It was such a blessing to find good Singaporean comfort food in Kathmandu! When you visit, you must try the Nasi Lemak Rendang, Roast Pork Noodle, Spicy Chicken Wanton or any salted egg yolk dish. We were so happy that we got to try their freshly-made soya milk and range of cheesecakes too!

This is a small cozy eatery with their name meaning Sing-aporean and Ma-laysian cuisine. The food was good but not the very best of the flavors. I’ve found places with better taste here in Lalitpur itself. The service is quite good, it’s quick and responsive. The place is quiet with different seating options. The price is also a little bit on the higher side given the quantity and taste. Didn’t try their cheesecake but it’s quite popular too. Overall, it’s a good eatery to explore.

Ordered their roast chicken with rice, which was decent though the rice lacked flavor. Good teh tarik and delicious cheesecake.

Singma Restaurant offers an authentic blend of Singaporean and Malaysian flavors, making it a go-to spot for those looking to explore these vibrant cuisines in Kathmandu. The ambiance is casual and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and quick to assist, often offering helpful recommendations. I tried the Teh Tarik, which was a delightful twist on tea and stood out for its creamy texture and flavor. Next, I ordered the Cha Siu Bao, which leaned towards the sweeter side. While it was decent, it wasn’t served piping hot, giving the impression that it had been reheated. The Golden Fragrant Prawn was a highlight for me, with sweet and spicy notes elevated by aromatic curry leaves. The Boiled Bok Choy with Braised Mushrooms provided a refreshing balance to a protein-heavy meal, although I wasn’t a big fan of the sauce. The Fried Chicken Kuey Teow was a bit salty and oily, but the spicy, flavorful sauce transformed it into a standout dish. To end the meal, I had the Triple-Layered Cheesecake, a heavenly combination of coffee, white, and dark chocolate—an absolute must-try! 🍽️: ☕ Teh Tarik, 🥟 Cha Siu Bao, 🦐 Golden Fragrant Prawn, 🥬 Boiled Bok Choy with Braised Mushrooms, 🍜 Fried Chicken Kuey Teow, 🍰 Triple-Layered Cheesecake 📍: Singma Restaurant, Pulchowk 💰: 150, 330, 550, 320, 385, 355 ⭐: 4, 2.5, 4, 3, 3.5, 4

With plenty of seating arrangements for a couple to a party. Singma has lots on its menu Among which I tried their Cheesecake (baked blueberry) which was delicious. Along with it I tried egg onion roti with curry which was decent enough. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The menu has a little story of the restaurant which was nice. The place has a soothing environment.

Chinese fast food. It’s okay for a quick bite. Fried noodles were good. Everything else was not very flavorful. Not really authentic in my opinion and I lived 8 years in China so I should know…

i have been to Singapore and Malaysia and have tried their food, Singma definitely does have the taste of those places. they have a huge variety of food to choose from. They are a bit on higher side for the price to portion but the taste does satisfy. Service is very good. I will visit this place again.
