A truly luxurious and relaxing experience. The Lanna Jacuzzi Suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The onsen and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was calm and elegant. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and serenity.

Spent the first night in Chiang Mai here and the room was amazing. The bathroom came with a jacuzzi and shower. The extra large bed left us ready for the next days adventure.

Many of the services offered are 5 stars, but the hotel itself is looking tired. The rooms are beautiful, but cushions and curtains over the bed are dusty. In the rooms are gowns and thongs to use as well as free mini bar. The breakfast was fantastic, and they supplied numerous snacks, including fresh fruit that can be accessed 24 hours per day. We got a jacuzzi suite on the rooftop. So relaxing. Almost outdoor shower and toilet. The room is huge with a gorgeous 4 poster bed. Lounge, Large TV etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Singa Lanna Boutique Style Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and so lovely. They were always smiling and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as welcoming and comfortable as possible.||||The room was absolutely incredible, with a charming and authentic boutique feel that created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. A standout feature was the jacuzzi in the room—a luxurious touch that made our stay even more special. The bi-folding windows that opened up to reveal stunning views of Chiang Mai made soaking in the jacuzzi a truly serene experience.||||Overall, we had a lovely stay with no complaints at all. Full compliments to the staff, who are an absolute credit to the hotel. Their warmth and dedication made our visit unforgettable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I can imagine this hotel used to be something special. The decor is beautiful and there is ornate details everywhere. The room was huge and very unique. We had the Sky Suite and our bathroom was open aired which was a little quirky. I would NOT stay here if it’s your first time in Chiang Mai. The surrounding streets leave a lot to be desired and you need a ride to get anywhere. This was nice for us as a couple who wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of town for a night. This place needs a power washing and a deep clean. My husband said the building itself looks like it has cancer 😅 we had a private hot tub which was awesome but the knob broke off and we couldn’t turn the water off and had to call maintenance - romantic! Don’t bother with the hotel breakfast- not good.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Lanna Jacuzzi room very big & spacious. Aircon & safe worked well. No hot water, no working TV, staff tried their best but wouldn’t recommend more than a 1 night stay

Beautiful hotel, very authentic. About 10 minutes drive from the Night Bazzar Markets. We had the Lanna jacuzzi room for a 1 night stay.|Everything started out OK, room size really big, bathroom also a fair size.|The safety deposit box worked well and was a decent size. Staff are lovely and helpful. Has a lift in the hotel and wifi. |Negatives - No hot water, had to call reception at 10pm at night, shower head broken wouldn’t stay up, no working TV, no hot water next day for shower.

This was such a great stay for us. The hotel held the Lanna ambience which came with antique wood and amazingly LARGE rooms. We stayed in the family room for 3 nights and had this big jacuzzi. I think the hotel maintains its beauty and aging well with time. The kids truly enjoyed the pool and the ability to walk to the city. We did coin laundry just steps away, there were Lotus and 7-11 just steps away plus the local skewers place and local life just right outside. The breakfast spread was solid and the staff, especially the manager, Bee or P'Peung were so lovely and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will be back in October!
