We visited Singha Thai Cuisine in Moab for dinner during the winter holidays. As expected, the restaurant was busy, but they were able to accommodate us within about 15 minutes, which was great. The ambience was cozy and inviting. We ordered Basil Fried Rice with Salmon and Tilapia, Szechuan Fried Rice with Shrimp, Seafood Soup, and Drunken Noodles with Chicken. The dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and enjoyable, though we found the flavors to be good but not fully authentic. Overall, Singha Thai Cuisine offers a pleasant dining experience with attentive service, especially if you don’t mind slightly Westernized Thai flavors. It’s a solid choice in Moab, particularly when you’re looking for a comfortable dinner spot after a day of exploring.

Google
This place is amazing! We got the garlic green beans, crab Rangoon, chicken yellow curry and drunken noodles. The hot saki was soothing and delicious. The curry was too spicy for my friend so they graciously took it back to reduce the heat and were very kind and quick about it.

Visited during Thanksgiving week for dinner. Wait time for 45 min on Monday, 1 hr on Tuesday and 45 minutes on Thursday (thanksgiving). We finally had dinner on Thursday. You write your name and group size (no phone number) in the pad by the door and wait for someone to shout your name. Once inside, the service was quick, they brought the check quickly as well. Fried tofu was ok, drunken noodles were good. The ginger entree was delicious. The red curry was too. Entree dishes come with a bowl of plain rice.

Google
The place is fully decorated with a Thai vibe, and the dishes taste pretty authentic to Thai style. What I couldn’t get used to was the noodle dish—it was really wet and way too sweet for my taste. The Tom Yum soup, though, was decent and more enjoyable.

Google
Came here twice and would highly recommend this authentic Thai restaurant with super attentive service. Boss lady remembered my son’s allergy and even observed that his fried rice might be salty for him and redid his portion! It was heavenly with great taste of char - hallmark of good fried rice for Asians! The yum won sen and fried vermicelli were all consistently good.

Google
Singha Thai provides an authentic meal! I had moderately spicy red curry which was perfect! My boyfriend ordered the highest level of spice and he loved it! Service was great and bathrooms are clean! It's a must stop in Moab!

Google
This place was fantastic — highly recommend if you’re ever in Moab! I had the cashew nut chicken with fried rice and curry, and everything was packed with flavor. Just a heads-up though: their food is very spicy. They only list “medium” or “hot,” so if you prefer something milder, be sure to ask for a spice level around 2.

Google
We stopped here for lunch after hiking. We had Thai tea, pad thai, bbq pork buns, and Thai fried rice. It was so good. It was so good we came back for dinner. We had gyoza, pad thai, and drunken noodles. Once again delicious. The ladies were also lovely who took care of us.

Yelp
As I was sitting in Singha Thai Cuisine, I had an epiphany: Thai food may be my favorite type of food. Every time I order a dish from just about any Thai restaurant, I'm pleased with it. Singha was no exception-the food was terrific. Service was attentive and friendly-our server even helped rein us in when we tried to order more food than was a reasonable amount for two people. Hey, we were hungry and everything looked so good! Even the two dishes were more than enough food-plenty to take home as leftovers. I love this little place off the beaten path and will eagerly return next time I'm in town.

Yelp
We got take out from this place when staying in Moab. Next time I'd like to eat in there, the place is small but has a great feel. Service when I picked up my food was fast and kind, with offering utensils, chopsticks, and chili oil. The food was great! I had Khao Soi and it was delicious. My son enjoyed the fried rice.

Yelp
Overall a 4.5/5 with delicious flavors, just slow service and fair portion sizes. Drunken noodle with beef was the favorite dish. Large dish with nice pan fried wok flavor. The beef was also tender. Pad Kaprow ground pork had lovely basil flavors and the accompanying veggies were well cooked. This also came with a small side of rice Mango curry with shrimp was mild and had nice coconut flavor. Though it came with very little rice to accompany all of that flavorful sauce Their spicy chili oil is nutty and a great addition to ask for on the side. It was difficult to flag down servers with a 30-45 min wait to ask for such side or get water refills.

