Sint Pieter Fort

I absolutely loved this fort and visit, we walked up the hill checked in and had an absolute blast hanging out with Paul during our tour. Highly recommend while checking out Maastricht, go take the cave tour if you have time too!

Extremely beautiful place to visit. Very rich in history and is surrounded by nature. There are trails that you can follow to go for a walk which I definitely recommend especially during the warmer months.

We did the guided tours of Fort Sint Pieter and the North Caves. Our guide, Win, was awesome! The historical perspective was fascinating and the views from the top are incredible. After the tours we walked to the Quarry, which was well worth the time to get there.

Lovely afternoon out. Did a combined tour with this and the caves. Our guide Luella was very knowledgeable and friendly, we learned a lot and were entertained throughout.

You need to buy tickets to tour in order to get inside the fort. Tour guide was informative and kind, it was interesting to learn more about history of the city. It was a fun experience. Would reccomend to anyone.

The Fort and the caves are awesome! Our two tour guides explained very well and they transmit their passion on doing their job. It was a really nice visit.

This place is well-run. The restrooms are free with your ticket. We booked the Fort Tour and enjoyed it so much that we added on the Mine caves tour. I liked how the guide asked questions and explained the reasoning behind the design of the canon shooting area of the fort’s bunkers, for example.

Great English guide, interesting stories about the fortress and the caves as well.
