Silk Road Hotel

During our trip to Jordan, this was the most beautiful and comfortable accommodation we stayed at. The rooms were lovely, the bathroom was spacious, and the breakfast was exquisite. As a bonus, it's very close to Petra's entrance. I can only recommend it.

Best stay experience in Jordan Highlights: - superb hospitality: we were allowed an early check-in and a tea even though we ended up arriving much earlier than planned. We didn't expect this, but where delighted and comforted by this small gesture - location: Petra trail and visitors center are just 5 mins walk. Also, most restaurants, cafes, grocery stores are within 2-5 mins reach. Cleanliness: super clean and spacious rooms, and housekeeping staff was more than happy to provide us anything extra we needed. Staff: the staff at reception and buffet are very friendly and approachable, and help out with local details Food: we had breakfast buffet which was one of the best we had in all of Jordan. I saw some negative reviews and do not relate to them, somehow!

Excellent location a stone's throw from the Petra site, clean, normal sized rooms that are not very spacious and friendly and courteous staff. Breakfast and dinner a bit poor without much variety, but still good.

Nice hotel on a face of the mountain! Rooms were really nice (bathroom a little bit less), and it's so close to Petra site that we went walking in 3 minutes!

The hotel is very close to the Petra entrance.|The staff are very friendly and eager to help. They made sure that we were having a pleasant stay.|The breakfast which was included was good. |And they had a very good value for a delicious traditional dinner.

Location is great very easy walk to the entry point to Petra gates. Staff hospitality friendly and the lentil soup and meatballs delicious at dinner. Agree with other breakfast is all you need but not spectacular. The room was clean. Provide water.

The hotel is in such a convenient location the Petra is no more than a 5 minute. Shops, restaurants and cafes are also with in walking distance. The room was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained. The rooms were air conditioned and came with bathroom condiments. The service from all hotel staff was exceptional, all staff professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A special mention to Yaman for being extremely helpful and going above and beyond to make our experience as good as it could possible be. Food at the hotel (breakfast & dinner) was delicious. There was a variety of food some traditional dishes as well as mainstream dishes.

Clean comfortable hotel. Very large rooms . Good value for money. East walk to the visitors center and museum. Staff were friendly and helpful and organized us a ride to Wadi Rum for a good price in a 4x4. Breakfast was okay but we had better on our trip.