Yelp
This place seemed really popular among locals and tourists. The service was really nice, efficient, and friendly; the space seemed large enough, but with many tables and when it gets filled with customers the place was a bit noisy. We ordered tofu Penang curry, papaya salad, spicy basil noodles with noodles, and some beer. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and was pleasantly surprised that we found a very decent Thai place in Moab!

Yelp
Came here for a friend's bday dinner after a long day of snow sports. Food came out relatively quick. Solid service, they provided icecream for the friend. We got here before the rush; within 10 minutes after 6:15PM, there was a line out of the door. The space may feel a bit small but it is cozy. Flavors of the food is really bold which I appreciate. Some of the sauces of the noodles (pad thai, pad se eew, hangover noodles) were a bit too sweet for my preference but my friends enjoyed the pad se eew the most. It was also the most recommended by the owner. Medium to large portions for the price. Great food for being out in a snow resort town. The peanut sauce that accompanies the crispy duck was to die for!

Yelp
The service is fast and the staff is friendly. The dining room is intimate sitting about 10 tables. It can get a bit loud since the space is a bit small. The portion size is decent. We first had the fresh rolls. The peanut sauce it came with is warm and fresh. That was good, but the filling is a bit disappointing since it's just lettuce and vermicelli. Moving on to the Spicy Thai Basil. Honestly, it is ok. It only has a bit of basil, and it is very salty. Next is massaman curry. It's not bad, but again it's on the more salty side.

Ty B.

Yelp
Every time I come here the food is great and the staff is friendly. The building looks like it came out of a story book and the interior has a quaint private feel.

Yelp
The food was delicious, prompt, hot, and true do it list on the menu! Right off the main street in Moab, it is also easily accessible. Fabulous!!

Yelp
Wow!! Was really impressed on the food, the flavors and taste is top notch!!! Only wish I had found this place early in my Moab adventures! Highly recommended

Yelp
5 Stars! This Thai food is some of the best I have ever had and I consider myself a Thai snob, even tho I'm white lol We ordered Thai takeout so we could take it home and watch the MNF game. Our order was ready in 15 mins and was hot, fresh and neatly stacked in a sturdy paper bag that had handles. Everything was properly labeled and they gave us utensils, napkins and extra sauces! We appreciated this so much! My husband and I like to order a few dishes and share. Here is what we ordered Garlic Green Beans - OMG so good! I have never had these at another Thai restaurant so we had to try. Love green beans and love garlic so, we got them! Fried Gyoza - typical gyoza, yummy and great portion size. I love that you can get steamed or fried. We love steamed and usually get steamed but, opted for fried this time! Sweet and Sour Chicken - great fresh veggies, yummy sauce and great portion. Comes with white rice Pineapple Fried Rice - this is flavored with yellow curry powder so, it's a variation of fried rice we've never had before so, we had to try it! Really yummy. Cashews, raisins and pineapple are a staple for me in any fried rice I order and they were plentiful here Vegetable Red Curry - one of the best red curries I have ever had. Creamy and spicy :) Also comes with white rice Price: $70 with tax - average of $14.00 per dish. Not inexpensive but, not cheap either. Pretty normal for a tourist town. One thing to note is we ordered everything level 3 spicy and it was definitely on the hotter side of medium. Was not uncomfortably spicy but, made our noses run... we do not mind that lol Overall, 10/10 absolutely recommend if you love authentic Thai food!

Yelp
We as a family ate here for lunch. The food was tasty and the lunch menu price was reasonable. Moreover, the service was wonderful -- each member of our party even received a hug from one of the workers on the way out...I don't know that is something everyone gets who dines at Singha. :)

Weina D.

