Sinclairs Retreat Kalimpong

Stayed here for a couple of nights and honestly, it was a pretty solid experience. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Nothing super fancy, but definitely cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping staff and at check-in—quick and smooth. Location was super convenient too close to nature. |The property itself is beautiful and located in a prime, peaceful location—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Very special thanks to housekeeping Manager who care us like a family member, will definitely visit again and recommend all our friends and families.

We had a good time. Our stay was good and staff was very supportive. Our Premier suit was also good. |However, few points need to be noted. 1. Sliding door of our room had no lock. Overall property is bit old and needs maintenance. 2. Spa - we used spa service. However, there were no oil available with spa staff and they had to get the same from their other staff and that too was delivered in small pack available at retail. 3. Food - On our day of arrival, we had ala carte dinner and the vegetables were served with lots of oil...we had call chef and inform him to use less oil for us. Also, ice cream options were very limited to 1/2 flavor only.

What really stood out to me was the staff—they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile special mention housekeeping staff and the housekeeping Manager. The food was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy throughout the day. The pool and outdoor spaces were well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. The entire property has a calm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to extend your stay. I would absolutely recommend Sinclairs Resort to anyone looking for a memorable and refreshing getaway.

It's been a pleasure to stay at this resort.... This is our first visit at Kalimpong. And we are happy that we booked this resort.... The room size is good and spacious. Food is delicious and perfectly made as per your requirements.. Room cleanliness is outstanding. The Housekeeping and Restaurant staff is also amazing. The view from the balcony is perfectly breathtaking.. overall it's fabulous. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice specially housekeeping manager Mr. Sunil Acharya and his staff. It's the kind of place that always makes you feel cared.|Highly recommended..

Very beautiful property with all facilities. We are here for two nights on independence day. Very well organised we enjoy the flag hosting with Sinclairs staff and some other guest also. Very well maintained and hygiene.Food is tasty with many choices. Housekeeping team are amazing, they are well trained and professional, both day our room is very neat and clean appreciate all team members of Sinclairs Retreat Kalimpong specially housekeeping staff. Will recommended to everyone.|Thank you !

First of all property itself is mind blowing.with a lot of amenities and recreation areas,food is up to the mark with timely services ,staff members are very cooperative and friendly,rooms are very clean and spacious
