I can not say enough about my experience with Simply Gourmand. I was looking for some French food and toiletry items to put together a birthday gift for a friend. Despite living in a large city (San Diego) I could not locate the items I wanted, and came across the Simply Gourmand website. I placed an order and was very disappointed to find out there had been a major incident at UPS that was going to delay my package. Simply Gourmand went ahead and immediately shipped me a duplicate order so I would have my gifts in time! It is hard to find this kind of customer service any more, and I am very grateful. In addition, all the items were package perfectly to make the NY to CA journey! I will happily order again and highly recommend!

I just received my first order from Simply Gourmand. I am kind of in shock because it has been a long time since the last time that I received a package sooo perfectly wrap and organized. I don't even remember. 🤔 I am an extremely organized freak (unfortunately), and I can tell you that there wasn't anything wrong with my parcel. Hey Amazon! You should learn from Marianne! 😉 By the way, there also was a chocolate candy included, which is a nice detail. My items arrived perfectly fine. Of course! I can't wait to enjoy them. This was my first time ordering from Simply Gourmand, and I had an awesome experience! I made my order and a day later, I realized that I had forgotten two items that were critical for the recipe I was making. I called on New Year's Eve assuming that they wouldn't be open...but they were! Not only did the person I spoke with (I feel awful because I forgot her name), add those two things to my order DESPITE it already being packaged and ready to go, but I STILL got my order quickly! I made the order December 30th, and I received it on January 3rd. It was wrapped perfectly and my two last minute items were there. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Simply Gourmand is like a French patisserie right in your home! Great choice of French goodies and cooking ingredients. My personal favorite the decadent Suchard rockers and so much more! Service, ease of placing orders and shipment is professional. I love how neatly everything is packed. High recommend!

We tell EVERYONE we know to order the Biscuiterie de Provence cakes from Simply Gourmand. They are small cakes that come in a CAN, so are always fresh, and perfect when unexpected guests arrive. And if you think cakes in a can could not be good, think again. We love the chocolate, the orange and the lemon with whipped cream and fruit. They come well-wrapped, usually with a small candy thrown in. Such nice service, especially compared to other places these days! Merci, Simply Gourmand!
