination of stunning oceanfront location, exceptional value, and staff who genuinely care about guest comfort creates an experience that justifies its world-class reputation.

Exceptional experience all around. Personal greetings from getting off the taxi, unloading the luggages to walk us to the registration desk with exceptional room with ocean view with state-of-the-art technology, we were at awe of professionalism of the staffs and luxury of furnishings to common grounds were second to none. As with most of the Korean hotels, most rooms can only accommodate three people and this hotel is no exception.

Amazing experience, specially because I did not know Lotte had hotels as well. Rooms are specious and good all of them with good views. Service is very good, the buffet restaurant in the 5 floor is amazing, one of the best buffets I visit in my life. The Chinese modern restaurant is very good as well on the same floor. Great wine list

Decent hotel considering the limited comparables in the area. In my opinion, the level of service doesn’t justify a five star rating. That said, overall pricing is fair for what you get.

If you stay at Signiel Busan, I think it’s well worth the spend to get a room facing the beach. What a beautiful view to welcome the day and end the evening! Service level here is quite good, especially for such a large operation. This extends to the attentive personnel at the front desk/concierge, as well as the cleaning staff who kept our room very clean, stocked and tidy. And a special shout out for young Mr. William Lee for welcoming us into our room when we checked in. A good stay from start to finish. Absolutely great location to see Busan!

This is an excellent hotel conveniently located in the Haeundae-gu district with great views of the sea. The breakfast buffet has a good spread and the hotel staff are very friendly. A run/ walk along the nearby promenade is highly recommended for those looking to have some exercise.

Elegantly appointed hotel with outstanding service located on pristine beaches of Haeundae. Right on the beach, and in proximity to other Busan attractions eg Mipo sky capsule, sky X, etc, and easy access to public transit (taxi's in Busan are also +++affordable). Meticulously clean, professional/outstanding staff from reception to housekeeping. Highly recommend the upgrade to oceanview/beachview rooms . The lounge is limited in terms of food offerings but is still a very lovely place to relax.
