Very nice and charming 4-storey boutique hotel full of sculptures arts hands-free wall painting in the room. Good location. Parking available. Warm welcome by the cats. But if you have any problem or come with old parents, the property does not have an elevator but you can ask to have the room on the ground floor. Lovely reasonable price breakfast in the morning at your service

Pros: Ice cold AC, beautiful bathroom with a nice shower. Quiet building, very artsy style throughout. Friendly staff, minibar with reasonable prices. Cons: Will likely need to taxi to places of interest, dinner, etc. Area was not super pedestrian friendly, though it is technically possible to walk. Good value for the price, can’t overestimate the value of a good AC in Thailand. Had to use taxi apps to navigate around, nothing of interest was close by.

Right now I am actually lying in the clean, spotless bed at this hotel. A great place that I will definitely come back to. The hotel is full of seriously nice art, the place is clean and well appointed, and one more important thing -- you just walk 10 minutes to the historical park. There's a 7-11 about 4 minutes walk away and a fancy coffee/brunch place across the street. Surprised this place isn't a bit more expensive. We wanted an additional bed put into the room, but it was not possible in Agoda... but I called on the phone and the owner said I should just reserve for the normal 2 person room and then when I check in I simply pay another 300 baht for the extra bed. Sheets and comforters and bathroom all completely clean. Great place.

This beautiful art-focused hotel exceeded my expectations for a solo traveler. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. What sets this place apart is its stunning art gallery and beautiful aesthetic touches throughout the property. The breakfast offering includes authentic Thai tea and local bread - a perfect start to the day. The location is ideal, within walking distance to temples and the night market. Great value for money, especially for solo travelers. Would definitely recommend!

The aesthetics of the place and cleanliness was very good. Very good breakfast service too. The person we spoke to on the phone had good English communication skills. Use the google translator with rest of the staff for them to be responsive.

Very unique place with great arts but the hotel part is very old and the outlet is broken hang on the wall, the room is stinky smell like unwashed towel and has a lot of mosquito. Towel we received got a big hole in it and lots of stains. We couldn’t sleep from mosquito bites and the wall has mold forming. Not suitable place for elder because there’s no elevator and staff didn’t offer to help to carry the bag upstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay, and for the price we paid, there's nothing to really fault other than the mattress being a bit more firm than we are used to, but it was a huge king size bed. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The location was great in that it was walking distance to the historic park and night market but far away enough to not be in the super busy part of Ayutthaya. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the staff were very helpful. We also loved that the hotel had artwork scattered all around and felt like being in a gallery. Also, they have later check-out at noon, which was very handy for us.
