We stayed here for a night and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent - our scrambled eggs were tasty and well cooked. The location is further from the town but you get waterfront views and a quiet spot. We got lunch at the Singular hotel which was nearby.

This is a fabulous small boutique hotel with stunning vistas over the waters from every room and common areas. The rooms are Scandinavian style so minimalist but very cosy and clean. Breakfast is excellent with eggs made to order. We’d also highly recommend their evening meals - very high quality and so tasty. We stayed here on 2 separate nights; before and after a 5 night cruise on Skorpius 3 to see the Patagonian glaciers. The hotel staff could not be more helpful and we were lucky that our rooms were available on both occasions for very early check in. We planned to walk the short distance to the little port with all our luggage to board our cruise but very kindly one of the owners gave us a lift. Puerto Natales is about a 90 minute easy walk for slow walkers. There is a nice little restaurant about half way along for a coffee or lunch. In the opposite direction, the very unique Singular hotel is about 5 minutes away. We visited its museum (its free but you do need to prebook) which was fascinating and had a very expensive light lunch there, realising that we’d made totally the right choice in choosing Simple Patagonia

Absolutely perfect hotel. The staff is incredibly accommodating…the breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious + the hotel restaurant had great options for dinner. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Puerto Natales. I can’t say enough good things about our experience from start to finish.

Possibly one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. My friends and I stayed before and after our trek in Torres del Paine and were blown away by the beauty, comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. It is only a quick drive to/from town and, in my opinion, worth it for the unobstructed views and the quality of the hotel. I'm only upset I did not stay a few extra days.

We had a wonderful stay. It's quiet, comfortable, best shower of our entire trip, and great views. The common area was a relaxing to hang out and watch the birds. My only regret is that we didn't stay more nights here!

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is beautiful, minutes from the airport but it feels like a quiet sanctuary right on the water's edge. They leave the green spaces natural so there is a meadow of tall grass and dandelions that all flutter and sway in the ocean breeze. The rooms are incredibly clean, comfortable, spacious, and simply decorated to accentuate the enormous picture window that gives you a view of the Ultima Esperanza Sound (the view from the lobby/restaurant is even more spectacular!). The breakfast buffet is perfect: freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, fresh squeezed juices, pastries, yogurt with toppings, huevos revueltos to order, and more were all delicious and a great way to start the day. This area turns into a full service restaurant in the evening and I can't adequately express how amazing the food was. It was all delicious, but the sopapillas with a trio of sauces were truly a highlight of my entire trip to Chile; I'll be daydreaming about them for the rest of my life.||Beyond the clean and beautiful rooms, food, and location, the service and utter hospitality of the staff was something I have never before experienced. On our first night, we didn't have restaurant reservations but they were able to accommodate us last minute (and thus my life forever changed upon trying the aforementioned sopapillas). Another day, we had an early morning tour of Torres del Paine scheduled and had to leave before breakfast was meant to start, but they opened it early and we were able to caffeinate and eat before we left. I just want to say to Martin, his talented chef brother, and all-around amazing mom: you each made our stay unbelievably wonderful, fun, and happy. Thank you!!!||TLDR: Martin and his family have made the most comfortable, welcoming, and beautiful place to stay in Patagonia. You don't need to look at any other hotel options for Puerto Natales, this is the one.

I could go on and on about this excellent boutique hotel in Puerto Natales. The rooms were appointed perfectly , with large windows with an amazing view of the water and the mountains. The service is friendly and the restaurant has a super chef. One can spend hours relaxing in the lobby with a calafate sour and soaking up the views. |Martin was very helpful in our trip planning. We rented a car and drove all around TDP. Super awesome and very doable for anyone who is comfortable driving. |Martin also helped us set up several excursions with local tour operators who was excellent. One doesn’t have to give into the unusually exorbitant pricing charged by some of the well known outfits. You can easily plan out a luxury experience in Patagonia on your own for sure. |All in all , I really don’t know why anyone would choose any other hotel over this boutique hotel in the Chilean Patagonia.

