Sino House Phuket Hotel

We had a pleasant experience staying at Sino House. We booked a suite for two days. The interior was beautifully done, and all the facilities were thoughtfully arranged. There’s a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is very convenient for quickly grabbing essentials. If you plan to visit, you should try the snacks from the stall in front of it — they’re delicious! The location is perfect. There’s a spa within the same compound that offers special discounts for Sino House guests — treat yourself while you’re there! I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and will definitely come back. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing. It’s delivered to your room, but you need to place your order at the front desk the day before. The food was just okay.

The rooms are nice, clean, with big comfortable beds. Fair pricing, convenient location, within five minutes walking to the historic district of Phuket. Staff are both friendly and honest people. We stayed for three nights and would definitely return. Thank you Sino House!

Location is very good as the airport bus stops over this area. It is also quiet. The room and toilet is huge. There is a microwave, sage and small fridge provided. Staff are also nice. My only suggestion is to please wash the curtains with visible stains🙂

The location is around 10 minutes away from Phuket old town which is not too bad. The room provided us with microwave, fridge, utensils, and a hairdryer. The room is huge and it is perfect to stay with a friend!

A great hotel with a super location and a very helpful staff. We had one of the best stays here. The best best part, unlimited snacks & drinks in our room, like WOW. A 7/11 bang opposite to it. If you walk a few metres to the right, there is a laundry room on the left. And if you take left, then at junction take a right, you'll reach Indy Market, Sunday night market... Walk a little ahead, beautiful area of Phuket old town. Very near to this mall named Limelight (great for food)

It’s super clean, and the housekeeping team did an honest job with daily cleaning. I truly appreciate the time they took to clean the room carefully. The location is amazing—across from the hotel, there’s a self-laundromat, and a small mall is just a few minutes' walk away. There’s an amazing Peranakan restaurant (Raya) within walking distance that you should try. You may also get a 50% discount for the hotel spa.

We had a great stay at Sino House Hotel, which offers spacious and well-furnished rooms with a touch of elegance. The location is quite convenient—while it’s around 30 km from Phuket Airport, it is within walking distance of Phuket Old Town, making it a great choice for those wanting to explore the historic area. Additionally, having a 7-Eleven just opposite the hotel was a big plus, making it easy to grab essentials. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast was decent, though not extraordinary. One thing that could be improved is the complimentary breakfast policy—our booking was for a family, yet only two breakfasts were included, with an extra charge for our child. Another minor drawback was the limited supply of drinking water—only two complimentary bottles per day, with extra bottles being chargeable, which seems to be a common practice in Thailand but was still a slight inconvenience. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was very enjoyable. The hotel is also well-placed for travelers heading to Phi Phi, as Rassada Pier is just a 10-15 minute drive away. If you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located stay near Phuket Old Town, this is definitely a good option. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
