Silverwood Inn & Suites

I imagine this motel is what the Schmitt's Creek motel was like after they updated it! We stayed for a night when driving across the country, and those who drive across the country become motel experts. This is a good one. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff was friendly. We got upgraded without cost which was much appreciated with two small children. We booked a double room and got upgraded to a double suite. The suite was great as the kitchen was stocked so would be great if you wanted to make your own dinner/breakfast. The bedroom had lots of space for our pack and play. Other bonuses are very plush nice towels, and a very clean outdoor pool which we enjoyed! There are a few indicators that this is an old motel, like the faucets and door knobs for example, but I wouldn't agree with the other recent poster who said it was poorly maintained. There are a few little aesthetic things you might notice, but everything was in working order. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

What a great experience! The suites are a great size and fully equipped. Nothing fancy, but who cares! Really, really clean and comfortable. Even the little pool is kept in great shape and is great fun to splash around in. The location is absolutely ideal to not only drive into Fredericton, but also bike as the beautiful trail is just down the road. Easy access to the provincial parks as well! The family that runs it is wonderful and clearly care quite a bit. Not to mention the sweet little Parisian style cafe they also have. When we come down again we will be staying at Silverwood for sure.

My partner and I were on our way from Nova Scotia to Montreal and have been camping out along the way. Due to heavy rains and wet gear we had to find a last minute room to stay for the night. We were able to get a room at Silverwood Inn very quickly for an amazing low price. The owner was super welcoming and the place is well maintained/clean/warm/awesome. We were pleased to find a small kitchen in our room and have a shower with great pressure. Everything was neat and practical. Bed was super comfy. Had a super profound sleep and enjoyed making matcha tea on the stove before our long drive. ┏(-_-)┛ It also has a super cute Seoul bakery next to the Inn. Highly recommend for folks wanted to stay in Fredericton when crossing Trans-Canada or such. We really appreciated the location a bit off the city for peacefulness.

Very clean room. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc. Great location. Above all else wonderful staff. After arriving home to NS my grandson realized he’d left his absolute favourite stuffie that he has slept with every night since a baby in the room. The management immediately responded to our emails and calls to ensure they had found it and had it safely set aside. The owner himself took it the post office and arranged via our e-transfer to have it shipped home. Needless to say there was a very happy boy when the package arrived. We cannot thank the staff enough for their kind and caring attention to helping us out. We are definitely planning on staying there again on our next trip to Cavandish

Chose this motel for the location and reviews said it was clean. Yes, it was clean. Well maintained it is not. Toilet seat loose, broken lamp, dead electrical outlet, bed slides on smooth floor, no hair dryer, deadbolt difficult to lock. But the more disconcerting thing was the heavily scented bedding. Receptionist was careful to point out the no smoking policy. Apparently they didn't get the memo about perfume sensitivities.

I stayed here after all the hotels in town were booked and I was pleasantly surprised! I read other reviews saying it was clean but it is spotless. Outlets all work, clock works, fridge was a great size, bed was comfortable and nice sheets and air conditioner worked. That’s actually better than most $150+ hotels I’ve stayed in over the last year! The only thing missing was a hairdryer but I didn’t need one. The owners are super friendly and brought us some nice mesh chairs, where we watched a thunderstorm roll in that night just outside our room. And yes, the bakery next door has incredible desserts and their coffee is great. Thank you, I’ll be back (to try a suite next time).

For the price, this place was great! Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Not fancy. Picture old school motel with real keys. But perfectly fine. Will recommend.

Spotless, spacious, comfortable & affordable. Our room had a full kitchen!! Free parking & playoff hockey on TV. The cafe next door is super cute. Extremely kind & helpful staff. It was an excellent stay - will definitely return! ❤️❤️ P.s. this inn is a Pokemon Go gym 😆