Yelp
Had to eat here one more before the trip ended/before we left. Seriously the best and most authentic food I've ever had in the states. The service was great today. All around no complaints. The pad see ew, pineapple fried rice, and creamy Tom yum noodle were so flavorful.
google avatar

Wade B.

Yelp
We had a large order for several people and they did great. Everything was exactly as ordered and labeled as well!!! Which is a huge bonus as some places don't do that. And the food was delicious!!
google avatar

Theresa H.

Yelp
Food was awesome. Great flavor ans fresh. The medium spice is everything. Derives was outstanding quick and with a smile. Great little place no frills just good food and service. Take a break from Arches for great food.

Yelp
Authentic & delicious. That's what I expect from any Thai restaurant I go to stateside. This place is just that. Staff is super sweet & when they realized my wife spoke Thai the server chatted with her for a few minutes. We had the tom ka, green curry (chicken) & pad see ew (tofu) as well as an order of bbq steak buns. Everything was top notch except the steam buns but that's okay because I didn't expect them to be I'm just obligated to order steam buns when I can. If you want good authentic Thai you can get it here

Yelp
We arrived in Moab in the evening on Christmas Day. Singha Thai seemed to be the only place open so the wait for dine in and to go was insanely long. We placed our order, left to check in at the hotel and came back in 45 minutes to pick up our food. We got chicken pad Thai and spicy basil fried rice. They were both delicious. We actually tried this place a few years ago and thought they were good. I'm very happy that they maintain the quality of their food, even on an insanely busy night. Their menu prices are comparable to other restaurants in Moab. Entrees portions are generous with plenty of leftovers. Shout out to all their staff and kitchen crew, everyone worked hard under the pressure and tried their best to get everyone fed!

Yelp
Aoy was our waitress and what an amazing experience she gave. We had out two chihuahuas and she let us keep them in their papoose and up front so that we could enjoy our meal and stay with our pups. So the spring rolls with veggies was absolutely on point and refreshing. It came with 2 different sauces that just set it over the edge, impressive and well played to get me to come back tomorrow! The mango curry? Girl, stop! I've had pineapple curry but this is a first and it will not be the last. Now the bar has been set high and other stops will have to be to par. They boiled chicken and shrimp for us to take for our pups and that was just kind to begin with. They appreciated it for sure. So our to go bag of course had mango and sticky rice, and since I am a snob for this, I was extra excited when I got it home and the warm rice and sweet mango made my night! I really will be back again and this is a spot that I would frequent if I lived near. Fresh and good and the service is beautiful. Nice job!

Yelp
Awesome dinner spot in Moab. We got the Pad Thai (10/10 flavor and texture), Yellow Curry, Green Curry, and Massaman Curry. Everything was delicious, the tofu was generous, sauces were flavorful, and portions perfect. I'd eat here again. (We got takeout and it was incredibly fast).

Yelp
Was just passing through Moab ,and a waitress from another restaurant recommended Singha Thai to us . Needless to say, that the food was plentiful and the Thai basil actually had a great basil flavor. Definitely a hole in the wall restaurant,so ambience was minimal.Service was good.

Mark N.

Yelp
My wife and I loved their food so much we ate there 3 days in a row! Definitely recommend dining here.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
The food was very flavorful and we had a party of five. Get there when they first open as there is a steady wait list later. We also had a person in our party who is 100% gluten intolerant. The drunken noodles hit the spot!

Jason L.

Yelp
Amazing food and amazing service... I've tried all the noodle dishes as a vegan and they are off the hook. Everything here is delicious and worth a try. Just tell them you'd like it vegan with soft tofu and you're good.

Christy D.

Yelp
The best pad Thai and red curry! Efficient, friendly service. This will be a "must stop" every time we visit Moab.

Robert D.

Yelp
They serve the best Thai food in Moab. The green tea was created from steeping the dry leaves and stems in hot water. The green curry chicken was perfect in every way. Service was very friendly and prompt.
google avatar

Margie M.

