I love my medium firm hybrid mattress and mid century modern bed frame. It was easy to assemble the frame, the mattress was ready to sleep on within 24 hours. I upgraded to the $ 199.00 set included in its the mattress; such a good decision. The percale sheets are so nice to sleep on, crisp and smooth, the mattress pad is thick and protects my mattress very well. I like the adjustable pillows ( you can take some small foam pieces out of them to adjust them to your liking). The duvet is so luxurious, thick and warm!! Deliver to the door was very fast, 5 days from the order. I have had a week of sound , restful sleeps on my bed, I would buy it again!

I love this company! I chose it over its many competitors and am very glad, as their customer service is top notch. I bought the hybrid plush queen mattress and have been having good sleeps since. No lingering odours, and love the cutter they provided to remove the plastic without damaging the mattress. The only thing is that the waterproof mattress protector cancels the soft effects of the top layer so I replaced it with a mattress topper with a thin cushion and now I feel like I’m sleeping on clouds. I also got the upholstered storage bed and am very happy with the quality and the look. There were stocking issues and then delivery problems but at all times customer service replies were prompt, kind and informative. Will definitely order from them again.

Really high quality products! We have the king size wood Japanese joinery bed and medium firm mattress. Best sleep ever! The sheet set, the pillows also wonderful. Buy Canadian!

We have now purchased a king and queen size mattress, king and queen size sheets and a Queen size wood bed. Everything is superb. The sheets fit perfectly and feel wonderful on your skin. The mattresses are “just right” not too hard, not too soft, with excellent no motion transfer. The wooden bed was simple to put together with the Japanese joinery construction and it is beautiful! Our family highly recommends Silk and Snow - EVERYTHING!

Absolutely LOVE your products!!! I have a linen duvet cover and my sleeps feels SO much more luxurious! I have the muslin duvet cover as well and the softness is unreal! I am now waiting on 2 nightstands and a dresser which I saw in the showroom and are absolutely beautiful! So happy to support a Canadian company that offers amazing customer service and unparalleled quality! I do wish you sold cotton fitted sheets individually… I’d buy way more!!

Really exceptional customer service…my order was only slightly delayed because of Canada Day, which made me laugh because here we are in Tennessee celebrating the 4th of July. The sheets are amazing! Buy them! And the coverlet is the perfect weight! We bought a new mattress and all new bedding and it was probably some of the best money we have spent in a while!

We were recommended this company by a friend who has also purchased in the past. The mattress arrived 2 days after ordering! It’s exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I are both side sleepers, and found our old mattress was hurting our backs and necks. Since we’ve replaced our mattress with a silk and snow, it’s been like night and day! It’s so comfortable. We bought during a sale so a bedding set and pillows was also included. The quality of the sheets and pillows is amazing. The pillows are nice and firm. We’re very happy with our purchase and would absolutely recommend this company to others!

Rattan bed frames got them in 3 queens and 1 king, they are gorgeous, well made, was skeptical at first but really nice products worth the bit of wait for it to cross Canadian borders to CA. Thanks a lot!

Egyptian Cotton Sheet Set - Queen, Sand Bought these and they started pilling within the first few uses. It took a few months for us to add these into our rotation of sheets, so we were outside the exchange/return window. They pill in the places where we sleep and it has a really undesirable texture. When I reached out to customer service, they first tried to tell me that I didn't follow the care instructions, then when I reported that I did, they told me that it's normal wear and tear and therefore not covered under any kind of warranty. These were a tremendous disappointment with really disappointing customer service. I bought these as an anniversary gift and my partner is already requesting that we replace them because the texture is unpleasant. This is the first time I ever splurged on sheets and bought "nice" expensive ones, and these were not worthy of it. It's really disappointing.

