Silver Beach

Silver Beach is amazing! So much fun! Everything is in walking distance! My family had a blast! They have a splash pad and a brand new park, food shops and ice cream shops. They also have a really good pizza place called silver beach pizza. Lake Michigan looks like the ocean and the water is so clear it's amazing! I highly recommend!

Me and the children had a great time. They enjoyed the splash pad, then we walked over to the beach and played on the new playground they have, made sand castles, and swam. Silver beach pizza was amazing that day as well

Great beach but if you don't arrive early, good luck finding parking! Had a large family traveling from Indiana with a bunch of littles who enjoyed it! Perfect beach day

Such a nice time there! My Little brother and I loved the splash pad, very clear water and a bit crowded. Loved the little shop it’s so nice here!

A beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. A large parking lot, washrooms, a playground, a pier all in one place. The beach itself is large, there is shallow entry to the lake. A great place to spend time outdoors with family and friends.

Great beach with a playground, food vendor, and plenty of bathrooms. Quite busy when we visited in August but the lifeguards made me feel secure with my 2 young kids, plus there's still plenty of room for all to set up a beach tent and chairs. Giant splash pad, pizza place, and carousel very close by make for a fun family day.

The beach was well maintained with plenty of space to set up our area. The swimming area is all sand and stretches for quite a few yards before starting to get too deep for small children. My only complaint that could be addressed by staff that wasn't nature related is the need for additional restroom ans changing areas. As well as better markings as to which side is which.

Took the family to STJ and spent plenty of time at Silver Beach. Family friendly, get there early!
