The store is very nice atmosphere. Love their display. It is clean. There are a lot of options, sardines, cod, octopus, etc. The package is very lovely look. However it's a bit pricey. The staff is nice. He explained about the collection of the fish etc.

Very accommodating and polite staff! There was a misunderstanding with the cash payment and management were not entirely helpful in sorting it out. After spending quite a long time at the end of the phone, the issue was eventually resolved. The young man who was on today did his best, and I only have praise for him and his colleague. I hope that that quality of the cans live up to the kindness of people selling them in the shop!

3 stars as it was a funny story, we were confused and went inside instead of the conserveira de Lisboa which was the initial destination and is few meters after! 😂 so we end up with 4 cans paying 40 euro! And only after we walked few meters I saw the original destination where we bought even more cans with 17 euros!😂 so stupid I was!!!!

Interesting and colourful canned seafood emporium. Huge variety, and nicely displayed. A special thank you to Barbara who was helpful and knowledgeable on Portuguese fishery when my father and I visited on 27 August. Barbara also helped with local eatery and food recommendations when I came by later that night. Loved the bacalhau com natas, and the ginja from the ladies in Alfama.

Yes, the place is a bit pricey, but it has years of trafition and an exquisite quality of products. The owners are funny & likeable guys. If not for shopping - the place is worth visiting for a nice chat and some awesome photos of the interior :-)

Wanted to buy cans of octopus and shrimp which I couldn't get from another store. Bought only four cans and was charged eighty euros for some reason. Not given a price break down or receipt. Later I realised I was sneaked two extra cans into my stash which I didn't get. Still extremely expensive for six cans. No idea why the high reviews by others for this store. Tried the cans contents afterwards and they didn't taste as good as tricana brand.
