Silver Sand Sea Princess Beach Resort, Port Blair

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property offers the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, peaceful surroundings, elegant interiors, and top-notch amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Every detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food, was impeccable. A highlight of our visit was the live performance by Nirmal Sarkar, an exceptionally talented singer who created a delightful and soulful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience truly a place worth returning to!

We spent two nights there and it was our pleasure!|First of all our room was upgraded and it really helped because we came to the island on a very rainy day.|Territory is so nice with its tall palm trees and two swimming pools. |And the main treasure is the hotel’s staff who try to make every moment of your staying comfy, warm and special. Thank to everyone who works in this place, especially guys from restaurant and Nirvana spa personal.❤️|By the way, tuna for dinner was something amazing! Chief is great!😊🫶

I recently stayed at Silver Sand Sea Princess Resort during our company trip, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully located right on the beach, offering stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. The property is very well maintained, rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable — truly one of the best resorts in Andaman. They also have a professional spa, which is perfect for relaxation after a long day. As a pure vegetarian (Gujarati), I found that vegetarian options were available, but the taste wasn’t great. I’d suggest vegetarians enjoy the breakfast at the resort and try lunch or dinner in the city. On the other hand, non-vegetarians will definitely love the food here. The only issue we faced was with network connectivity and Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak and didn’t work properly in the rooms, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a beautiful beach-facing resort with great ambiance and lovely surroundings — perfect for families, couples, and corporate trips. 🌊✨

The property is quite far away from the airport. We were doing an office event and the advantage was this was the only beach property to accommodate such a large group. The service was slow probably due to the size of the property. The spa is good. Food was decent. WiFi in certain rooms were quite patchy. Multiple power cut happens but they do have back up. The view is outstanding. Overall a decent place

We had originally booked a standard room but were pleasantly surprised when the staff kindly upgraded us to a premium room at no extra cost, likely because it was off-season and the property had fewer guests. The room came with a balcony overlooking the sea, and the view was absolutely stunning. The property itself is quite huge and located in Wandoor, right by the sea, offering a very calm and peaceful vibe. Rooms are neat, spacious, and well-maintained — definitely one of the best properties in Port Blair. However, do keep in mind it is a bit far from the city, around 20 km from the airport. One highlight is the direct access to a private beach very close to the rooms. While the water here is shallow and not suitable for swimming (plus there are safety boards warning about crocodiles, so entering the sea is best avoided), it is the perfect spot to enjoy the calm breeze, relax, and soak in the beauty of the place. If you book a sea-view room, the views are truly magnificent. The property features two swimming pools — one infinity pool on the upper level and another in the garden area. However, during my visit (off-season), some facilities were under maintenance — including one of the pools — as many things are still a work in progress. That said, the staff were extremely gentle, kind, and always made up for it with their hospitality. The spa is an added plus, and there’s an in-house restaurant that serves good food. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but that’s fairly common across the Andamans. Breakfast, included in the stay, was decent. Overall, this is a peaceful and comfortable stay option, perfect if you’re looking for a calm getaway in Wandoor, away from the bustle of Port Blair. Highly recommended for relaxation, stunning sea views, and warm hospitality.

This hotel is beautiful and the beach is also very pretty but when I was visiting no-one at reception mentioned about the Crocodile accidents happened few days ago around march 2024. I was excited to go into the water the Property local guard was telling everyone to stay away from the water. views was amazing though. Hotel Staff and kitchen staff was very welcoming and friendly but I did got some stare from the Receptionist as she insisted me to give her multiple identity proof as I look like the local tribe idk what was meant by that (for note I've Mongolian feature). but besides that lovely place. Morning view is amazingly beautiful in their garden saw couple of kingfisher bird.

It is a very nice resort but there are stray dogs on the property that sometimes are even outside your room. The spa service is pathetic. They don't know how to massage. Either don't pay or ask for heavy discount. They gave me 20% off. On the plus side, the food is bloody expensive but very fresh and delicious. Any dish you pick it's good. However, they ran out of beer on my second day of stay. Thats a shame for a claimed 5 star resort. The staff is also very professional including the janitors. The beach is unusable for swimming due to crocs, so it's for visual appeal only. The swimming pool however is a proper place to relax, in addition to the hammocks and lounge chairs.

Overall good experience here.. property in remote location but view is awesome. Special thanks to hospitality staff Remonbhai and his team for providing good service in restaurant n room service also.
