Good hotel for skiing. About 5' walk to the chairlift. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Loads of choices and they make the eggs at your request. When departing, they transfer us to the train station at no cost. The spa was good. Main swimming pool a bit too cold to my taste but the jacuzzi had the right temperature. There is a textile free sauna too.

I usually stay in Davos when I have my skiing holiday but this year the Ski Club of GB|had no rep in Davos but they did have one in adjacent Klosters. I went as a solo skier|and must say the Silvretta was excellent from the moment the hotel Manager Christian greeted me to the time I checked out a week later. I booked an economy room (with bath) which was fine. The food was very good and I enjoyed using the pool and sauna after skiing. In short I hope to stay there again next year. The hotel has a discount arrangement with Bardelli ski hire next to the Gotschna lift and rather than take your skis back to the hotel you can leave them in a rack at Bardelli and your boots in a locker there too. Makes life easy when you are of a certain age.

This elegant hotel is a joy to stay in, with comfortable rooms, excellent service throughout and a broad choice of menu at both breakfast and dinner. Christian Erpenbeck, the manager, was always present with a smile, ensuring guests were happy and standards kept high.

Warm and peaceful hotel with wonderful service and comfortable rooms. Have been staying here nearly 20 years each ski season and adore it. Excellent location: access to all lifts, especially Gotschnabahn which is a 10-15min walk in boots. This family-run hotel is delightful, with exceptionally friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and warm and have been recently refurbished, combining classic Swiss-alpine style with modern luxurious comfort. Superb for families (ask for a joining room) and also good for couples. The restaurant has great food and fondues but the buffet is the real highlight. Great bar with pool tables, ample books in many languages and lots of relaxing sofas to rest in after a day in the mountains. The pool and spa are excellent, with a decently-equipped gym. The bowling alley is a fun, hidden gem where you can have a great night of fun with friends. Highly recommend staying here if skiing in Klosters.

(+) Amazing destination for summer and winter holidays! I think Silvretta Parkhotel is much more popular in winter, therefore they reduced the price considerably to attract the customers in summer. It has a great location close to Klosters Platz, supermarket, public pool, playground for kids. Breakfast and dinner are super nice! Dinner portions are big and tasty. Personnel is very attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with a nice view and comfy beds. The hotel is highly recommended for family with kids. It has sauna, indoor playground on 2nd floor, outdoor playground 5 min away. |(-) It would have been nice, if the receptionists would have known more about hiking options around Klosters and Davos. One of the receptionists mistakenly said that Pischabahn is open in summer, which is not true and it is good that I checked it myself. Soundproofing can be improved. We could hear our neighbors watching TV or some sort of a concert from another hotel close by.

We were in a group of 30 staying at this lovely hotel for three nights.Rooms spotless, comfy large bed. There’s a safe and a mini fridge which was ideal. Breakfast was buffet style which I prefer and was with a good choice including bacon which was cooked. Dinner was fine and food was always hot. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.|There’s a lovely pool and sauna which I used twice.|Would have given full marks but for the ridiculous charge for water which is in abundance all around the hotel. 9swiss francs for a jug. Dont understand the logic |Behind this decision. Yet on the last night it was free.|Overall we enjoyed our stay

Lovely hotel building and decor great location. Room clean and adequate.Rooms at back so no view just chalets room quite dark.. Towels very poor quality ,pillows far too soft needed to use cushions und pillow for support. No tea making facilities not made aware we could ask for kettle. Staff not happy about being asked for coffee as not available during the day apparently. Never been charged for coffee after a meal at a hotel in a 4 star hotel before. We had early departure due to roadworks adding time on our journey to airport, receptionist very curt when trying to check out even though our tour guide had told the hotel we would be leaving early. Felt this hotel was all about profit not guests. Got monopoly due to location for winter sports.

Stayed three nights as a part of a Riveria Tour of Switzerland ||There are many positives ||Great location - ver close to railway station, cable car, shops, restaurants and bars||Staff all very friendly ||Rooms are large, spacious and clean ||Breakfast was very good - great range and quality ||Evening meal - which was included - was good ||Nice swimming pool, gym and treatment centre on-site ||However …. There is no air conditioning and no fan provided in the room. At night the room was unbearably hot. We were on the 2nd floor and couldn’t sleep with the window open due to the flies and insects outside with the overhanging branches. ||Pillows were far too soft … I had to sleep using the cushions on the chairs ||You only get tap water at dinner if you buy a drink. We were guests in the hotel and were eating your food … the basic courtesy is to provide free waters in these circumstances. This is very poor form indeed ||I expected more from a 4 star hotel
