I personally enjoyed my time at this hotel. It looked a bit old, but overall it was quite nice. I booked jacuzzi suite, stay in room 609. No complains really. Love how the room is super big, the jacuzzi in the room is super relaxing(fits like 4 ppl!!) and the bed is really huge. I think it’d be perfect for the family also.

Unfortunately there was a lot not to like |Overall darkness and uncleanliness. Seemed like the dust had been there for decades. |Fridge didn’t work well |Aircon didn’t work well due to the open gaps above the doors |Bathroom dirty. Beautiful size spa but it was not clean to use. |Whole place needs a deep clean and some maintenance to the gaps to ensure the aircon works properly. |We only stayed the 1night of our 4 night booking due to being unable to breathe great and tasting dust all night.

Only one word to summarize staying at this hotel: terrible. Our room is old, with a very strong smell of dust and no towels provided. Breakfast is really bad, basically there is no choice in what to take since there is just some rotten fruit with bad pancakes. The service is almost absent, there is also nobody at the reception. For the price of 90€ per night it is for sure not worth it. This place has not even the quality for being a 2 star hotel, I wonder how is possible that it has still 4 stars. Don’t get scammed by the old jacuzzi as we did and choose another hotel, you will be for sure happier of your choice. The only plus point is the nice view.

10/5 - Bee ( the receptionist ) is the kindest women ever! She is extremely friendly and warm and made our whole experience the best place in Asia. Regards to the hotel, after Bee allowed us to move room as we wanted to be higher up ( as we just wanted a better view ) is incredible, the room is homely and the hot tub is amazing. ||Thank you Bee !

This place is absolutely amazing with the most polite staff ever!!! The rooms are beautifully done up, with an old town decor and simply wonderful!!!😍😍😍😍😍 The breakfast is perfectly prepared every day with a lot of attention from the staff😋😋

The rating is based entirely on the kind and delightful staff. They were accommodating and the friendliness made for an ok stay. The hotel itself has its pros and cons. The traditional Thai decorations were very pleasant. The pool in the lobby was beautiful. The elevator was a bit old and slow. We stayed on the 7th floor which gave us an amazing view. The jacuzzi outside was a nice addition but looked old and it’s presentation didn’t look inviting. Some upkeep was required because there was plenty of dust and dirt in the cabinets. The shower and wash room was acceptable except our sink had wood rot which leads me to the next thing. Roaches. At night time, they were all over our patio, shower and wash room. We were also pleasantly greeted each morning by the friendly pigeons on the roof. Overall, it was an mediocre stay for the price point. No complaints but just a “heads up” for future guests.

Charming boutique with a classic style. Service was very thoughtful, sky suite room has an amazing view, classically designed and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Overall a great experience 🙏

Really Comfortable and Luxury place to stay, close to everything we needed. Spa is beautiful.
