Silver Mountain RESORT & SPA

We came here for 2 nights, but we are very disappointed with our stay. The room we received had many problems: it was extremely hot, there was no air conditioning, and not even a balcony to open the door (we were on the ground floor and the room opened directly to the street, so anyone could just walk in). The TV and the internet did not work. We spoke with the manager at the reception, but she refused to help us in any way. They gave us a room where it was impossible to sleep because of the heat, and the only option they offered was to change the room for an extra fee. The location is beautiful, but unfortunately the services are very poor. We strongly recommend choosing another hotel nearby, where you can enjoy the same great views but with much better conditions. We do not recommend this place, and we will definitely not be coming back.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with 24/7 check-in and excellent service. Located about 2 km from the center of Poiana Brașov, close to ATV rentals and plenty of hiking trails in the area. Cons: No good restaurants within walking distance. I would not recommend the Noir Restaurant (in the Sunrise Hotel) — the food was tasteless, some dishes didn’t feel fresh, and prices were high.

we were upgraded without additional costs, but i had issue with the balcony door and it was not fixed.

Our best decision to celebrate our Ukrainian-Moldovan wedding was to choose Silver Mountain Resort in Brasov and it was truly an exceptional experience. Organizing such a culturally rich and diverse event in Romania was a great challenge for us, but the team at the resort exceeded all our expectations.||||The reception was amazing, with an impressive variety of dishes that delighted all our guests. The cocktails and service in the restaurant were equally outstanding, making the whole evening even more memorable.||||A special mention goes to the hotel manager Adrian, whose patience and dedication throughout the 10 months of planning were invaluable. He was in constant communication with us and helped us perfect every little detail. Thanks to his commitment and the professionalism of the entire team, our wedding day and the 3 other days of our holiday went perfectly.||||We are deeply grateful for making our special day unforgettable and flawless. This hotel is the best choice for anyone looking for an event with impeccable service and attention to detail.

Super nice and spacious rooms. I'd give 6* for the room. It was clean spacious, had a nice balcony, and was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and had lots and lots of options! We also had dinner one evening. It was good, but not great and a little too pricey. The restaurant, the reception and the spa are in a different building. It was ok for us, considering we went at the beginning of September and the weather was nice, but it could be a little challenging in the winter to walk a few hundred meters through the cold after going to the pool, especially for children. They have a lovely heated outdoor pool, although a little small. The staff could be a little friendlier.

Paid close to 600e for 2 nights via their booking platform.|They gave ne a room and a guid ti lead the way .. in a labyrinth with 2 elevators and like 500m of walking to find B20 apartment which looked very old - i asked to be changed and received a better one in terms of design and access but no internet available as they offer 4G routers; i already to mobile data plans on my mobile so i went completely dark||Would not came back here even for free rooms

Good location and great service. We had the breakfast included and it was amazing. I have never had such a "rich" breakfast. The restaurant is very nice, some days they have live music. The spa zone is also great and it has a beautiful view. I will definitely go back in the winter season also.

We been there for 2 days only..|The pool outside it was amazing, warm water and a wonderful view.|Room was clean and so beautiful, we had jacuzzi in our room . As much as we waited to use it..it was impossible ( took forever to fill up and the water was dirty. I will blame it on the fact that maybe it wasn’t used in a while) |Or if we were staying longer for sure the staff would’ve helped us. |Breakfast had a good variety of food, one little minus will be the juice . It was in tiny bottles, not enough for all the people there . ||We will return for sure !!
