Risotto: dish of rice cooked in stock with ingredients such as vegetables and meat or seafood.
The buckwheat "risotto" they serve is just plain buckwheat, the shrimp that came with it was so dry I could barely swallow it without my wine, the baked cod is also dry and flavorless. I rate that meal 4/10.
The eggplant with ricotta, has a great flavor on top, but the eggplant was undercooked and soaked in lemon juice, way too acidic. 5/10
The chicken in sherry wine was pretty tasty
7/10
It rained and the terrace was too windy and rains tarted to come under the umbrella, we went inside for the second half of the meal and still charged %10 for the terrace.
My glass of wine was excellent 8/10.
When I made the reservation through the fork I noted that me and my partner were celebrating for 8 years. You would think that a restaurant would take that into consideration and maybe offer something special maybe.
We left feeling like we didn't celebrate anything. And still hungry.
(I forgot to mention we ordered the eggplant without tomato. It arrived with tomato and the waitress was kind enough to take it back and asked him to re-cook it for us. But it took almost 20 minutes for them to redo this dish so they offered us a free brownie which was a nice gesture)
