Sirayane Boutique Hôtel & Spa

The staff was so kind and really took care of us. Great place for some quiet and privacy after a busy week of travel to the Sahara and back. Great to have a modern hotel to end our stay in Morocco. Shuttle to the Medina and airport was easy and clean. Everyone was so helpful and hospitable. Loved having our own heated pool. My son loved ordering cheeseburgers in the room. Massage was wonderful. Thank you for a lovely and welcoming stay!

On arrival we were a little concerned we’d made a huge mistake. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, down a dusty track. It’s a little bit tired around the edges but once we’d settled in we were incredibly surprised. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds around the pool are spaced out and are like waterproof double bed mattresses. The pool attendant adjusted our parasol every 20 minutes to make sure we stayed in the shade. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more friendly or attentive. We went half board and the food was delicious. There is a free shuttle bus in and out of Marrakesh throughout the day which was very reliable. Reception staff were happy to help book outings and taxis at any time. The hotel is small, low key and very quiet. I wouldn’t recommend bringing children in their teens unless they’re happy to just relax. Overall a brilliant holiday.

Loved my stay. Location is good considering there is a free shuttle to the centre which operates between 09.30am to 11.15pm. Since it was cold, we didn't get much use out of the pool but 2 of the 3 are heated so you do get comfortable after a while in the pool. Staff and the owner are friendly and kind. The hammam and massage were so relaxing and the ladies made sure we were comfortable throughout. We made a request that we didn't want to remove our bikinis and they respected our wishes. Good range of foods at breakfast but I would have preferred more berries and strawberries. We were given complimentary water every evening. I had to rate the service 4 stars because we had to wait 2 hours for the iron and ironing board to be sent to our room. Also, they didn't replace our bath robes on one day too which I had to ring for. I would overall recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.

This is a beautiful hotel in a peaceful area and the staff could not be more helpful or charming. Do not be concerned by the construction sites nearby as we heard no noise from them nor could they be seen from the hotel. |The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well designed with lots of useful storage. There was complimentary water and biscuits daily as well as an ample supply of towels. One of our two rooms had a garden space whcih led to the pool. There were sufficient sunbeds available but we also used the adult pool which was usually deserted! |Breakfast was exceptional (so many cakes!) and Moroccan pancakes made to order were fabulous. We had dinner there one night and lunch every day and the food was as good as we had in Marrakech. Highly recommended and good value. |We also made good use of the shuttle bus which was a godsend and many thanks to Mohammed the driver for his courtesy and punctuality. We also asked the hotel to book taxis for us a couple of times and they used local drivers who would drop off and pick up for a set price which was added to our room bill. Very convenient. |We had a couple of issues (our door was problematic and sometimes the cleaner came a little late in the day) but nothing serious and all handled very well. This was an oasis of calm with exceptionally helpful and pleasant staff who are a credit to the hotel. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This is our third two week trip here and it will not be our last. This is perfection for me and my husband. Chic, tranquil and utter relaxation. The staff’s attentiveness is second to none. The food is gorgeous. The double bed sun loungers are supremely comfortable. We love having a treatment for a bit of decadence and some extra zen. It has a very decent gym. The rooms are beautiful, clean, pretty luxurious. Even more so if you go for a private pool. But there is always space to catch some rays, or a shaded corner to curl up with a book. I just love love love it here. Can’t wait till next year.

This is our third year at the Sirayane. It is the perfect destination for us. The staff are second to none. Specifically Zidane and Salah Dean. They welcome us back as friends every year. The staff always remain unchanged virtually and it’s just so comforting to see them every year. They take such amazing care of you, nothing is too much trouble. ||The decor of the hotel is modern Moroccan and so cosy and comforting. There is always some book to get lost in to enjoy a Moroccan tea. The rooms are exceptionally well fitted with all you need, slippers, bath robes and kept exceptionally clean. ||The food is also amazing. I am pescatarian and have a meat allergy, but there is still plenty on offer and again they will go above and beyond to accommodate you. ||We will be coming back next year and already are counting down the days. Tranquility, beautiful and exceptionally relaxing.

A beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff, they can't do enough for you. Food is delicious and everywhere is so clean. We had a suite with a private pool and it was worth the upgrade. Free transfer bus is fab and I highly recommend using the spa. I would definitely return. Only thing i would say is perhaps better for couples rather than families as a bit quiet for kids and no evening entertainment (which was perfect for us)|Really was an amazing holiday

The hotel is a little outside of Marrakech, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and about 25 minutes from the center. Don’t get upset while going a dusty road 😉 It is a small boutique-style hotel with ~50 rooms. We really liked the location, peacefulness and silence around 🤍 The hotel has one restaurant and a bar, and you can choose from a local/ Moroccan or international menu. The food quality is very good. For breakfast, you could ask for different types of egg 🍳for kids - pancakes 🥞 The service is excellent. All of them are super attentive 🙌🏻 There are two shared pools - one heated, since we traveled in October/November, the water in the main pool was cold 🫣 there is also a separate pool area for adults only 💦 There is spa, gym, and tennis court. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the center of Marrakech, but you need to book it in advance 🚗 The staff is very friendly and always ready to help, answer questions, and respond. The hotel area is beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery 💚
