A small island in the Caribbean that is under Dutch Authority. About 4000 inhabitants occupy this little island. When it comes to food and places to eat, the Island is stacked with great restaurants such as Whale tails restaurant, Cool corner, Blue bead restaurant, Boardwalk cafe and Gin House restaurant just to name a little few. On Sint Eustatius they drive on the right side of the road, use American Dollars is the currency widely used on the island. Carnival time is July and it is normally thee most liveliest time on the island with plenty of shows and artist performing with tons and tons of food for sale in the Carnival Village on a nightly bases and also during the day you can get local cuisines, soups and many more.