Simple Patagonia proved to be the perfect sanctuary for my girlfriends and me after our W Trek adventure. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's thoughtful service was evident - they graciously stored our extra luggage during our trek. The property itself is a masterpiece of Chilean design, featuring stunning wooden architecture and natural elements that perfectly complement the surrounding landscape. Our rooms were spacious and well maintained, offering serene views of the lake that kept us connected to Patagonia's natural beauty. The staff's hospitality was exceptional. Geraldine provided wonderful service in the restaurant, while Alvaro made our mornings special with perfectly prepared scrambled eggs, fresh juices, and even introduced us to local honey. When our planned Estancia visit was cancelled due to weather, the staff quickly helped us arrange alternative activities, ensuring our final day in Puerto Natales wasn't wasted. The hotel's amenities proved perfect for post-trek recovery. We made good use of the yoga space to stretch our tired muscles, and the express laundry service was a lifesaver - having clean clothes for our journey home was a much-appreciated luxury. I wholeheartedly recommend Simple Patagonia for anyone visiting Puerto Natales. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, service, and authentic Chilean charm.

Yelp
Extraordinary hotel just outside of town, along the water. Outstanding friendly service. Large rooms with killer views. Unique architecture. The only downside is the distance from the center of town, but taxis and Uber is easy to get and costs around $5.

Yelp
This is the best hotel in all of Puerto Natales. The highlight of our stay were the incredible views from the windows in our room and the amazing breakfast. There are so many places to sit and view the mountains from all areas of this hotel. Everyone is extremely friendly. We even had dinner one night and it was great! The drive is under 10 minutes from the airport and all tours pick up at the hotel too.

Yelp
We stayed here for only two days and we were sad that we had to check out. This hotel is FABULOUS. The property, common spaces, and rooms are all beautiful. The views from the rooms are exquisite and the WiFi works wonderfully. They just get everything right here. This is a family operation where mom and dad own the establishment and the sons (and other unrelated staff) assist. We stayed in rooms 6 and 7 at the end of the main hall. These are rooms with two single beds. The bedding is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The view is exquisite with an ideal picture window overlooking the fjord. There is plenty of space and comfortable seating to enjoy the view from your room. My only suggestion would be to include a bidet feature in the bathroom. Even if a full fledged fancy seat bidet can't be installed, it would be great to have the small handheld feature for cleansing. The common spaces are fabulous. The dining area also has great views and comfortable seating and there is an additional room I called 'the warm room' as it seemed to have a greenhouse house effect with the windows and sun. Breakfast is included with the room and consists of a continental spread of the very best croissants you've had outside of France along with meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, grains, excellent coffee, and made to order hot eggs. One of the sons, Esteban, is also the chef and he cooks a meal every evening for those staying on property. If you want dinner, you just let them know ahead of time and it will be waiting for you. It's typically served at 8pm but we arrived back late from a day tour and they had our 3 course meal ready for us at 10:30pm. Remarkable! (27,000 CLP) We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and really didn't want to leave. As my friend said, it's like starting your flight in first class and being asked to move back to coach in the middle of the trip. Our subsequent accommodations just didn't measure up. If you are in the Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine area - just stay here! Don't bother with the other places.

Yelp
This hotel and restaurant is absolutely amazing! They are striving to have the best restaurant in the region, and I think they are already there. We stayed several nights in one of their "standard" (but beautiful!) rooms, all of which are built with lots of natural wood and have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the fjord and mountains. We had all of our yummy breakfasts and one dinner there. They serve a fixed price, 3-course dinner with a vegetarian option. Dinner that night was salmon ceviche, a classic Italian gnocchi beef stew, and tiramisu. 26000 CP. Every bite blew my mind! If you are not a guest, you can reserve dinner in advance - they only take walk ins if they have room. It's worth the effort for the great food in a stunning setting.

Yelp
My husband and I drove passed here in our way to Torres del Paine and it peaked our curiosity. We saw it again on the way back through town and decided to look it up. Within 5 minutes, we were at the reception desk booking a room. We treated ourselves to the best room at the hotel, room #11. It has a corner view with giant windows overlooking the water and the mountains. Feels like a dream. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and left completely satisfied. The hotel is 100% family operated. The chef is the son of the owner and the daughters were in there helping. We've been traveling in the Patagonia area for 16 days and this is the best money we've spent so far. Do yourself a favor and stay and eat here.
