Silver Moon Catamaran Cruises

Barbados is known for their catamaran cruises so we had a few options to choose from. Sliver Moon Catamaran Cruises was recommended since there is typically a max of 12 people allowed per excursion to provide a more intimate atmosphere. We are very happy that we took our friend's recommendation! Ok now - we have had our share of Barbados customer service on excursions and it is not always pleasant. HOWEVER, Captain Mally, Tony and Shane provided 5 star service from beginning to end. They were always polite, friendly and cracked some jokes along the way. They also kept the snacks and drinks flowing and just generally checked on us to see if we were doing ok. Swimming with the turtles was one of our favorite parts of the tour. Just remember to remove any ring jewelry since the turtles might mistake your fingers for food. If you are not a great swimmer, do not worry, they provide life jackets and they also keep a close eye on you to ensure that you do not drift too far away. Note - If the option for a pickup is available I would definitely recommend taking advantage since Barbados traffic can be tricky. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be returning [maybe we'll try the sunset dinner option next time.] PROS - Friendly staff - Great food [fresh Mahi-Mahi grilled on the boat] - Lots of drinks (and drink options) - Small group - Great music CONS - None

The Silver Moon Catamaran Cruise was recommended by a friend that visits Barbados annually. She insisted that we reserve the Premium Adults Only cruise. We we able to reserve their afternoon/sunset cruise and what an absolute fabulous experience we had. You will need to reserve far in advance as the week we were in Barbados all of their cruises were sold out. The crew was friendly, engaging, attentive, and professional. Funny too! You will get premium, unlimited alcohol, along with visits to two snorkeling sites, and a delicious dinner (or lunch). Plus (hopefully) a gorgeous sunset. Bajan hospitality at its finest.

A truly memorable day for our family. From start to finish everything was perfect. Email details regarding booking and pick up/drop off. We were on Silver Moon which was awesome, absolute luxury. Drinks never stopped flowing, loads of food and so tasty. Snorkelling with turtles over the shipwrecks, thousands of tropical fish. Then back in the Catamaran and went so secluded bay for dinner and more snorkelling. Enjoyed Sunset sailing back with music playing and plenty of Rum made for a once in a lifetime family memory. We got their Premium XL 12 Passenger Lunch Cruise and it was the highlight of our trip! Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The boat was great, the staff were super friendly, the food was great and the drink selection was fabulous. We snorkeled quite a bit and the staff knew where to take us. They provided quality snorkeling gear and even jumped in the water with us to show us where to swim to get the best experience. Everything was perfect and I'd say if you're in Barbados, booking a cruise with them is an absolute must. Just make sure you book well in advance.

The crew was magnificent and took care of everyone’s needs. The captain and his crew did an amazing job overall and I would recommend this trip to everyone that visits. Also the snorkeling was nice for me and seeing the sunken ship and the turtles was nice too.Last, but not least the drinks flowed from the beginning of the trip to the end. It was perfect!!!!

My girlfriend and I recently took a catamaran trip on the Silver Moon vessel premium excursion with Captain Richard, Liam & Crewmates. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate that day, but the crew went above and beyond to make the most of the situation. The drinks, food, and service were all great, and the vessel itself was spacious and well-maintained. Megan, Kimberly, and Giselle from their office were also incredibly helpful in booking and coordinating our pick-up, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Despite the weather, the crew’s professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference. We’ll definitely be looking forward to doing it again whenever we return!

Had the most fabulous day, we were on Silver Moon catamaran and the crew were amazing, including the lovely Maria who picked us up from our hotel - they catered to our every whim, they were funny, knowledgeable and completely professional at all times. The catamaran was immaculate and the food was delicious, however we need to talk about the rum punch … it was the finest rum punch I have ever tasted and I’ve tasted a few 😂. This will be my first re-book the next time we come to beautiful Barbados. Thank you for a wonderful experience. 10/10.

What a wonderful day. The boat was amazing and spotless. The crew were great fun and very helpful. The snorkeling with turtles was a bucket list item. Lunch was superb and endless drink if required. All so well organised from the pickup at our accommodation to the 5 hours of lovely sailing, under sail most of the time.
