Sino House Phuket Hotel

The hotel is well-located, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was a little disappointing. It’s delivered to your room, but you need to place your order at the front desk the day before. The food was just okay.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Sino House. We booked a suite for two days. The interior was beautifully done, and all the facilities were thoughtfully arranged. There’s a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is very convenient for quickly grabbing essentials. If you plan to visit, you should try the snacks from the stall in front of it — they’re delicious! The location is perfect. There’s a spa within the same compound that offers special discounts for Sino House guests — treat yourself while you’re there! I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and will definitely come back. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

The rooms are nice, clean, with big comfortable beds. Fair pricing, convenient location, within five minutes walking to the historic district of Phuket. Staff are both friendly and honest people. We stayed for three nights and would definitely return. Thank you Sino House!

The location is around 10 minutes away from Phuket old town which is not too bad. The room provided us with microwave, fridge, utensils, and a hairdryer. The room is huge and it is perfect to stay with a friend!

Location is very good as the airport bus stops over this area. It is also quiet. The room and toilet is huge. There is a microwave, sage and small fridge provided. Staff are also nice. My only suggestion is to please wash the curtains with visible stains🙂

We had a wonderful experience at Sino House Hotel! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained with daily room service. A special highlight was the complimentary mini-bar, which was a lovely touch. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was in perfect condition. I must particularly thank the hotel staff for their honesty and efficiency. My father-in-law accidentally left his gold ring in the room after we checked out, and the team went above and beyond to arrange its delivery to our next hotel in Bangkok promptly. Such exceptional service and care are rare to find. I highly recommend Sino House Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.

Good, clean, very close to old town.. but wifi didn't work for 5 days we were there, breakfast is very ok

The stay started with a great gesture by the staff offering us the Suite room for all 3 nights instead of our booked Deluxe room for 2 nights and Suite room for our 3rd night. The staff were very warm and welcoming. This hotel is beautiful with old town charms and extremely well located. It is a 5 mins walking distance from the main old Town with 7/11 just opposite to it and lots of eating options. Hotel is very well maintained, few scope for improvement in the fitness centre (which has a great view of the town btw). Rooms offer water and soft drinks as well. All in all a wonderful stay and I will 100 % recommend.
