Simple Patagonia

*Simply* one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We stayed here before and after the W trek and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests and timing, helping us with transport and early/late hour meals. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, it all feels so private and relaxing. And the FOOD was just incredible. Even down to the breakfast buffet, it was such a treat to have an abundance of the freshest fruit and vegetables. Can’t say enough wonderful things and hope to be back very soon!

My wife and I have stayed at several 5-star hotels but I would say that Simple Patagonia is by far the best in terms of hospitality, rooms, and views! We absolutely loved our stay here and the Hotel Management and Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room views of the Ultima Esperanza sound and Patagonian landscape was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was a 10/10, with the Hotel team helping arrange transportation and giving us good advice on local places to check out in Puerto Natales. Our trip to Patagonia in December 2025 will be forever etched in our memories, and Hotel Simple Patagonia played a pivotal role in our experience. Highly recommend this hotel, and we would love to come back here in the future!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Simple Patagonia Hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, even before we even arrived, they arranged dinner reservations at both their restaurant and local spots. Throughout our stay, they were warm, attentive, and always available to assist.|The setting is extraordinary, right on the water with sweeping, unobstructed views. One afternoon we walked back from town (about 45 minutes); though windy, it was peaceful and scenic. Getting to and from the airport or downtown Puerto Natales was easy with Uber.|Breakfast was outstanding, with a full buffet of breads, fresh fruit, cheeses, smoked fish, meats, and made to order eggs. The freshly squeezed juices and excellent coffee were perfect starts to the day.|The hotel’s shared spaces were cozy and welcoming, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring. Our room was beautifully designed and spotless, with a serene bathroom and a lovely soaking tub.|We would highly recommend Simple Patagonia, as it blends natural beauty, comfort, and thoughtful hospitality perfectly.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Simple Patagonia, which perfectly showcased some of the best qualities of this remarkable region.||The hotel is an easy transfer from Puerto Natales Airport and offers stunning views across the Señoret Channel. Beautifully designed with large windows to frame the scenery, it also has four friendly cats that add to its charm.||Dinner at the hotel is highly recommended, featuring delicious local dishes, while breakfast offers a generous spread of pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, and the option of cooked eggs.||We would recommend a double room if you have mobility issues. These are located next to the main dining area / reception. The superior double rooms are located down the hill which could be quite a wet walk depending on the weather. ||The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully designed, with a huge, comfortable bed, heated floors, USB chargers beside the bed, and excellent water pressure in the shower. Internet speeds are very good thanks to Starlink Wi-Fi (around 60 Mbps download). The lounge area is a lovely place to unwind, making this a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

Gorgeous, calm, and exceptionally welcoming. We stayed here at both the beginning and end of our Patagonia hiking trip, and it was the perfect place to land each time. The staff is unbelievably kind, the food is delicious, and the space itself is beautiful and deeply calming. I couldn’t recommend it more highly to anyone visiting the area. A truly special place.

Amazing stay. Just stay here. We have been to many five star hotels including some of the best hotels in the world but this was one of the best and most memorable places that we have ever stayed. We came to Simple Patagonia after finishing the W trek through rain, gale, snow, cold, etc and felt so welcomed right from the start. Everything was excellent from the interior design to their hospitality to the food to the coziness to the view. The name Simple Patagonia truly defines the property. Simple but elegant. Simple but warm and kind. Simple but delicate and complex (flavour). Simple but beautiful (floor to ceiling windows, solid wood/leather decors). Simple but Patagonia. Our return flight was delayed by a few hours and the hotel let us stay in the room till early afternoon and helped us rearrange the pick up at the arrival city. Plus plus. Oh also the water pressure was so strong :) About 40 min walk from the main part of the city but like a 5-6 min taxi ride (3-4 usd)

Simple Patagonia is Simply an Outstanding, elegantly modern architectural jewel. Situated a couple km outside the central Puerto Natales commercial district, Simple sits atop a hillside overlooking Puerto Bories channel. ||Rooms are brilliant. Spacious. Minimalist but high quality bedding, ergo mattress, assortment of pillows, underfloor heating, and oversize windows overlooking pristine Patagonia.||Service is attentive and sincerely eager to problem solve. ||Breakfast is a fine assortment of normal morning fare. Dinners are just plain and "simply" wonderful. A limited menu is very thoughtfully conceived. Mains consist of outrageously delicious grilled salmon, fresh as could be. Steak that beats any NY steakhouse. Pasta. Vegetable dish. I don't want to recount the entire menu, but merely to observe it's just great food.||Bravo, Simple Patagonia.

