I've practiced at Simhanada since 2015 and it is much more than just asana practice. Eoin teaches the full breadth of practice, including breath work and meditation, and Sunday led will often include theory and discussion on a particular aspect of the practice. No matter where you are or where your body is, Simhanada will guide you patiently and safely. The community here has been a home for me amongst a lot of change. I highly recommend if you're considering Ashtanga.
