Thank you Michelle and Cynthia for the hospitality while visiting the Alexandria Va location! Both ladies were amazing and attentive. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary- we have been collecting Simon Pearce since we became engaged, starting off with the Heartland Flutes! We have an entire China cabinet full of Simon Pearce and a lot more that we can’t fit in it in our basement. We have an entire collection of trees and ornaments and 12 place settings of the Belmont dinnerware. I would have to disagree with the review that compared Simon Pearce to an upscale Things Remembered- there is no comparison. This is timeless, quality, and pieces that will take you from generation to generation for decades to come. If you love to gift, this is your place. If you love to entertain, this is your place. If you love classy, timeless pieces, this is your place. Our dream road trip it to visit the main store in Vermont for dinner overlooking the Quechee waterfalls. For years, I heard about the famous, iconic Simon Pearce glass- what a treat to have a Simon Pearce store in my town! I visited the store twice and was helped both times by Cynthia. I loved that Cynthia remembered me the second time I came into the store, she helped me select a lovely piece for my friends’ 10-year wedding anniversary. The Simon Pearce store has such a warm and welcoming environment- unlike the new knick-knack store that took over the old Mackey’s Steakhouse location. The women in the new knick-knack store were overtly rude to me . . . I’m so glad Simon Pearce was just down the street. Simon Pearce is like an upscale “Things Remembered”. When you need a classy and expensive-looking gift for any occasion- this is your store.

Michele and her team at the Simon Pearce store are exceptional! They are warm, welcoming, and kind. They are knowledgeable about the products and show excitement and pride towards Simon Pearce. My husband and I love visiting them and we even made a trip up to the headquarters in Vermont after they inspired us to go see it.

I love Simon Pearce and have been collecting some their beautiful items for years. I've had amazing experiences with their Alexandria store. The shop in Alexandria VA has wonderful people working there. They are friendly, professional and very efficient. Their customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond!
