Perfect Timing for Weary Travelers: After an exhausting overnight flight from Vietnam and hours in passport control, we arrived at 7 AM completely drained. The hotel staff immediately understood our situation and offered an early check-in upgrade to an oceanfront suite for a minimal fee—transforming what could have been a difficult day into an extraordinary experience. Exceptional Accommodations: The oceanfront suite was genuinely breathtaking—the kind of room that compels you to capture it on video. The ocean views, space, and amenities delivered luxury that felt remarkable for under $1,000, representing outstanding value in today's market. Thoughtful Service Details: The staff's attentiveness extended beyond the upgrade. They brought tea service while we settled in to enjoy the panoramic ocean views, demonstrating the kind of anticipatory hospitality that distinguishes truly exceptional properties from merely expensive ones. Staff Excellence: Every team member we encountered maintained the same high standard of professionalism and genuine care. This consistency across departments indicates strong management and a culture that prioritizes guest experience. Overall Assessment: This hotel excels particularly at reading guest needs and responding appropriately. For travelers arriving after long international journeys, their flexibility with check-in times and upgrade options can transform an exhausting travel day into the perfect start to a Korean adventure. If you stay at Signiel Busan, I think it’s well worth the spend to get a room facing the beach. What a beautiful view to welcome the day and end the evening! Service level here is quite good, especially for such a large operation. This extends to the attentive personnel at the front desk/concierge, as well as the cleaning staff who kept our room very clean, stocked and tidy. And a special shout out for young Mr. William Lee for welcoming us into our room when we checked in. A good stay from start to finish. Absolutely great location to see Busan!

WOW and WOW!!! I kid you not, this is a truly luxurious experience. So much so I'm heading again to celebrate my 60th. I absolutely love my trips to Busan, and can't get this part of the coast out of my head and there is not better base than the Signiel. It's been my experience that you will find a luxury property but the team can be lacking, NOT the Signiel in Busan, their team from top down are stand out. Now this is a rare example, I accidentely dropped my phone last visit, from 16 floors, and thank goodness it was early morning and no person was harmed. The night duty receptionist came to my room with a flash light/torch, and amazingly he could see my phone screen lit up floors down, from there he went to retrieve my phone by gaining access from a private villa. That is just one example, another is I am British/American, my Hangul is coming along, but most of the staff speak immaculate English, and it's as though they have learned British English. Nothing is out of place and you will not find a spec of dust. I have been in Spa and Wellness Management for over 30 years, the Signeil facilities and pool are exquisite. I wish we were all travelling when I was young, I would have done everything to work here. I so look forward to visiting again. Every step from checkin in to staying in this hotel has been amazing. They have the kindest staff and the view of the ocean from the room and the lounge is lovely. Eugene guided us through our room and he was very thorough and friendly. Would love to come back if I get a chance

From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we met was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. This was truly the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.|The location, service, amenities, cleanliness, room condition, view, sleep quality, atmosphere, soundproofing, and overall sense of luxury were all absolutely perfect. Although the price is high, every aspect was worth it, and our two-night stay was simply unforgettable.||The concierge team went above and beyond in fulfilling our special request, making our stay feel even more personal and memorable. Truly great hotel, with plenty of amenities that are worth experiencing. Eugene Kim was particularly great to work with, and provided top-tier service for us during our 5-night stay. The lounge has free drinks and is very nice, and the gym is spacious with plenty of good equipment. Awesome views, and easily my go-to next time I am near Haeundae beach.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in was smooth, and the service throughout my stay made me feel genuinely well taken care of. The staff were organized, informative, and welcoming — they took the time to explain all the amenities available, which I really appreciated. One of the things I truly love is when brands think through every detail — and this hotel did exactly that. From the subtle branding on the amenities and staff uniforms to the embossed logo on the biscuits they served, everything felt considered and intentional. It’s that kind of thoughtful design that really elevates the guest experience. The hotel was also very foreigner-friendly — most of the staff spoke English, which made everything easy and comfortable. The cocktail and drink selection was excellent, especially during the complimentary happy hour with champagne and wine. Another standout for me was the small on-site bakery — perfect for grabbing a fresh pastry if you're on the go. The strawberry cake, in particular, was a highlight — light, flavorful, and super tasty. I was there for both work and leisure, and the lounge and conference room were well-equipped and comfortable. I also appreciated the range of snacks and drinks available throughout the day — a generous and thoughtful touch. I wouldn’t say it’s budget-friendly, but when compared to luxury hotels abroad, it’s definitely worth it. You get great value for the level of service, design, and experience. I’m not sure if all their branches are this well-executed, but I’ll definitely be checking out more locations from this brand in the future!

We recently stayed at the Signiel Hotel in Busan for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The concierge team, Sophia and Dane, provided outstanding service throughout our stay. They were extremely attentive and helpful, answering every question we had with diligence and care. On top of that, they kindly offered us a room upgrade, which made our stay even more special.