Lovely wood-framed gem of a hotel; we stayed before and after visiting Torres del Paine. Luxurious and stylish decor, relaxing reading room and stunning views of Chilean Patagonia in the dining room. It's a nearly 5km walk to the town centre along the water or grab an Uber/taxi in - we enjoyed the location. The restaurant had fantastic salmon and the breakfast fresh and delicious.

Extraordinary hotel just outside of town, along the water. Outstanding friendly service. Large rooms with killer views. Unique architecture. The only downside is the distance from the center of town, but taxis and Uber is easy to get and costs around $5.

This is the best hotel in all of Puerto Natales. The highlight of our stay were the incredible views from the windows in our room and the amazing breakfast. There are so many places to sit and view the mountains from all areas of this hotel. Everyone is extremely friendly. We even had dinner one night and it was great! The drive is under 10 minutes from the airport and all tours pick up at the hotel too.

We stayed here for only two days and we were sad that we had to check out. This hotel is FABULOUS. The property, common spaces, and rooms are all beautiful. The views from the rooms are exquisite and the WiFi works wonderfully. They just get everything right here. This is a family operation where mom and dad own the establishment and the sons (and other unrelated staff) assist. We stayed in rooms 6 and 7 at the end of the main hall. These are rooms with two single beds. The bedding is comfortable and the rooms are clean. The view is exquisite with an ideal picture window overlooking the fjord. There is plenty of space and comfortable seating to enjoy the view from your room. My only suggestion would be to include a bidet feature in the bathroom. Even if a full fledged fancy seat bidet can't be installed, it would be great to have the small handheld feature for cleansing. The common spaces are fabulous. The dining area also has great views and comfortable seating and there is an additional room I called 'the warm room' as it seemed to have a greenhouse house effect with the windows and sun. Breakfast is included with the room and consists of a continental spread of the very best croissants you've had outside of France along with meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, grains, excellent coffee, and made to order hot eggs. One of the sons, Esteban, is also the chef and he cooks a meal every evening for those staying on property. If you want dinner, you just let them know ahead of time and it will be waiting for you. It's typically served at 8pm but we arrived back late from a day tour and they had our 3 course meal ready for us at 10:30pm. Remarkable! (27,000 CLP) We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and really didn't want to leave. As my friend said, it's like starting your flight in first class and being asked to move back to coach in the middle of the trip. Our subsequent accommodations just didn't measure up. If you are in the Puerto Natales, Torres del Paine area - just stay here! Don't bother with the other places.

This hotel and restaurant is absolutely amazing! They are striving to have the best restaurant in the region, and I think they are already there. We stayed several nights in one of their "standard" (but beautiful!) rooms, all of which are built with lots of natural wood and have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the fjord and mountains. We had all of our yummy breakfasts and one dinner there. They serve a fixed price, 3-course dinner with a vegetarian option. Dinner that night was salmon ceviche, a classic Italian gnocchi beef stew, and tiramisu. 26000 CP. Every bite blew my mind! If you are not a guest, you can reserve dinner in advance - they only take walk ins if they have room. It's worth the effort for the great food in a stunning setting.

My husband and I drove passed here in our way to Torres del Paine and it peaked our curiosity. We saw it again on the way back through town and decided to look it up. Within 5 minutes, we were at the reception desk booking a room. We treated ourselves to the best room at the hotel, room #11. It has a corner view with giant windows overlooking the water and the mountains. Feels like a dream. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and left completely satisfied. The hotel is 100% family operated. The chef is the son of the owner and the daughters were in there helping. We've been traveling in the Patagonia area for 16 days and this is the best money we've spent so far. Do yourself a favor and stay and eat here.
