Šimuni Camping Village

We were at the Šimuni campsite for the first time. The campsite has everything you could want. A very nice beach, large pitches, well-maintained bathrooms, a football pitch... there is animation for children all day long. Every evening there is a mini disco. The animators really try their best. We are thrilled and we will definitely come back.

Great vacation for families with children, animation program for children all day and all week. We go here regularly every year, I recommend the period of June for greater comfort, as far as occupancy is concerned, I want to especially highlight the animation team, they know what they are doing, we played table tennis most of the time, I want to thank Adam and Matej for their great work, but Miroslav always organized it the best, he knew the rules, he knew how to organize it so that children played with children and adults with adults, we all enjoyed it and we praise him very much

Camp ideal for families with children, offers everything it should have. I would especially like to highlight the work of the animators with the children in the club. The children had fun, as the Slovak-speaking animators Laura and Emília took care of them.

We stayed a few nights at the campsite. The campsite is very clean, well maintained, the beach is very beautiful and easy to access. The staff is pleasant with a special mention for the animation team and more particularly to the animators Lily and Cliona who made our children experience very good times! We recommend

The campsite is in a beautiful location, but the water sports offer is nothing short of a scam. The staff in charge of renting jet skis are rude, arrogant, and completely disrespectful towards customers. They charge €60 for 15 minutes of riding without issuing any receipt, yet the actual ride barely lasts 10 minutes. The GPS limiter is activated as soon as you sign the waiver, not when the ride actually begins. On top of that, the time spent on instructions, putting on a life jacket and helmet, and preparing the jet ski is also counted as part of the ride, which easily cuts off another 5 minutes. In reality, you end up paying full price for barely 10 minutes on the water. This practice is dishonest, unprofessional, and outright disgraceful. I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

I definitely rate this place 5 stars. I stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing time. The campsite, beaches, and surrounding area are all very beautiful. Besides the views, the campsite is equipped with various sports fields, water attractions, a stage, a kids’ club, and more. Every day there are different activities and competitions at the campsite for both kids and adults. The best part, however, are the animators — they are very friendly, sociable, and clearly know what they’re doing. The most fun and outstanding person from the animation team was Matthew. He did his job really well, and I think he deserves a bonus for such great work☺️. I highly recommend this campsite for the future! Regards Maya😚

Come here in the low season and it’s quiet. I cannot imagine staying in this huge camping world full of tourists and children running everywhere. During the low season it is quiet and there is plenty of space to find one‘s quiet spot on the beach. The place is kept very clean so that was a big plus. Second advantage was the friendly check-in staff. In the market, the cashiers were friendly. Other workers such as those that were constructing or maintaining the grounds were not so friendly.