It's been two months, and I still don't have a bed. To make matters worse, I was asked to fill out a warranty form for a bed that has never been assembled. I ordered a Bouclé Bed Frame - Queen on September 1st with white glove service. The bed arrived on September 13, but it was defective. The delivery team couldn't even assemble the headboard and bed frame properly. My entire experience with this brand has been filled with red flags and constant frustration. Red flag 1: When I requested a replacement, the first solution they offered was to send the parts by regular mail and then send another team to assemble it. This was the first red flag. They didn't even consider how I would manage to get the parts from the front door to the 11th floor. Plus, I had already paid for white glove service--why wasn't the replacement sent directly to my apartment? Red flag 2: After several calls, they finally agreed to deliver the parts to my apartment but asked me to identify which part was defective. I had already explained that I wasn't sure. The headboard and frame don't align, so it's obvious that one (or both) is faulty. Why not just send a full replacement or both parts? Red flag 3: I waited 5 weeks for the replacement, only to be told they were low on stock. Red flag 4: After waiting 5 weeks, I received only a headboard, which still doesn't fit the bed frame. Red flag 5: After emailing Silk & Snow today, they had the audacity to ask me to fill out a warranty form--for a bed that has never been assembled or used! It's absurd. From my experience, this brand seems to prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction. Every solution, even the so-called "remedies," has been in their best interest, not mine. If I could give them a zero-star rating, I would. They advertise their products as easy to assemble, but that couldn't be further from the truth!

The new sheet they gave me has a hole after 2 washes. I have to toss out all the sheets (2 full sets) and the extra pillow cases and the duvet cover. My old linens, some of which are 15 years old but clearly much higher quality, look better. This was an expensive lesson. I will go back to shopping at reputable stores with high quality linens. But honestly, not even crappy linens should look like mine. I washed the one that they were replacing and it is in tatters. I am keeping it to remind me and my family and friends what poor quality leads to in the end.

Unless you are feeling like flushing your money straight down the toilet, I would not recommend buying sheets from silk and snow. I received a set of pinstripe linen sheets for Christmas in 2022. As of April 2024 (not even 1.5 years later) there are gaping holes about 15" in diameter in the bottom sheet in multiple areas and others are threadbare. The material is so thin and weak (not what you expect from linen). I cannot believe this company is so highly rated. I have linen sheets from H&M that have lasted 3x as long and still going strong. Silk and Snow offer only a one year warranty so they weren't willing to replace my sheet despite how poorly they have held up. I have also read that even if you catch the issues within the one year mark, the company is horrible to deal with and DO NOT honour their return policy. They offered me 10% off my next purchase instead of replacement. What a joke - I would quite literally NEVER buy from this company again, even if they'd offered me a 50% discount as it would feel like I was throwing hundreds of dollars in the garbage. I would share photos if the option was there. Pitiful.

My spouse and I bought a bed from Silk & Snow, a Canadian company. The bed looks great and is very comfortable, but I wanted to warn folks that setting up the wooden bed frame is brutal. Like imagine the worst Ikea furniture you've ever had to assemble. The Silk & Snow bed doesn't require tools, just your hands, and is allegedly simple. Not so much. It took us an hour and fifteen minutes to put it together and we had to use mallets (with pillows to prevent damage) and be quite forceful -- they advise against this but it was the only way to put the bed together. It would be helpful if Silk & Snow offered a bed putting-together service -- my spouse and I are reasonably handy -- I could see this being a complete disaster for people who aren't.

We've bought the following from Silk and Snow: mattress, frame, sheets, pillows. Everything was fine for a short time until the stitches in one corner of the fitted linen sheet began to unravel. These are $200 sheets and we were told by S&S to fix it ourselves and go away. Most reputable businesses would offer to replace a defective product but S&S has been stalling for MONTHS. Really horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Hello, it's 12:30am and I was awaken by a falling broken bed frame that Silk and Snow sold me. I'm obviously traumatized. A nightmare turned true. They charged me almost 500 dollars for this piece of junk. I had suspicions that it is flimsy yet when I wrote to them about changing it they told me that I need to pay for shipping or bring their piece of junk frame. I have to admit the mattress is nice but this frame last 3 days and I have a personal injury from this experience. Do not buy their frames.
