All the food was very tasty! The restaurant looks like a transition between modern and elegant, very beautiful too. We will definitely come back if we pass through Istanbul again.

We walked all the way from istklal street to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. We ordered one kilogram of lamb with bones, curtained rice and a side of hummus for a party of three. The lamb was fall off the bone tender and the curtained rice was very unusual and delicious. Absolutely worth the long walk. Our bill came to US$65.

The büryan was very delicious and juicy, excellent meat. The service was good.

It was my first time visiting the Horhor area. I came to this place on a friend’s recommendation to try the büryan kebab. I ordered 150 grams of boneless büryan and a portion of yogurt. The taste was very similar to the büryan I’ve had in Siirt and Batman, but unlike those places, the flatbread served under and over the meat here wasn’t as oily. As expected, the price is a bit higher than your average meal, but if you’re into this style of slow-cooked meat, it’s definitely worth trying.

Lovely, lovely time. Nice location next to ancient roman aquaeductus, great service, and food worth every calorie. We were very impressed

Siirt Şeref Buryan1892 is a hidden culinary treasure in Istanbul for anyone craving authentic Turkish lamb specialties the star of the menu is the Buryan kebab which is cooked underground in a traditional tandoor giving it an unforgettable smoky and juicy flavor the meat is served fresh right off the hook as you can see them preparing it live behind the glass counter which adds so much excitement to the dining experience The restaurant operates daily from around 10 AM to 10 PM and I recommend visiting for either lunch or early dinner as the Buryan sometimes sells out by evening prices are quite reasonable for the quality with a full plate of Buryan and fresh baked lavash bread costing about 400 to 500 TL per person What truly made my evening special was the incredible hospitality the lady who served me came multiple times to check on my experience making sure everything was perfect her warm and attentive service elevated the whole meal The interior is clean modern and the focus remains on tradition with the highlight being the live display of lamb preparation it’s an ideal spot for meat lovers and food explorers who want to try something deeply rooted in Turkish culinary heritage I highly recommend visiting this place and don’t forget to bring your camera because it’s definitely Instagram worthy

Seeking a more authentic dining experience, we ventured away from the typical tourist spots and discovered Siirt Şeref Buryan1892, which had excellent Google reviews. The lamb meat, prepared in the traditional East Turkish style, was incredibly tender and flavorful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the homemade yogurt drink. Unfortunately, we weren't hungry enough to fully appreciate all that this restaurant had to offer, so we've made a mental note to return in the future. This is a "must" try in my view.

One of the finest and best restaurants in Istanbul. The owners of the restaurant care about their customers and walk among the employees to monitor the quality of work and adjust the performance of the employees. The employees are polite, the restaurant is clean, the presentation method and the serving utensils are elegant and beautiful and they care about the details. The food is delicious and I recommend all the dishes he has without exception. The intestines of the cow and the lamb I did not accept I have tried it all my life, but in this restaurant I have tried it because of their cleanliness and their interest in food. Its prices are very appropriate and worth every penny you will pay.. I wish those who visit them to put a reward for the employees so that the restaurant continues on this quality and excellent performance.. I wish you success. the permanent