Yelp
Authentic Thai food in Moab! Fantastic and speedy service welcomes you to a delicious meal. Very impressed with authenticity. The only thing is that it wasn't as spicy as we prefer but the flavor was spot on! Highly recommend
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious Thai in Moab! Definitely recommend! Very friendly service as well! Fresh spring rolls and pad thai very flavorful!

Yelp
One of four Thai restaurants in the picturesque town of Moab, Sing Ha stands on its own with all your favorite Thai dishes easily veganized by request. Started with a nice cup of tom kha coconut soup with mushroom and spices to ward off the winter chill and proceeded with green curry and a rice noodle dish with vegetables. Pros: The staff was lovely. And it keeps later hours than the others.
google avatar

Kris S.

Yelp
It was great! We went there because a different restaurant server at another location said, "that's where the locals go for Thai."
google avatar

Dominic E.

Yelp
Felt like I was at grandmas house. But I'm this case my grandma was the grandma that owned the place. Cant believe this place has bad reviews. I've been to many restaurants in my life and this is by far one of the best restaurants I've ever been too. Prices were EXTREMELY CHEAP for a tourist town. Service was amazing. Food was to die for. Walked in not really hungry and ended up leaving full as a tick. If you are in the Moab area PLEASE GO HERE. You will leave full and satisfied. I'm writing this review the next day because I'm still thinking of this place. AWSOME AWSOME AWSOME
google avatar

Jennette R.

Yelp
Decent. Place was decent but I kept finding egg shells that through me off and was not able to enjoy to the fullest sadly. There are other places I will check out next time.

Yelp
This was a recommendation from a local and it did not disappoint. Whenever I try a new Thai restaurant I always order the Pad Thai chicken because if you manage to cook it right or screw it up, it says a lot. Anyway, the Pad Thai was fantastic, as were the vegetable spring rolls. Service was great (visited with a party of 10) and everyone was super happy with their food. This is on a side street off the main drag and somewhat of a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and go here instead!

Yelp
We were greeted by very friendly person named Nu. She took our order and provided great suggestions for order as well. Food came fairly quickly from the time of ordering. We asked for 3/5 spice level for food. As we felt that we knew our spice level, but food was more of 4/5 spice level but still tasted good. Would recommend Tom yum soup, pinapple fried rice and yellow curry. Overall good experience. Overall 3.95/5 (Due to spice level).

Yogesh K.

Yelp
We visited this restaurant after long drive from Grad canyon to Moab.. in our party of 9, there were 4 kids. This restaurant was the best choice after long day for the group. They were so welcoming and helped get table setup quickly - they were super busy. Food was outstanding- truly authentic and five star service was icing on the cake. Great job guys!! Tia was our host.. she was wonderful

Yelp
This place is excellent don't believe the haters. I stopped in on my way to Arches and ordered the Pad Thai with squid. I've eaten this dish in at least 100 restaurants around the country and most overcook the squid so it's rubbery/chewy. This place cooked the squid to perfection, just the right texture and the spicing was on point. Well done!

Yelp
Good stuff! Got in during a VERY busy Friday night. We struck out at the first few places we tried but I'm thankful we did. We walked up, ordered, and had hot, fresh food in 10 minutes or less. The service was friendly and attentive. Only four stars because the spicy scale is way off! Ordered a 1 out of 5 for the pad Thai and it was waaaaaaay too spicy. Yellow curry was yummy- on the sweeter side. Great portions for carry out. If we planned to stay in town longer, we'd probably go again!

Chad C.

Yelp
First time experience after a lengthy drive. Overall, pleasantly surprised and pleased with Singha Thai. Being a block off Main Street resulted in zero-wait on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is super clean and orderly. Food was received very quickly. Staff is also very friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken massaman curry (med spice) and a Thai tea. Both were very tasty! Prices were normal for the touristy Moab. Highly recommend. Enjoy!

Kara A.

