Sireeampan Luxury Retreat

I like this hotel very much because the staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. In addition to the quiet and clean environment, the decoration is also quite unique. Drinks and snacks in the room are free of charge. The breakfast was also quite rich and varied, and I was very satisfied with it. The only thing I want to say is that the water pressure of the faucet in the bathroom is insufficient, the water output is small, and the hot water seems to be not that hot after midnight, which is the only pity.

Highly recommended. We stayed for 8 days and the staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious, traditional and clean. When we booked we were looking for something traditionally Thai, quiet and boutique and it exceeded expectations.my wife celebrated her birthday during our stay and without even asking or planning the staff had a beautiful cake and drinks and all the staff sang happy birthday when delivered to our room. NEW (manager) and his staff went above and beyond. We are truly appreciative of their level of customer service and dedication again highly recommended if travelling to Chiang Mai walking distance to the Maya shopping centre and surrounding area of Nimman and 15 min ride to Central and Old Town

The resort is absolutely amazing! The hotel property is stunning and nestled among bamboo forests with beautifully landscaped grounds. Our room was huge and so comfy. This resort really showed us the true meaning of Thai hospitality. New, the manager, and his team went far beyond what we expected. When I left my phone in a taxi right before our train on the last day, New immediately jumped into action - making international calls and arranging hotel transport to help us track it down. Thanks to him, we got both our phone back AND made our train! Such a peaceful retreat tucked away in Chiang Mai. Will always remember the warmth and kindness at this resort. Overall, the stay at Sireeampan was an excellent time. We stayed there for about 2 weeks, and in that time, we had a relaxed and quiet experience that was greatly facilitated by the staff. Each member of the staff crew was kind, accommodating, and quick to assist. The rooms were regularly maintained and kept clean, and the amenities provided elevated the experience. The hotel itself is beautiful; frankly a touch smaller than I expected, but the size was welcomed for such a long and busy stay. Everything was well maintained as well; that being said, some of the appliances were showing a touch of age. The location of the hotel itself was both good and bad. The hotel was slightly outside of the more populated areas of the city, meaning you got a good amount of quiet, but getting anywhere required Grab transportation, which didn't always feel too great. The food at the resort was a highlight; we went ahead and got the breakfast option for our stay, and each option on menu was tasty! The breads and yogurt were particularly enticing. The rest of the food and drink options were also quite good. Their renditions of the local thai cuisine were all delicious. All that being said, it was a very welcomed oasis in the busy two weeks we had, and the team at Sireeampan made for an excellent honeymoon. Give them a try next time you are in Chian Mai!

My parents and me and my husband stayed there for the past 3nights, it was a very relaxing stay here. The resort is a very good place to escape from the chaos city and humid and hot weather, here’s so quiet and cool. The room is very spacious and staff very friendly. Mr New and several staffs offered us very responsive and professional services during the stay. The resort restaurant is also cheap and nice! We stay here had 3meals+4massages, only paid 340sgd extra. So worth the money! Thanks Sireeampan. Will recommend to others!

Sireeampan is dreamy and perfect for Chaing Mai. It my 2nd time here and I would not stay anywhere else. The place is charming and very authentic with the most calming and peaceful atmosphere. It is a nice escape just minutes outside of the city and feels like its it’s the middle of the jungle. The staff are all amazing. The restaurant is absolutely incredible. The grounds are well kept and make you feel like you are truly in an oriental place. The rooms are spacious and have decor that matches the pagoda feel and look. The reviews others left complaining that it is older and not worthy of 5 star are not entirely wrong , but I think they are not fairly placing the hotel in relative to Chiang Mai. The authentic feel comes from the charm that is genuine Thailand. Highly recommend 10/10

Wow. I wish this hotel was a chain, I’d become a loyal member. First, the resort is more like a private compound. You arrive and no one except you is allowed on property so you’re greeted by a nice long golf cart that takes you down this very beautiful landscaped oasis and as you turn past it are greeted by what could be a scene of a movie. Every single person who works there is at your service. Even the gardeners greet you with the most sincere mannerisms. Our complimentary airport pickup and drop off was flawless. Nice large vans that are clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was A+. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the hotel room refilled nightly . The rooms are spacious as well as bathroom . Very clean too. We loved just walking around and feeling like we’re in a different world. What we liked the most of the resort was that it was totally secluded and away from the busy touristy areas yet a simple 10 min grab which is very inexpensive was the perfect way to explore what you wanted to and get back to peace and quiet when done. Awesome hotel. Very unique . Will be back ! Special shout out to Aod,Aing Aing, New and also to the night staff who were very nice and helpful.

We had a 3 nights stay at Sireeampan Luxury Retreat. The service and place were nice overall. The hotel have a nice fish pond and a piano bar which were great! Breakfast was super good and we really enjoy the selection! The croque madam was ace! Unfortunately, I put 4 stars instead of 5, because the place need to be reinvested and maintained, especially if you sell it as a 5 stars hotel. Some part of the hotel are not properly clean (stains on white cushions, cracks on pool cushions, toilet at the pool). We also found a cockroach in our room (this can happen in Thailand). Futhermore, the gel and shampoo bottles in the shower at the pool area looks like straight out from a youth hostel. I would still recommend the place, but if the hotel doesn't invest in renovation work, I will buy some puts option on it.
