Amazing restaurant and bar with super friendly staff and chill, cool vibes. I ordered the fish & chips to go and it was *hella* amazing—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Definitely a spot I’d return to!

Curry fish(snapper loaf) on Tuesday noons are to die for. Curry goat is also an excellent choice.
Ask for curry instead of dhal for that extra spicy rice. Best lunch in town!
Wish they had better hours on weekends and nights.

Friendly service, the young woman at the counter always has a smile and very welcoming. Food was good, happy to experience West Indian food. Kids loved doubles (chole batura for desis), and dhalpourie was delicious.

They boast of having authentic Trinidadian 🇹🇹 food and that’s 💯 accurate! The food tastes like mom’s cooking - delicious! 🤤😋 It was sooo good we came here twice during our visit to Cayman Islands. Day 1 we had the curried goat with white rice & dhal + curried shrimp & potatoes with dhalpourie. Day 2 we had curried conch & potatoes with buss up shot + stewed chicken with white rice and dhal. If you’re visiting the island and want to enjoy Trini food, this is the place to go!

Delicious, flavourful and authentic food. We had both a wrap and the curry with roti and paratha on the side. The portions are extremely generous and well-priced. Highly recommend and will be back!

Went on Disney Dream and that was one of my stop. Since I love my curry there is no way I'm leaving without trying it. I skip all the tourist restaurant and i venture to find a local spot.
Food and atmosphere is great. If you on a cruise please visit Singh roti shop. You won't be disappointed. Will def come back

I was told it was best roti in the Caribbean so I put them to the test. They did not disappoint. Bursting with flavor, from obviously high quality ingredients. We got it to go but would be fine to eat at the place. Simple not much to it. The magic is in the food.