Yelp
Food was delicious! Vegan pad Thai was great. The parang curry with chicken. Fast good service. Recommend going early or getting a reservation. We went at 5:45 on a Friday and when we left at 7:00 there was a wait.

andy w.

Yelp
Thai tea is delicious. Tum yum soup was perfect, need to order side of rice. Drunken noodle was filling and meat was plentiful.

Luke N.

Yelp
The food was amazing! Customer service was on point, the waitresses were very nice and friendly! Highly recommend this place! 10/10
google avatar

Cris W.

Yelp
Wonderfully spicy Thai food. Still my go to Thai restaurant in Moab! Try the Tom Yum noodles, so good!

Shaz I.

Yelp
After we explored Arches we ordered food for pick up. The crab Rangoon and seafood dumplings were amazing. The fried rice and Thai iced tea were also very good. The chicken satay was a little stiff and could have been better. Overall we would come here again
google avatar

Hung V.

Yelp
It's our first time in the area and stopped by for lunch based on the reviewed. The restaurant is nice and clean. It is nicely decorated and with very good foods and services. We ordered seafoods fried rice, shrimp curry, shrimp noodle and drunken noodle. For the deserts, we had mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream with almonds. They are very delicious and tasty. Highly recommended.
google avatar

Christina I.

Yelp
Came here because the other Thai places had a huge wait around 8.30PM on a Friday. We were pleasantly surprised. The server was extremely friendly and the food we ordered was great! A little more spicy than we would have liked it, but was still good (we ordered medium which seemed to be Thai spicy medium ) I ordered a vermicelli salad with shrimp and pork which was a light meal, just what I was looking for! The green curry fried rice with veggies was good. Good portion. Egg rolls were standard (crispy, hot and with sweet and spicy sauce)
google avatar

Janeen D.

Yelp
Really friendly service, and nice, low key, off the main drag restaurant to enjoy some tasty Thai food after an amazing day! I had the drunken noodles, which were not very spicy. However, my waitress brought out two different hot sauces for me to use, (one green and one red,) and they were both just what I needed to make my dinner spicier! This was a nice and relaxing place to have dinner, and wasn't loud at all like most of the other Moab restaurants a block away on main street.
google avatar

Alyssa M.

Yelp
Great fresh tasting Thai food and super friendly service! The service was also very quick! It was a little pricey for what was served though. Edit: as a person coming from a big city where everything is so readily available and accessible, I admittedly didn't even think about the fact that the cost would be higher considering, yes, the food is being delivered to the desert! Now that makes total and considering that piece of the puzzle, the food was well worth it. I am glad you mentioned that in the reply, Stuart!

Nar N.

Yelp
We came here with a party of seven during the busy time in April. The food was surprisingly excellent. It was better than any Thai food in Truckee, CA, where we live. The service was efficient and straightforward, which we liked. I think this place is a hidden gem in Moab. Thank you for a great meal and accommodating our group.

Sara M.

Yelp
The food was amazing the waitresses were extremely attentive. The restaurant was very clean. We got the drunken noodles gluten free, the panang curry gf, spring rolls gf and egg rolls. They were extremely helpful with what was gluten free. I could not try the egg rolls but everyone else loved them. 11/10. Cannot recommend it enough.

Kellie G.

Yelp
Yum yum yum!!! This place is the real deal and so yummy. They will make any dish to the heat/spicy level you can handle. Very good quality and tasty food. The fried rice in the kids meal was amazing. The pad Thai, and bamboo shoots were also delicious as well as the mango sticky rice. It's was a 5 min wait on a Saturday night, they turn the table quickly. Highly recommend

B. R.

Yelp
$18.66 chicken pad thai. (Do what you gotta do on vacation) I was impressed- it wasn't very sweet at all which was good. I added spice on the side. I would ask for lime on the side too. The green onion helped to add flavor. Can't see the chicken so maybe there could have been more, but it is under there. Also it was very hot temperature-wise for a to go order which I appreciate.
