We stopped in for a late lunch around 3:00 p.m.; it looked like they were changing server shifts, so one server took our order then left the building, and another delivered the food, and a third brought the check. The soup and half a deli sandwich for 1099 was a good deal, and we both got this option. Our soup was matzo ball soup which was fair; it was more like a cracker ball than matzo. Sorry, not sorry. The broth was hot and well seasoned with pieces of chicken, carrot, celery, and onion. The corned beef sandwiches were excellent. The baked French onion soup looked wonderful at the next table, so that's what I'll get instead of matzo ball next time. We will return for the corned beef if no other reason! Ample parking in a plaza lot.
