Great service and staff all around. From check in to restaurant and room service. I used my Amex points to book during the Seollal (Korean New Year). We were upgraded to a double ocean view, given a $100 credit, and explained in detail any amenities I inquired about. They even dry or press three articles of clothes per person, per day! The buffet is on point with the best, and had an amazing selection of American, Korean, European and other Asian influences. They even have bacon cooked two ways (crispy and regular)! The details are very impressive.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, in the world. Beats all the 5 star hotels I’ve been to in Japan, Switzerland, Europe. Many hotels don’t recognise how important housekeeping is to a good stay and Signiel Busan’s housekeeping was top notched. They were super attentive to the details. The service in other areas were also very warm and friendly. And this is not even considering the great view we had of the ocean in our room. Exceptional hotel - one of the best in the world.

Perfect stay with a breathtaking view! The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The interior was incredibly clean and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a perfect ocean view in Busan, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We chose a Mipo Harbour view room and wow was it worth it. |Waking up to motorised curtains (both sheer and blockout) was a great start to the day. ||Location wise it is right on the beach with numerous restaurants and shops on the ground in all directions. |Also a short walk to the main shopping street and other sights. ||Amenities wise, they have a well equiped gym and pool which is great and all the restaurants and cafes on site are also top tier as you’d expect. ||Service from the staff was also fantastic as you’d expect at all points- could not fault this at all. ||One small detail which really sung out to me was the ability to plug in my casting device and power source into the ports on the desk next to the television so o didn’t have to fiddle around behind the television as I normally would. |All these small details really add up to a wonderful stay. ||Would definitely recommend for those looking for a place in Busan

Amazing experience, specially because I did not know Lotte had hotels as well. Rooms are specious and good all of them with good views. Service is very good, the buffet restaurant in the 5 floor is amazing, one of the best buffets I visit in my life. The Chinese modern restaurant is very good as well on the same floor. Great wine list

Review of Signiel Busan ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Our stay at Signiel Busan was truly extraordinary. From the breathtaking ocean views to the luxurious facilities and beautifully maintained rooms, everything exceeded expectations. The attention to detail throughout the property reflected a genuine commitment to excellence. However, there were some disappointing aspects that impacted our overall experience. My partner and I (a male-male couple) often felt uncomfortable due to staff members staring at us throughout our stay. Additionally, my tattoos appeared to draw negative attention and even restricted access to certain hotel areas, which felt unnecessarily discriminatory for a property of this calibre. The most disappointing moment was at the hotel loungon Wednesday the 29th at around 9:30pm. The server on duty was dismissive, ignored us, and would not engage unless we approached. Comparatively, she engaged continuously and warmly with her colleagues and Korean guests, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite these issues, check in was a pleasure, and Eric took his time to show us to our rooms, settle us in, and ensure all of our needs were met. With this in mind the overall experience was remarkable in many ways, and the hotel itself is stunning. With improved cultural awareness and staff inclusivity, Signiel Busan could easily offer a flawless luxury experience for all guests.

Exceptional experience all around. Personal greetings from getting off the taxi, unloading the luggages to walk us to the registration desk with exceptional room with ocean view with state-of-the-art technology, we were at awe of professionalism of the staffs and luxury of furnishings to common grounds were second to none. As with most of the Korean hotels, most rooms can only accommodate three people and this hotel is no exception.
