Sino House Phuket Hotel

Ok the staff were very friendly and approachable one staff member went above and beyond with his kindness I think his name was suong. His shifts started at 2pm he was amazing,kind and helpful. The location was perfect walking distance to main streets like Thalang Rd only 6 minute walk. The hotel grounds were clean and kept tidy. We had two rooms 217 and 218 both rooms were large. But the bathrooms were full of mould. I did not want to shower in this room. I wore thongs in shower and slipped over I was only trying to avoid the mould. The other room we booked was the same.Ok the bedding underlay on the bed in room 217 was disgusting it was stained like really stained as per photos. Normally we would not check but both rooms had a fold out lounge, which my mum slept in the bed and my daughter slept on lounge sofa lounge we asked for bedding linen for this but they said no as they did not have enough. So the next day we asked again they gave us a sheet and said we needed to pay for the cleaning of sheet. I told them the room is advertised as a queen bed and a sofa bed. They agreed on sheet only without charge. So my mum used towels to put over her as underlay was wrong in so many ways . This is why I gave the room a one star.

Stayed for ~4 nights. Good location, close to local shops and a nice walk away to the main "Old Town". Across the road is a 7/11 and a 24/7 laundromat. Big and comfortable rooms. Had some issues with the cleanliness, and our shower drained very slowly in the beginning of the trip. Reception staff ranged from very friendly and helpful to friendly. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work during the duration of our trip, but was assured by reception that the technician had confirmed it was working (It was not. It was also an open network) - From the looks of past reviews, it seems like this is an on-going issue for this hotel. Not sure if it's an issue with coverage or connectivity, but we were on the third floor and received unreliable and patchy connections and had to rely on data our entire stay. Good value 3 star hotel.

Sadly I had to cancel my booking due to flight changes and personal reasons. This hotel is 1 in a million, so kind and respectful to give me a full refund when I wasnt entitled to one. You dont see this often these days - I will definitely book again with you when I can travel again. The other hotel in Patong, Elite Suites were not so obliging.

Super cute and chill, spend a lot of time on the rocking chair playing sudoku looking out those massive windows. Large room with a table and chairs and a mini kitchen. The AC did smell like mould anytime we turned it on though.

Was not really happy about mould in the showers and our second room 217 and 218 was a little scared to shower We had to dual beds but no sheets suppiled for the second When asking was for a second sheet set it was lost in translation Was a plesant stay hotel was reasonably clean staaff were nice Also had small ants could not leave anything on the table

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean facility, rustic feel and best of all, the apartment that we stayed had the most power points among all the hotels/apartments that I have stayed in my entire 30 years of global travels.

We had a pleasant experience staying at Sino House. We booked a suite for two days. The interior was beautifully done, and all the facilities were thoughtfully arranged. There’s a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is very convenient for quickly grabbing essentials. If you plan to visit, you should try the snacks from the stall in front of it — they’re delicious! The location is perfect. There’s a spa within the same compound that offers special discounts for Sino House guests — treat yourself while you’re there! I would highly recommend this stay to everyone and will definitely come back. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

Location is very good as the airport bus stops over this area. It is also quiet. The room and toilet is huge. There is a microwave, sage and small fridge provided. Staff are also nice. My only suggestion is to please wash the curtains with visible stains🙂
