Silom Art Hostel

This place was perfect for my five-night stay. I like the location. The room was totally fine and comfortable. Friendly staff.

I was here with two friends. The hotel was nice and the street around was not as ugly as khaosan. BUT the staff was very slow and inefficient for everything. They were even impolite. Also, the WiFi NEVER worked or worked very bad. I would recommend to come here only if you have nowhere else to go.

I had an amazing 3 nights at this clean and cheap hostel. The rooms and shower areas were very clean but the frosting on the cake was the absolutely amazing staff. I asked about directions and suggestions for things to do and the lady in the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. I was traveling north the next day and she offered many suggestions for hotels and things to do. She was very kind to arrange for a taxi upon my arrival at the airport as well. The hostel is located close to easy transportation. Highly recommend!

Nice place for rest n your budget, 5 stars for friendly staff

My wife checked in at this hotel earlier today. When she went into the room she not only found toenail clippings and used dental floss on the floor, but also discovered that the air conditioning and the wifi didn't work. When she complained to the front desk they refused to help her, called her a liar, and even denied to let her back into the room! When she left, they also refused to offer her a refund, even though she had already prepaid for four nights and was now being evicted from her room. If you don't want to be treated like dirt, please stay away from this hotel.

Good place to stay in Bangkok for a while. It's not expensive, not to far away and it is clean! 4 Stars..
