Silk's Brasserie

What a wonderful evening, highly recommended. Service was perfect and attentive, food was delicious and equally perfect. This was a wonderful fine dining experience above that of which I was expecting. Nothing to be faulted and only praise available. We sat on the verandah which was enclosed and heated and very comfortable. Initially I thought the cost a little above what I’d prefer but the food was on point and worth every penny. We live out west and we have a few favourite restaurants close to home and in the CBD. I’d equally travel to Silks for a lovey evening out as I would the CBD. We plan to come back.

Silks only moved to its new location two weeks ago and already it has settled into its new premises. The service from beginning to end was fantastic. The cocktails on offer were generous and tasty, and we were encouraged to drink them outside, taking in the view. The menu was great also. We ordered the scallops, prosciutto salad, chicken chasseur, beef, two desserts and wine and everything was well cooked and presented. The chicken was particularly amazing.

Outstanding hospitality from the staff, made us feel very welcome when we walked in. They genuinely take good care of you, recommending various dishes and cocktails to choose from. The food is delicious. Although quite expensive, this restaurant is worth dining at if you're visiting the Blue Mountains.

Went to this place for a work dinner and had a pretty good experience. The hosts were very courteous and looked after my dietary requirements very well. Food preparation was fantastic for all courses and had amazing flavours. Fine dining and well maintained. Great selection of wines as well. All in all a perfect experience.

It's been 3 yrs since we have visited them last time, and the first time visiting the new location. The food and service remain excellent, and the location really complements this, and this creates a great all-around dining experience. My favourite go-to fine-dining in Blue mountains ❤❤

Beautiful spot.. service and food was excellent!! We were seated at the veranda so could see the birds and the skyline. Mesmerizing.. great place to celebrate life :)

If five star dining and service is what you are after then Silk's Brasserie Leura should be your destination. Great dining atmosphere. Lovely service and beautiful meals and wine. Perfect for a special night out!

Surprised my partner with a weekend away up here in Leura. Silk's was conveniently located near where we staying so I booked a table in advance and I'm so glad I did because it was so busy. And I found out why.. We opted for the 3 courses and went with the following - Entree - Prawn Avocado etc and Smoked duck etc Main - Roasted Tasmanian Salmon etc and the Tenderloin Grass Fed Angus Beef etc Dessert - Bitter Sweet Choc Fondant etc and Vanilla Bean Panacotta etc. (sus my photos for the menu for more description) Each course was gorgeous, incredibly tasty and worked well together. The salmon with a laksa - surprising combination yet incredible! I was eyeing off the wine menu when Michael approached us and offered us a hand in choosing a wine. We went with a local pinot noir and was not disappointed. Michael you are a star and made our experience next level. Thank you for going that extra mile in helping us celebrating our Anniversary ❤️ Also, I didn't catch the name of the blonde lady but she was amazing too. We will definitely be back.
